Came to this office after my initial eye exam at a different doctor that i didn't like much. I had been getting a few problems and decided to come check out this doctor based on her reviews and i wasn't disappointed. She was very nice and redid part of the exam that i had done at another office to make sure that the initial prescription wasn't not incorrect. After rechecking my eyes the doctor checked my eyes again for any marking and gave me a trial pair of lenses and then rechecked my eyes with that new set of lens to make sure that i was 100% comfortable and able to see amazing. I would really recommend her to anyone looking for a nice and informative doctor who isn't trying to rush you out the door to make extra insurance money. read more

Best experience I've ever had. As soon as I stepped in I was greeted and the process began. It was quick and easy, there was absolutely no hassle. The people there knew exactly what they were doing and made me feel very comfortable. Before I came here, my glasses didn't feel "right". They just didn't fit comfortably. But with Steve, he helped me out tremendously. He helped me picked out the frame that fit me best, and also made them fit just "right" to my head. Overall great experience. I liked this place - my previous optometrist was really good, but only carried really high end frames, and I wanted to find a place where I could use my VSP insurance and not come out of pocket a whole lot. Typically, I get a prescription and fill it at Costco, but I wanted to use the VSP as well. They were open on Saturday and fit me in for a same day appointment, which was nice, the doctor was very nice, the appointment was thorough enough, but wasn't too long, and there was no wait. I wasn't super thrilled with the selection of the cheapest frames - the $139 were all bendy bright plastic, that looked like children's frames, and in the next step up, $169 also wasn't a big selection, and I didn't find anything attractive, it gets better and more varied the higher in price you go, of course, but I didn't find anything I liked for under $200, although there are more and better ones in the 199 - 209 range. However, then I told the optician I didn't want to come out of pocket much, and he brought out a selection of older, out of warranty frames that are entirely covered by insurance. My issue is usually losing glasses, so I'm never concerned with warranty, and I get them once a year, so this was perfect. He had lots of styles to choose from, and he was really nice and helpful, despite the fact that I wasn't going to spend a lot of money there. I'll go there next year. I should also mention that for a non insurance transaction, they were running a half off sale off all frames, which is pretty cool. They do have some beautiful high end frames that I want to go back and look at, and may be take advantage of the sale. To recap, the service was really good, the doctor was nice and thorough, and the price was great. It's in a nice location at the mall, and very modern and clean. I'd recommend it to others. read more

I called and spoke with Steve. WOW. Amazing service. I was so nervous since I didn't know if I had insurance or what it covered. He looked it up, told me I had great coverage and spent time explaining what the cost of everything was from the exam, the lenses and each upgrade, the frames, the time it would take and the length of exam. I would definitely have come here if I wasn't in such a rush and the doctors were on a short holiday schedule and were all booked. I tend to get consistently negative news whenever I'm at the optometrist and so I never look forward to them. I set up an appointment to check my prescription and talk about going from daily contacts to monthly contacts. The manager was really great about going over my insurance and various contact options. I then saw my doctor and she was great about explaining everything and making me feel comfortable and at ease. I've been going here for years and the service is as good as it gets. The personnel is nice and very thorough. I come here for my eye exams every year and while I've seen the doctor change about 3 times, they've all been very kind, welcoming, and informative. Steve, the manager is super helpful and, from what I've seen, runs the place well. Today's doctor, (I'm probably butchering this so my apologies!!!) Dr. Cuatch, was very warm and was able to tell me some very good advice on eye care. One of the things they offer is retinal photos which helps them see any changes over the years. I get these via email and I just think they're super cool. :) read more

So I just left and I don't know where to start. The staff is amazing, super helpful and understanding of my budget. I was able to get a same day appointment (even though I was a walk in) and with Jessica's help I was also able to find the right frames for my face shape. The rooms were well maintained and clean. I had an appointment at 11 and was seen exactly at 11 I didn't have to wait. Dr. Deters was extremely professional and helped me update my prescription. I can finally see clearly now! I was helped by Lorena she was super friendly and helpful in choosing the right frames for my face. I ended up purchasing a pair of Tory Burch glasses. Our family has been seeing Dr. So for several years now and have only positive things to say about how he cares about our eye health/vision. He is professional and personable and with a sense of humor. The environment is clean with Dr. So and his staff cleaning equipment after each use by patients. His staff are experienced, friendly and helpful. His Office Manager is patient in breaking down costs and explaining them and also helping to select eyewear frames to compliment facial features too. I believe there are other optometrists working within Dr. So's practice but if you want to see Dr. So, call the office and ask when he's there. read more
