Our technician is very stealth in completing our service. Quiet and polite. We switched from Terminix a few years ago. Our Terminix technician retired and the service dropped off tremendously. I am extremely impressed with Major League Pest. I thought I had termite issue as my roofers saw some damage woods during their works. I called Major League Monday and they were able to schedule an appointment next day for a free inspection. I misunderstood the time window and scheduled another company for inspection right after. When Paul called me and said he was coming, I realized that there would be a conflict and had to reschedule Paul's inspection. Major League didn't have any problem with that. Paul showed up at my house with all the tools necessary to do the inspection. He gave me a courtesy call before he arrived. Paul was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He told me up front that he wasn't trying to sell anything. He started by walking around the house and poking the fascia, window trimming, and other exterior woods looking for signs of active termites. He took the time to explain clearly what he was doing every step of the way, and pointed outs differences between crickets dropping and termite dropping. He then inspected the garage overhead area. After completing the outside inspection, Paul was confident that I didn't have active termites, but he proceeded with checking the attics space to make sure. Paul was very considerate when he entered my house, he put on protected shoe covers and asked me if he needed to wear a mask. After carefully inspection of termite colonies the attic, Paul explained that was left over dust from last fumigation. He cut multiple places and verified that there were no active termites. The next day I got a detailed report with recommendation for some minor repairs & clean up. There was absolutely no sale pressure. I was so relief that I didn't have to go through the hassle of tenting and spend thousands of dollars. I am thankful for Paul's time to provide the free inspection and to educate me about termites. Although I don't need termite service now, I will keep Major League Pest in mind should anything come up in the future. I contacted Major League Pest based on a friend recommendation, and I am glad I did. I highly recommend MLP for termite related issues. They are wonderful and trustworthy. At the time of this post, the average score for Major League Pest is 4.5 stars. And I feel like that's spot on. After a free inspection, I had them come out for the normal monthly bug sweep & spray, but also for ground squirrels and gophers that were destroying my newly installed lawn. Paul Figueroa was a straight shooter. He explained what he was going to do, what the desired end result should be, and what setbacks we were likely to encounter along the way. When the gopher holes kept popping up after the first treatment, Paul came back a week later to follow up, and we haven't had issues for about 2+ weeks now - previously, there was a new hole every day! Where I would deduct a 1/2 star - but instead gave them the benefit of the doubt here - would be scheduling. Both times Paul came out to my home I had to follow up myself with the scheduling team to find out that it was already scheduled. But no one notified me, and it was not in their online portal. I would've only been notified about it the day before, when they call to confirm. Less than ideal. Overall though, I would absolutely recommend Major League Pest. read more

I use Major League Pest for monthly gopher services. They're always easy to schedule with and if I see a problem "pop up" between monthly services they come right out and take care of it. We recently had an inspection done by two different companies on our house. Major League got back to us with -- evidence of termite but no source found a bill of $2500 wherein fumigation is required. The other company got back to us with -- evidence of termite and source found so spot treatment will be sufficient and the bill is $500. Updated my review- they just called us again and told us that they would do the local treatment and approve the section 1 clearance. Got transferred to schedule it and again was told it wouldnt be approved for section 1 clearance. This company is seriously full of idiots. RUN and never use them!!! I have used Major League Pest twice. First time was in our personal house and they were great but second time was a complete mess and a total disappointment. They were incredibly quick to get out and inspect a property we are selling. They gave us an estimate, high but ok. Because they suggested tenting the commercial building we asked them if they had any options to not tent so that we didn't have to shut down all the businesses in order to fix the termite issue for the sale. They then sent over a secondary recommendation for fixing the issues without tenting. We set up a time and date to get it fixed. A week before they were supposed to get everything fixed they emailed and said that they had to change the date of the work being done. At this point this is the last item that needs to be done in order to close escrow. We worked with them to get a new date. While setting up a new date I was then told by them that the secondary recommendation would not actually clear the work for escrow. Well then why the hell did you give me that recommendation for the sale of my property and waste all my time when I could have been working with another company that can do this??? I highly recommend anyone to use another company, this place seems to have some huge communication errors that will completely waste your time. read more

Mike was absolutely terrific as he accessed the situation and gave me helpful advice on how I could make the garage more pest proof... I contacted these guys and man were they on the ball. Great customer service, update, and follow-up. After contacting them, Rick showed up two days later and on-time, Rick even called to give me a heads up and advised he was on his way. Rick was knowledgeable and honest. I already knew what I wanted, whole house tent. Prior to contacting MajorLeague Pest, another company was doing spot treatments for my house and it was not working. I kept finding more and more termites. I basically told Rick my findings of termite and he recommended tenting, rather then spot treating. Which was correct and probably to only way to get rid of my termite problems. Since tenting was all new to me, Rick spent the extra time to explain and walk me through the process. Excellent customer service on his part! MajorLeague Pest also helped expedite my tenting, so the job was scheduled within 2-3 weeks and completed as scheduled. No headaches at all. This is based purely off their customer service... I am currently going through a remodel/addition and I am having a mice problem as my floors are exposed. I called and the lady right away was able to get Kaden to come within 15 minutes (not kidding). He was very honest and told me that it was pretty much pointless to do anything other than what I am currently doing (traps all over) until the construction is done and the floors are no longer exposed. I appreciated that he wasn't just trying to make money and suggested that I wait. As soon as this construction is over, I will be giving them a call! read more

He apologized for how I was treated and rearranged their schedule to accommodate me on my original scheduled days. The crew came today and were polite and efficient. Work that was estimated to last 2 days was completed in 1. The initial termite inspector (Eddie) was knowledgeable and friendly, the Owner made a bad situation much better, and the crew was great. Rick was very nice and answered all my questions and was very patient and responsive with all my texts. The "preop" appointment was very thorough. We recently purchased a home and requested a termite inspection. Rick for major league pissed came out and performed a thorough inspection of the new property. He was very professional and thorough in his inspection. We asked him several questions about termites given the area that we were in And he was more than happy to answer our questions. His responses were very informative and he gave insight on what he looks for inspections and what he found while inspecting our home. Based on the information he provided us we were able to make a sound decision on our next step for treatment. We discovered an issue post fumigation but after contacting Rick the issue was resolved within a day.
