Parking: located in a strip mall with parking lot in front of restaurant Service: cafeteria style to fill bowl with choice of meats, veg, and starches. You then pay at the cashier and choose your sauce or soup flavor. Staff was friendly and cleaned our table before assigning us. Ambiance: casual Food: Got the savory dry mix, but tried a bit of my parties soups and everything was solid. A great comfort meal post EDC

I loveeee Mala Town!!! Their 50% off promo was very dangerous for me... HAHA As you line up to select what you'd like to be in your bowl, you'll choose what soup base you'd like at the counter as it gets weighed, and once you are seated, there is a bar for you to create your own sauce next to complimentary water and tea. I like the set up of the restaurant! Not only is the food delicious (I personally love the Mild Signature Beef Bone Broth but also have been getting the Sweet & Sour Tomato), the service is always great, and during the super busy times, seating can become limited, but I would say that seating is usually available. Parking may become sparse because of the lot it is in alongside other hotspots in the plaza.

Craving soup and found this gem that offers so many options and best of all you choose your ingredients that you want in your soup. The flavors of all different soup base are very delicious. I got the Tom Yum and had all the flavor you need to pair with any protein and vegetables. Everything in the soup building station looks clean and fresh. When we got to the cashier, she helped us with any questions and also helped us with making a decision with our soup base. Jasmine was at the cashier and she was very helpful and friendly and made the experience at Mala Town so much better and welcoming! Can't wait to be back!!!

Come to Mala Town now for discount! Mala town has been my go to spot for amazing hot pot that is fully customizable. I love getting the tomato soup base because it is so sweet and tangy that pairs well with a lot of the vegetable toppings. Service is quick, as you pick and grab your toppings then take it to the counter. They have a sauce bar where you can get your spice fixing from chili oil, garlic, chili flakes, etc. Limited time they are offering 50% off every Tuesday and Wednesday!

All over tik tok I see ppl go to build your own hot pot. Cant lie I got severe fomo so I NEEDED to try at least once in my life and I pleasantly had driven to this place. Me and some friends were a lil bit confused on what to do at first as there is nowhere in AZ where we can build our own hot pot but Paul was so kind and showed us how the hot pot process works . We were given a bowl and began loading up. We were told most ppl get 1.5 lbs typically. The bowls are priced via weight with that being $15.99/lb. Yeah I love this. I was so excited I was grab happy and ended up with 2.8lbs regardless I was happy. Everyone I was with all got different broths one being the Szechuan and another being Bone broth. Both were so delicious. We were assigned a table the cooked our hot pot in the back and was brought to our table. My brother unfortunately had been grab crazy and got 5lbs but even after we finished all our food he was happy he could take it home and keep eating. (Mind you we still had to drive to AZ by the time we got back ME AND MY FRIEND DEVOUREDDDDD EVERY SINGLE BUT THAT WAS LEFT). I think me saying I love this place is an understatement I LIVE LAUGH LOVE ESPECIALLY ADORE MALA TOWN The staff members were all so kind and funny. Paul for sure made our experience the best. We told him we come to Vegas often and now this will be our go to. So thank you Mala town for the amazing food and hospitality. a huge thank you from my belly cuz now I craveeeeee mala town. Busy Plaza in Chinatown is where you'll find mala town. Parking was a bit tight but cars are going in and out quickly so you'll eventually find out. Mad line and crowd inside the restaurant means good business! We grabbed our bowls and tongs and added everything to be made with the spicy Bone broth. Their spicy is very spicy so he aware. While seated and sipping on complementary water and ice tea, our bowls got served. While piping hot, we started denting the bowl. Super hot (temp) and spicy (spice) yet delicious but we couldn't finish so took left overs to go. Grab your own Togo containers, utensils, and bags. Will be back soon!

Came here during EDC weekend and it was packed. It's a self serve restaurant where you pick your own toppings and then they boil it into your choice of broth. I like that they were well organized when seating people after they've ordered. There's a sauce bar at the end of the room for your meal. My tomato broth was a bit watered down.

Mala Town is a buffet style hot pot where you pick your own ingredients from vegetables to protein and choose a soup base and they cook it for you. Really fun concept with great variety. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Great experience overall and definitely planning to go back soon.

I see why this place is so highly rated by so many people! I love how you can pick so many different meat, vegetable, and soup options. Skip getting the corn on the cob because it is pretty heavy, so opt for the baby corn. The line went by fast and the food also came out quick. I recommend getting the signature bone broth. I also love how there is a tea option for drinks and lemon water. There are a bunch of seats and tables inside. The workers were all very nice especially the cashier! The bottled drinks on the shelves are also very good.

Very clean and so much fun to select from buffet style ingredients station. Also I loved the selection of different types of broth. Customer service was very helpful and polite. They explain how to make it taste as you like. You don't need to be shy, just ask them, and they will help you . Old building but they keep very clean and spacious. Only problem is very hard to get the parking lot. Space is limited. So be prepared for that.

I love this place! SUPER GOOD and AMAZING SERVICE! I love going here for both the food and service ALWAYS recommend this to my friends and family and it's such a great place to eat good and catch up! It's always clean and has amaaazing vibes all the time! Paul is so fun and kind as well, it's always a good time when he's there! If you love hot pot, you've GOT TO come here

This is my go-to Malatang place in LV. The service is super friendly and the ingredients are pretty fresh. There a large selection that you can choose from to add to your broth or dry noodles. There is also a sauce bar that includes unsweetened tea that is self serve. The place is also pretty clean and has a good amount of seating. I've tried the signature beef broth and the tum yum. My favorite has to go to the signature. It is super flavorful and does not feel too oily like other places. The tum yum is good as well but the signature beef has a more complex flavor. I was sad when I went in today and they were sold out of the beef broth! They are currently having a 7.99lb deal on tuesdays and wednesdays before 6pm but I think it is ending next week so definitely take your chance and go soon!

