Rather than de-escalating, she continued in a raised and condescending tone. The interaction felt unnecessary and disproportionate to what was a simple, easily correctable request. Being reprimanded loudly over a minor request, felt humiliating and unwarranted. Customer service should prioritize resolution over reprimand.
