The photo shows the fascia board was incorrectly cut too short and patched with another piece of wood without correctly matched painting. The soffit was damaged during installation of the fascia, and wasn't restored properly after a second trip of the repair. Mike came after the workers left, and I was merely indicating the two issues above. Mike turned bully at me with mouthful f-words for no reasons as I stood there. Even from distance, my security camera still able to captured his violent words against me. During the time of the project, after he learned I have more follow up projects at two different properties, he started pressing me multiple times to sell more projects before the first project is even finished. At the end, my impression is he merely appeared as a sales person who hires lower cost sub-contractors to work for him on projects. Why pay extra for a middleman?

After posting this review Mike reached out and made sure the subcontractor doing the electrical work came back and completed the job.

He examined and told me that he had found storm damage and that I should notify my insurance company, which I did. My last roof was installed in 2010, so I thought, well maybe I do need a new roof although I hadn't experienced any leakage. Insurance adjuster came out, agreed there was damage and approved roof replacement. A few days after the crew arrived at 6:00 a.m. to replace roof. HOA rules are that work should not start before 8:00 a.m. but they insisted they needed to get the work done in one day. I had no communication with them while they installed and only learned after a few days that they had replaced 33 plywood sheets for the cost of $3300 extra. Every few days I would receive another invoice for an additional amount. Another $8,000 for flashing, another couple thousand for clean up. Over the course of a couple weeks I would receive another invoice for a greater amount. It was the most frustrating experience I'd ever had with a contractor. Luckily, my insurance company was generous and covered the cost. I am an elderly widow, this was definitely outside my skillset--lesson learned. I hope they did a good job with the roof--but I cannot see the top! I cannot give them a 5 star rating because of the lack of communication and the confusion in the billing process. If I did not have a good insurance company, I do believe it could have been a financial disaster for me as I am living on a fixed income.