    Rewina T.

It's a pick-your-own-bowl kind of deal here! You come in and are immediately greeted with a lineup of veggies, noodles, and meat. No server came up to us to give us the low-down on how this works; you were just there to grab one of the bowls and start filling it up with things you like. The options they have were plenty, though, all kinds of cuts of meats and different Asian veggies and noodles to add to your dish. Although, if you were to go to a sit-down or all-you-can-eat hot place (like Chubby Cattle), I do believe they have a lot more options over there. On the bright side here, you don't have to worry about over ordering since you're getting everything at once; they charge you by the weight, so try not to be like me and get too many noodles and hike up your price. They have different soup base options, and I chose the spicy beef one. It wasn't that spicy at all to me, but they did have a sauce station where you can add more spice and toppings to your liking, so that was nice. This is a great spot if you want a quick hotpot trip without all the wait at the other places, but not so great if you want a really great hotpot hangout with friends.

    Is there gluten free options?

    Are there VEGGIE Broth options?

Yes. They have a tomato broth option which is sweet I believe.

As someone with a severe shellfish allergy, is there any shellfish mixed into the broth choices?

Hi, We cook each bowl with separate pot and for the broth , no shellfish mixed. Thanks

Do you have to pay for the other ingredients or you only have to pay 15$ only?

It’s weight by pound. 14.99/ibs for all ingredients

Do you have to select type of noodles and are the noodles weighed too?

You select for a wide variety of different toppings, veggies, proteins, and noodles before everything is weighed together. Then you select your broth and enjoy. You can even order rice on the side if you prefer that instead of noodles.

    Do they offer rice?

    Yes: they do

It's located in a small strip mall on W Warm Springs Road, about 8 miles southwest from the W Hotel where I was staying. The décor is simple, with about six tables inside and tables outside for al fresco dining. You go there for the food, not the décor. They offer a tasting menu for two for $190, that is amazing. What's more amazing is the deluxe version for $370. As a solo diner on this occasion, I couldn't avail myself of either so I made my own, three Shigoku oysters ($12), three Oyster / Uni / Foie Gras ($30), U3 Prawn with truffle butter ($40), Truffle Bone Marrow Filet with Foie Gras ($76), two glasses of wine ($14 and $16), and Illy coffee to finish ($4). The three Shigoku oysters were great; the ones with uni and foie gras were sublime! I had a glass of 2024 Touraine Sauvignon Blanc with the oysters. The Truffle Prawn was out of this world! The large prawn was split and grilled with truffle butter. The meat was perfect, and I scooped all of the goodness from the shells and savored each bit. I wanted another order! The Truffle Bone Marrow included two bone halves, topped with sliced medium rare filet and seared foie gras. I can never have too much foie gras! The marrow was so unctuous and combined with the filet and a slice of foie gras, I was in food heaven! It's so decadent and insanely good. I had a glass of District 7 Pinot Noir with the meat. Alas, no room for dessert. If I did, I would have ordered another Truffle Prawn. I ended my meal with a cup of Illy coffee, then headed back to my hotel. Ah, what a meal! Superb from start to finish! The total came to $253.08, including a tip. Highly recommended! Rating: 4.75.

Let's start with the highlights of this place- This restaurant has what I'd call "sexy food"- dishes that look like they came straight out of a fine dining restaurant, BUT here, at a MUCH more affordable price! ESPECIALLY DURING HAPPY HOUR!! ( 11 PM - 3 AM). Here are the MUST TRY's: The Gyoza- AMAZING flavor and texture. (Happy Hour Dish) The Sashimis- All come with a citrusy yuzu soy sauce. I love the Yellowtail and Salmon one especially! (Salmon Sashimi is a Happy Hour Dish) Black Cod Lettuce Wraps- Umami, crunchy, satisfying! Chicken/Beef Kushi- the sauces for these- just WOW! (Happy Hour Dish) The New York Strip- Look at the presentation! Amazing! The side seasoning, the greens and chili threads- they all pair with this beautifully cooked steak very well! They do have pricier dishes- even a full Chef's Tasting Menu! But since I usually just come for a quick bite late at night, I don't really get those. Ambience- it is a small restaurant, but not too busy. I find that a lot of late night workers come here for a nice fancy, but affordable dinner. This place is great for groups of friends. What needs work- I do love the food of this restaurant, but there are some things that hurt it. I'd love to see them overcome these obstacles and turn out even more popular on the other side! The Outside- I'm not sure if it's the sewage or something, but around the corner spot where this restaurant is located, there's just this awful, stinky smell. I feel like that issue hurts the restaurant, especially for people who would want to dine outside. The hospitality- the staff is fast- hard working- efficient and good at their job. I don't have to wait much for my food to come out. But I feel like there is a lack of hospitality- I get the feeling that they're disinterested in you being their guest- I don't exactly feel welcome and it just comes across as they're just trying to get the job done. Closing Time- Happy Hour and Online Apple/Google Maps says this restaurant closes at 3am- however, there have been times where this restaurant stops seating or taking in orders before 2am. So just be aware that you may not be able to eat there if you go past 2. Fried Rice/Yakisoba- The rice and the noodles are great, but there's something funky about the protein. When I've ordered beef yakisoba before, the beef tastes funky- not fresh. I feel like these are strong side dishes, but I do question the freshness/flavor of the protein added to these dishes.
