I have an engineering background and it was easy to see how much expertise Fred had in LG washing machines (no doubt, after working for LG for 3 years). And he's a really nice guy. And so respectful/careful about our floors and cabinetry surrounding the machine, and he took the time to generally look over the machine to make sure everything else was ok (including double testing it after the repair was done). From talking with him during the job, it was clear he also had extensive experience in a number of other brands (Samsung, Whirlpool family) and across a range of different appliances.
