Popped in this afternoon for a music event. The workers were friendly. I ordered the popular drink, Round Rock Carmel (iced). The iced coffee was delicious. It was not overly sweet and had good flavor. I had never been inside here. They have a drive thru. Super convenient. Lots of games to play with while enjoying your beverages. They also have sandwiches and other food items. Parking was difficult since it's a busy area. They have punch cards so don't forget yours! A friend and I stopped by for coffee on a recent afternoon. There were only a few customers. We were greeted enthusiastically, encouraged to take our time, and ordered our coffees. They were delivered to the end of the counter. Mine, a decaf caramel latte, was excellent. My friend was not particularly happy with hers, but it was quickly fixed. My only complaint was that the person cleaning the floor did so rather loudly. The sound was almost jarring. read more

I saw this drive thru as I was leaving the car wash next door. I decided to pick up a nitro cold brew. It was really good! Super friendly and helpful staff too. The customer service was amazing, the food was extremely affordable, and the quality of both the coffee and the food was excellent. My order was a cold lattee, with oat milk and sugar-free syrup and a breakfast sandwich. The sandwich was made-to-order and the ingredients were fresh. Definitely among my top 3 coffee places I want to be a part of. Also, very family-friendly, there is a section dedicated to a play area for children. Very few coffee shops offer that. Wanted to go in and read but the lot was packed. Went through the drive thru instead. Asked for a suggestion between two iced coffees and was told the Karma would be good. It totally was. So tasty and smooth. Also ordered the salmon bagel. Didn't realize the salmon would be warm/cooked. It was good but not what I was expecting. The smoothie and croissant were okay. It was my first time here and when I ordered my smoothie, I wanted nonfat milk. The person in the drive-thru said "we don't put milk in them". Odd, because this is a coffee shop so I would think I can customize a drink, but okay. I drove up to the window and I said "hey, how's it going", she said nothing and presented the credit card machine through the window. She offered no "thank you" or "it will be ready soon". The Havarti, Ham, & Cheese Croissant was Delicious along with my Medium Double Mocha. My Wife tried them yesterday for the first time and brought me in this morning to try them out. She had the 4 Leaf Clover and an Everything Bagel with Egg Bacon & Cheese. Great Ambiance and especially Service. The Management scored when they Hired Andy. Lord knows where he picked up his skills. Daughter went through drive thru and nobody responded to her for a few minutes, so she thought maybe they were closed. She pulled up to the window to find out. There was a guy standing looking out at the drive thru window, but he waited a bit before opening it. Finally he acknowledges her by opening his window. My daughter asked him if maybe their speaker was broken to which he replied "No. What do you want?" I understand that maybe he thought she was being passive aggressive, but I was with her and she honestly was just wondering what had happened. Compared to other Malone, this one definitely lacks experience. The drip coffee is substantially lacking flavor. Customer service is average. the inside is spacios which is nice, but other than that they could use more help. Better trained baristas and customer service. Overall not the same as the other Malone. read more

My dad and I, who are coffee enthusiasts that love to try new coffee places everywhere and anywhere we go, decided to give Malone Coffee a try this morning. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with not only our experience but our food and coffees as well. First of all, when we got to the register to place our order, it took at a minimum 5 mins for any of the employees to acknowledge our presence or come over to the register to assist us and take our order. May I mention the place was pretty dead with maybe 1 other person inside and 1 car at the drive thru. When our order was finally taken, we placed an order for an iced dirty chai, a drip coffee, a jalapeño cheddar bagel, and a cinnamon raisin bagel. The food and drinks did come out promptly. However, the iced dirty chai was subpar at best and ended up in the trash after a few sips. We also ended up with a plain bagel instead of the cinnamon raisin bagel we ordered, and the jalapeño cheddar bagel had portions that were squishy, soggy, and doughy. The only redeeming factor was the drip coffee, which was nice and creamy hot and had decent flavor. Safe to say we will not be returning to Malone Coffee. read more
