Some of the widest selection of Thai and Chinese & Sushi foods in the area. Always fresh , packaged well but they could use better air tight containers. The lids are not totally liquid tight and if a delivery driver hits a curve and the delivery bags tilts too far over ; I've opened the inner paper bag inside a clear plastic bag on the outside and the sauce from one of my favorite selections, EGGPLANT WITH GARLIC SAUCE is spilled out to the bottom of the bag and all over the outside of every container inside the bag ! It's an oily sauce from the hot oil used in the tasty sauce that is now often on the sides of all the other entree containers inside the entire delivery bag . Even a large order's weight of several entrees sitting on top of one another can cause this same problem. I have seen they do try to put pieces of cardboard between some of the heavier entree containers so that they don't press down too heavily on those on the bottom. Their wide selections are delicious! I've eaten takeout from here regularly for almost five years and I order multiple times a week! Other than the delivery issue sometimes -there is nothing wrong with their foods! They are perfect and so delicious.... I see I have eaten my favorite the Eggplant in Garlic Sauce over 100 times.... I told you it's superb! Enjoy one of their many dishes yourself! Excellent experience overall. We started with the Tom Yum seafood soup, and shared 2 entrees - Thai Green Curry with chicken and Thai Basil with beef. The soup was spicy and delicious and the 2 entrees were tasty, hot and the ingredients fresh. It's a BYOB establishment, so bring your favorite beer or wine! At first glance a multi-cuisine restaurant did not catch my eye but my boyfriend insisted on trying it out. Thankfully the place ended up being great! The staff was so friendly, especially ?????, our server. The food was delicious and don't forget to order Malaysian coffee, hot is the best but iced is good too. We ordered the satay tofu and it was surprisingly crispy and tasty. We also ordered the Malay prawn mei and House Special shrimp. DELICIOUS! So much we had to take some home to eat later. Updated from last time. We tried this place out in a whim, with the suggestion of someone on our Township unofficial Facebook page. It was absolutely not a disappointment and for the reasonabprice was even better.. The food was excellent. I had the Tom Yum soup dinner serving. It was just right. My wife had the Tom Kha (coconut) soup for an appetizer and really liked it, and thought the Pad Thai dinner was also excellent. I hade the dumplings for an appetizer. The dumplings were very good! The atmosphere is comfortable and the wait service is friendly and responsive. They advertise for their free WiFi service all over the restaurant, so I am assuming they'd like people to stay and work or surf the Internet as more of a place to go and hang out. I like that they want you to stay, and it's good business, as I'd likely keep ordering apps and tea. We very much recommend this place. read more

One of the good places to try out near Bucks county area, if you are in mood for Thai. Appetizers were okay, we ordered fried veg dumplings and it didn't have lot of flavor, and personally, I didn't like the texture as it wasn't very crispy.. but maybe better if we'd ordered steamed ones. Spring rolls were good! Quantity was larger than expected and main course was great, drunken noodles were really well made. They were able to moderate spice levels per each of our request. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. I went for a late lunch and was greeted warming by a nice young man. Since it was cold I ordered Seafood Tom Young soup. The broth was perfect & there were shrimp, bits of seafood and a few vegetables. I would have preferred a little more solids. It was very delicious! A duck noodle dish caught my eye on the specials menu, so I ordered it. Lots of pieces of sick and flat rice noodles. It was delicious. I'm not very familiar with Thai food, so my next visit I will dive into some other dishes. I had a nice conversation with the man who had greeted and served me. Malay Thai Kitchen is still operating with a temporary sign out front, but that doesn't mean they don't know how to run a first class Malaysian and Thai restaurant. That they certainly do very well. It begins with the deep Asian décor of the dining room. Although simple, it has Shoji screens on the walls, and black & white photographs spread around that add to the cultural flavor. It is a calming space, but for the out of place loud contempo western music blasting from the high speakers. How much better it would be with soft flute, strings and bells, to go with the Jasmine tea and delectable menu. I ordered Basil Thai Noodles with chicken, at a 3/5 heat