I'll start with the positives, they do have a decent double cheeseburger. I actually ordered it twice during my week long stay at the hotel. The first time I ordered the Caesar salad, it was absolutely massive and phenomenal. Unfortunately the second time I ordered it, it was plated, completely different, smaller portion and smelled a bit fishy.
The atmosphere is very comfortable and welcoming, aside from one of the chandeliers that keeps dimming, but that's probably the ghosts. The piano player can be a bit overbearing in the evening time if you're sitting close to the piano. But otherwise, this is a very comfortable atmosphere.
The service is hit or mess, one of the servers was fantastic. She never let my glass go empty, was very attentive and friendly. One of the other servers was absolutely not friendly, and he never refilled my glass during my entire dining experience. Same goes with the bartenders, one night drinks were flowing, and the bartenders were on spot. One night it took us almost 45 minutes just to get one round of drinks, and it completely killed the atmosphere. read more
