They have many returning customers because Ricky, the owner sees that everyone is treated fairly...any problem, he will make sure you leave happy. They can be slower than the average auto repair facility, but that's because of the volume of work they do for their size and the personal attention given to each customer. No one likes paying for auto repairs, but Ricky try's to keep the cost to a minimum. Don't let the location or small shop fool you, Ricky is the BEST. Honest, knowledgeable, does amazing work in a short time and by far lowest prices on all work I've had done over the past 4+ years to my '04 Escalade: -Brakes -Front end/suspension work -Battery/alternator replacement -Oil changes -Transmission work -Regular Maintenance -Even an electrical issue that I couldn't pinpoint... he's done it all. BEWARE! The person we bought the vehicle from stated this guy did all the work, and knew the car inside and out. The car was about 8 years old, so we figured we would give Rick a try. This is absolutely the WORST place to take your vehicle, EVER. The ONE guy who works there, Rick, who is also the owner, is a joke. He will keep your vehicle for days upon weeks because he can't keep up with the workload he has taken on. When you call him, he will never answer. Sometimes you can get a hold of him through text, but only when he feels like texting back. The ONLY way to actually talk to him, is by actually stopping by his crappy hole in the wall shop. His perception of "time" is far fetched. He will tell you on several occasions that your vehicle will be done, and you will drive all the way to his shop, only to have your car still in pieces. Speaking of pieces, don't ever have him do major work to your vehicle. He will put it back together, missing parts. He will "fax" you an invoice, who has a fax these days?? He never knows the actual total for your work, until you show up to collect your car, at which he tells you "I didn't charge you for this and that", as if he is giving you a good deal. He will put the wrong coolant in your car. And then when you bring up what he did, he will tell you that he's been a mechanic for years and years and that the dealer books are wrong. I have been a customer here since July of 2016 and I can tell you these guys are great! I was calling around to find a shop who would not gouge me for a new AC compressor and blower motor for my aging Honda. The shop was clearly slammed that day but the owner took the time to check it himself and quoted me on the spot. I could not have been happier with my ice cold AC and new radiator done by pros for a totally reasonable price. I am so tired of apathetic greedy service managers at other shops who recommend unnecessary work and sell parts marked up 300% or more. I was on the 202 and my car was making a funny noise and started to smell funny. I looked for the closest place to where I was and got lucky. I found one right off the frwy. I stopped by and the guy said pop the hood. 45 min later my car was fixed. And he charged me very reasonably for his work. He easily could have told me anything and I wouldn't have known. He seemed very honest and fair. I hope I don't need to, but I will go a little out of the way to go here again if I do. read more

Had to have my passenger power window fixed on a hot summer day when it was over 110. They took care of it the same day and had me out the door in a couple hours. Same thing happened to my driver side window and I am back. Charged me the same price as before which is half of what it would cost me at a shop by my house. I just want to say that Rick is the most kind, hardworking and honest man who has ever worked with me and my vehicle!!
