If you're going to use third-party delivery services, make sure the information customers see is accurate and reflects your business practices. What made the experience even worse was the interaction with one of the employees. When we called for clarification, the woman who answered was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She offered no explanation, made no attempt to help, and simply hung up on us. Mistakes happen, but treating customers with respect should be the bare minimum. Instead of taking ownership of the confusion, we were met with poor communication and a complete lack of professionalism.
