I went back he put another temporary crown in which fell off after 4 days (progress!) I went back to have the permanent crown put in. He installed the permanent crown which fell off after 2 HOURS. I called right away, they didn't answer and I left a voicemail saying I would be in the next day to have it fixed, they called the next morning and said they closed early and I would have to wait until the following day. I would consider that a dental emergency, but I guess they didn't. On my next visit he proceeded to grind my tooth further without Novocaine and install the crown. I told him it didn't feel right and he said "what do you mean" I said I had a lot of discomfort and the tooth didn't feel like it was seated correctly. I got up and left pretty agitated. I had to go to another dentist to have it repaired properly. Then he sends a letter saying I should find another dentist (thanks for the laugh). I would rather perform dentistry on myself before ever going to this guy again.

I received a phone for a reminder about an upcoming appt. I called back and my appt was moved ahead of the original appt date again! Without my knowledge. I have attended those appts on the convenience of Braden River Dental. I won't be in town to make this most recent Appt and they can't put me in another spot until March? This place reschedules when they want whenever they want and when I try to reschedule a opening isn't available for 4 months? This is WRONG! Why did they reschedule me 2 times before without my knowledge? Cares for themselves and not the people who makes there business I suppose. The day before his appointment -- after he had arranged time off work -- the office called to say they don't take his insurance because it's an HMO. They admitted they don't verify insurance until the day before, which is a serious flaw in their system. This could have easily been checked when he submitted his forms weeks ago, saving everyone time and frustration. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Do not recommend.
