Was able to schedule a confirmed appointment from 3-6 pm via phone and text/Yelp. Confirmed it twice with the technician Jose with Georgina. (apparently only tech "available" and owner). Was told at last minute at 4:30 pm (of the day of appointment) that the tech was not available to come and that the earliest availability is 3 days out and was given a "10% discount for my inconvenience". Horrible service and company. Asked if they can help service my AC unit at the end of the day which I was willing to to wait for, however, was given a no and the earliest was 3 days out. Would not work with me in any shape or form. Asked to speak to Jose directly and was asked from Georgina to confer with Jose in which number to give to me in order to contact him. Was promised a returned call. No return call was given and that all my calls were sent to non existing voicemail that wasn't setup. Installed 2 units in our house, one went out within days of installation. Took him days to fix it it. A day later after he fixed it, it went out again. Have been calling and leaving messages and have heard no response. Terrible service, likes to ghost people and very unprofessional. I was referred to Jose by a friend and I'm glad that I was. I called so many different companies and Techs and everyone was overcharging just for a diagnosis (even though I told them what the issue was). Some were telling me they can get to me in two weeks which is crazy for this type of heat. Jose came at the time frame we agreed upon heard me out and checked for a leak I had. Well I gave this company a really good review because I thought they had fix the issue with my AC. However they added Freon and they only came back cause I called them that it was having the same issue only blowing hot air. This time the Tech put a diy in the system and "top the Freon" wish by the way was all out by next day. I called another company and they told me Freon should never run out so quickly. Oh they charge me for a easy diy the first time but didn't even bother to look for the leak the second time he came. He just re charge the Freon and add more diy. That's only tells me he didn't add it the diy the first time. After I got another company go come they found a mayor leak and they Eder surprise the previous tech didn't see it. (Recharging the Freon after it leaks the first time requires a search for the leak under California law ) it's a health issue to just recharge it know it can be harmful for my health. Had me pay for new parts that didn't need replacing, same problem occurred after he left all 3 times . Called a new company out today for second opinion, after spending 2 hours at my house they found the issue and fixed it ; something that was overlooked and so easy to point out and fix . Had it been looked over in the beginning would've saved me so much money . I've asked for partial payment refunded ; nothing for the parts just for the service calls & Tip . story, I did cleared to him that I wasn't taking any blame on him. I've consulted with people that knows about central air, and two people told me right off the back what the problem was most likely, and what the copper pipe was suppose to have at the end of it. This agent said he didn't know until the assessment was done. So, basically the three agents I have requested have all come out to either be dishonest, careless for the customer, ripped my furnace apart and walked out with the inspection fee. This agent never told me there was a an inspection charge until he was already here. Please people be careful, they can literally still money in front of your face and you won't even notice it. I'm so sad that they just wanna take advantage of us clients all of the time. Throughout my research trying to find an agent, I even came across businesses that don't exist physically. The hot is just gonna keep going up, sickness comes after and families suffer while this people en reaches their wallet. I say that's enough. DO NOT TRUST this agent.DO NOT TRUST THIS REPAIR PERSON. DO NOT USE THEM to fix your furnace issues. Jose first came to check on my furnace problem. He concluded that it was due to a disconnected wire to the control panel. He came to get the wire reconnected from my furnace to the control panel. However, upon attempting to doing so (he clearly did not know what he was doing), he damaged my wood floor drilling a hole in the wood panel along with multiple holes on my wall and ceiling of basement. He'd told me to find a someone who does flooring to fix the damage he caused and that he'll reimbursed the amount. Invoice was sent over to him but he refuse to respond and pay for the damage he created. My security system has captured him there so there's no denying from him that this is not the company/him that did the damage. read more

I had a broken return line from the previous owners who mickey moused the problem an broke years later leaving me with a drenched ceiling and a mess. This owner was on time an only charged me $59.00.