level. It arrived looking great on the white ceramic plate. The taste was excellent with plenty of Thai basil, peppers, onion, sprouts and chicken in addition to the broad noodles that offered plenty of surface area to hold the rich sauce. While I learned that the third heat level was more a one to my tongue, that did not detract from the wonderful taste. Really liked it a lot. I am sure they would have provided chili sauce if requested. It was great to find another southeast Asian kitchen had arrived in southern Bucks County. It joins the rare few other pioneers who have staked a claim to broadening our cultural and culinary horizons. I will return for much more. I visited excited to try a Malaysian dish at Malay Thai Kitchen, who has a very high rating on Yelp. Well, these stars lied to me! I left this establishment very underwhelmed and parched. I wish I had read Keila M.'s review!!! I started with steamed vegetable dumplings for $8.25. They were okay, not outstanding. I am uncertain if they are handmade there or premade and just cooked up for serving. My entree was the tofu with vegetables in a black pepper sauce served sizzling on the platter, coconut rice on the side, for $15.95. The presentation was the most pleasant part of this dish. The overall amount of food for the price was lacking....it was several pieces of tofu, a handful of vegetables, and a mound of rice. The coconut rice wasn't especially tasteful. The tofu and vegetables were cooked nicely enough but indistinguishable in the highly salty pepper sauce. The waitress, who was very nice, explained that the sauce comes premade and next time I should ask for less sauce. If I would have said something at the beginning of the meal, she would have taken it back to adjust it for me. Unfortunately, I don't think I will have a next time here. My friend had the Singapore noodles. I tasted this dish. I also found it overly salted. I cannot appreciate the flavor of foods if they are saturated with salt. I did not try anything from the sushi menu. Perhaps this is where this restaurant shines. I did hear another customer state that the drink he had was very sweet. Too salty...too sweet... Not the place for me, personally. Based on the flavor of the foods I ate and the quantity/quality for the price point, I have to rate this restaurant with two stars, because it could have been much, much better. My lips were actually feeling dry afterward. I did take what I did not eat home with me. I reheated the dish with less sauce and added pineapple, which helped with the flavors. I wish I was wowed because I was really looking forward to a great Malaysian dish. A five star dining experience at the Thornridge neighborhood's newest (and most adventurous) restaurant. Shopping in the area, I was so excited to see that a new cuisine would be coming to town under the name Malay Thai Kitchen. (In the storefront that formerly housed Tommy's Tea Pot (Chinese), and more recently, the short-lived Soho (Japanese). Malay, Thai, and Indian food are cuisines that are less familiar to me than others, but it doesn't require an expert to thoroughly enjoy what they are tasting! On my first visit - and dining solo - I decided to "live large" and order both an appetizer and an entree. The selections: roti canai (Indian pancake with a mild coconut curry sauce accented with chicken and potato) and "dry curry chicken with rice" (chicken slow cooked in a spicy and flavorful sauce of lemon grass, chili paste, and coconut milk), served with a crispy spring roll, and matchsticks of cucumber, pickled radish, and seasoned carrot. I'm glad that I have the remainder of the day to work off this delicious lunch. The menu features many other treats: dumplings, noodles, rice dishes, noodle soups, and entrees in a variety of sauces that feature flavors from Southeast Asia. The chef will customize the spice level upon request. The proprietors did a lovely job with the new decor, highlighting photographs of Southeast Asian street scenes and wall decor that evokes delicate windows, painted black, that make the interior seem more roomy and airy than earlier incarnations. Flavor wise, the rice was great and so was the spice level. The shrimp was the issue here. Firstly, only 4 shrimp for an adult sized meal? Not even 5, 4?! Also judging by the pictures with shrimp in them, they use much smaller shrimp now. And the stuff wasn't cleaned out of the back. Also, soggy and just not not cooked or prepared well. Appetizers we shared were a clear chicken soup which was a nice pleasant palate cleanser and worked well with the rather heavy honey fried squid appy we ordered. We ordered from the Malay part of the menu. Pepper pork with onions and Mapo Tofu. I really liked the MaPo Tofu as it had a sauce different from the Chinese I'm used to having.
