She is the best dentist I have had and could wish for. I also took my Mother there who was afraid of dentist visits until Dr Tiffany Boyd. She was so gentle with my Mother she was no longer afraid to go get things done and cleanings. I would recommend this practice to everyone. The office staff are amazing and remember you by name. You can't get that anymore in today's world. Go get beautiful teeth and keep them that way with a smile from staff and the best dentist around.

When I arrived the cleaning turned into "we will start the cleaning next time we see you we will do cavity fill in first" I repeatedly complained about wanting the cleaning due to that being what my appt was for and due to the fact that I was expecting a cleaning they still did the cavity fill in . 2nd appt was a cleaning Finally. I received a phone for a reminder about an upcoming appt. I called back and my appt was moved ahead of the original appt date again! Without my knowledge. I have attended those appts on the convenience of Braden River Dental. I won't be in town to make this most recent Appt and they can't put me in another spot until March? This place reschedules when they want whenever they want and when I try to reschedule a opening isn't available for 4 months? This is WRONG! Why did they reschedule me 2 times before without my knowledge? Cares for themselves and not the people who makes there business I suppose. Be cautious and be sure to ask if they HAVE THE TIME FOR YOU! They didn't for me! Thanks!

    I sent the following email to Lakewood Ranch Dental following my last appointment in September…read more2025. Never received a response. Clearly they do not value patient relationships and only care about maximum volume. I relocated here in 2024 from up north. Never had a problem like this before moving to LWR. Beware! #### Hello - Yesterday I had my six month cleaning at your office and following the appointment, I was told by the hygienist that due to current scheduling, she was not able to book me a new 6-month cleaning appointment and instead had to book my next appointment for 12 months out. Six month cleaning intervals have always been the gold standard of dental care. After expressing my concern, she said she could put me on a waitlist for a cancellation in six months. This is very disappointing on multiple levels. First, it is clear Lakewood Ranch Dental has taken on more patients than it can properly service which is now compromising patient health care. Second, the proposed solution of a waitlist for last minute cancellations is wholly inadequate especially for working professionals who frequently travel out of state. Advanced scheduling is a must. After expressing my disappointment, the hygienist explained that LWR Dental's schedule is so full because of frequent last minute cancellations (ostensibly the reason for your recently published updated cancellation policy). While I have no reason to doubt that is a current challenge for you, the fact is this is a LWR Dental business process issue of its own making that has now become your customers' problem. I challenge you to find an adequate solution to this situation or I will be forced to find a different service provider. This would be unfortunate because I really like Dr. Auletta, but your business processes needs immediate management attention.
