The produce is better, the hot food is better, and they have a lot of niche/local baked goods that you can't find in most mainstream grocery stores. Not only that but the prices are not too bad, especially for an independent grocery. Unfortunately the last time I visited here, I didn't see that many people. My mom told me that less people have been shopping here and are opting for the Grocery Outlet down the street. As much as I love Grocery Outlet, that makes me sad. Recently I had an issue with an Amazon gift card I purchased here. It seems the issue is with the gift cards from Amazon, which when you scratch off the back, the middle numbers are missing. One of the cashiers told me they have recently had this happen often. It was a real hassle getting my money credited back. I hope Ralph's pulls the cards and returns them to Amazon. Just beware if you buy gift cards for Christmas gifts--your gift recipient may not be able to use the card.
