    MALCOM CUNNINGHAM NORTHPOINT service department is full of con artist, liars, crooks, incompetent, rude, spineless cowards. Took our Chevrolet in for a simple schedule routine service oil change and tire rotation. They had the vehicle for more than two hours and when they returned it, later that evening we discovered the tires had not been rotated. Called the service department the next day and got the run around, such as: "oh, the service manager is not available, I will have him call you back, shortly, hours passed no call, no follow up. I call back oh try emailing him, I did not follow up. Malcom Cunnigham needs to be fined 5 million dollars just based on the horrific 1-star reviews and jailed for any and all deceptive complaints the courts find valid. Accountability must be enforced. You should not be able to steal from customers without ramifications. SHAME ON YOU MALCOLM DECEPTIFUL CUNNINGHAM.

    Their service is AWFUL. They take forever, and they just don't care to help at all. It's not worth it. Will never come back to this one.

The moment I walked in to the Roswell location, David greeted me, took the time to start conversation, asked if he could be of any assistance while I looked at vehicles, and ultimately helping me in finalizing my vehicle purchase. I test drove two cars that day, David printed out and pulled up all the specs. As a young woman, he did not pressure me, but let me ask questions and take my time test driving and looking at the vehicles. I fell in love with one of the cars, but it was not four-wheel-drive and needed that. So back to the drawing board! Over the course of the following 2 1/2 weeks, David stayed in contact and helped me look for the specific vehicle in four-wheel-drive at Carmax locations across the country. I ended up finding a completely different vehicle at the Lithia Springs location and David helped me with the transfer of getting that vehicle and another that I was tentatively looking at moved over to the Roswell location so I could come in for a test drive and view the cars in person. His promptness and help was above and beyond! There was no feeling of pressuring me to just to get a car because I like it, but talking over logistics and particular needs made this an educational experience for me in a great way! I went in that day with my current vehicle, cleaned out ready to drop off to them to sell, and test drove both of these newly delivered cars. I fell in love with one that had everything I was looking for, and walked away less than two hours later with my old car being traded in and that money used as my down payment and my new vehicle being looked over and ready to hit the road! David made sure to follow up with me over the following weeks to see how I was liking the car, and if I had any questions or concerns. So in writing this review, thank you David for not being a salesman who wanted to take advantage of a young woman car shopping, but in making the experience exciting, educational, and left me feeling good about my purchase and investment in my new car!

Just 10 days after purchasing a 2016 GMC Yukon, the transmission broke down, leaving me stranded. It took significant effort to convince them to sell me a warranty for $1200, and even then, they kept the car for over a month without providing any warranty paperwork for the transmission. Dealing with Keyan, the foreman, was an absolute nightmare. Getting him to address any issues with the vehicle felt like an act of Congress. In addition to the transmission failure, the car had a thermostat issue, needed new shocks in the back, and suffered from a massive motor issue. Despite the dealership having the truck for another month, they failed to provide any information about these problems, leaving me in the dark about the state of my vehicle. Until now he just ghost me every time I text or call him. His managers have done nothing about it. Having invested nearly $30,000 in this truck, I'm deeply concerned about its reliability and longevity. To make matters worse, the car I traded ended up in impound because the previous owner failed to transfer the title properly. And I guess the person they sold it to who worked there got arrested. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid this dealership at all costs to prevent similar frustrations and financial losses. I demand my warranty paperwork for my transmission and a refund for the warranty that they sold me that's no longer active. UPDATE I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Used Imports Auto in Roswell, GA. I bought a vehicle from them, and just eight days later the transmission failed. I was told they had installed a "new" transmission with a five-year warranty, but I had to pay an extra $650 in cash for that warranty after the sale. Fast forward two years--and the transmission has now completely failed again. When I reached out for help, they told me the company that supplied the transmission had "gone out of business." That's all they would say. They refused to give me the name of the warranty provider, any documentation, or any assistance whatsoever. Since then, I've been completely ghosted. I'm now stuck facing a $6,000+ transmission repair that should be fully covered by the warranty I paid for. This is not how reputable dealerships treat their customers. Selling warranties that mysteriously disappear when problems arise is unacceptable, and I'm likely going to have to involve an attorney just to get a straight answer.
