Was really delish but expected more meat for $18. It was mostly coleslaw with a thin slice of corned beef on the top and bottom.

Whoa Mama Mamaleh's rocks! I have really liked everything I have tried here. From super fresh veggies in salad and on bagels, creamy schmears, solid tuna/whitefish salad, and flavorful meats (salami + corned beef tried), and great breads. Love the selection of Dr. Browns soda including my fave diet cream soda, rugelach, pickles, and fun extras like Zab's hot sauce and house dill/herb seasoning. Staff has always been cool with my indecisive, overly specific order and Brookline location has a cute lively little dining area. It's like a bit of Reins from CT here in Brookline! I just wish this location was open a tad later... Check it out!

Delicious food, great customer service, reliable delivery, I am a huge fan of Mamaleh's Brookline! I used to order from their Cambridge location but do not see a large difference wrt consistency and quality between the two locations. Great food and check out their merchandise too, I got a hilarious "call your mother" pen

Pickles, pastrami, coleslaw

Take out was great! Beautiful design on the paper that they wrapped the pickles and sandwich in. After telling my mom (who lives far away) I was sick she ordered of matzah ball soup for me from here, which was a wonderful treat. The pieces of chicken were delicious, and all the vegetables were also wonderful- al dente. The matzah ball was pillowy. My boyfriend had the pastrami sandwich. He really enjoyed it. Wouldn't be complete without the coleslaw and pickles- which I had to split with him, because it's one of my favorite parts of the Jewish deli experience.

Nova lox sandwich on gluten-free bread

Dining method: take out Item(s) ordered: Nova Lox sandwich on gluten-free bread Service: Very quick and staff are very kind Value: a bit pricey but very delicious The Review: I come at this Mamaleh's review, newly gluten-free. The mamaleh's deli-style shop is adorable, and reminiscent of a NYC deli or bagel shop. The gluten-free bread was delicious, and paired nicely with the toppings, as a bagel substitute. The lox sandwich satisfied my bagel craving, though it could do with a bit more lox for the price. I really enjoyed this Mamaleh's creation, and I will certainly be back for more.

Came here on a Sunday morning with my boyfriend and his dad. We were looking for a knockout bagel with a casual vibe, and we got exactly what we were looking for. This authentically Jewish bagel shop is so much more than your typical Sunday hangover bagel sandwich. The brioche rolls melted in our mouth, and the Sparkling pickle lemonade was surprisingly delightful! Service was quick and friendly, the seating area was very clean. I will definitely be coming back!

My friend and I decided to swing by for a tasty lunch the other day. It wasn't super crowded, though it was midday on a weekday, so I can't speak to how busy it is on the weekend. I enjoyed my pastrami egg and cheese - the pastrami was delicious while the challah bread had a great flavor and texture. My friend seemed to enjoy her salad. I also learned how many bagels tall I am, so that was fun!

Our favorite bagels with vegan cream cheese option. Seating is a bit limited but we like the atmosphere of a small place.

Overpriced for what it is. 12 bucks for a bagel sandwich is absurd. Kupels is the spot in Brookline or Cafe Fresh Bagel in Dedham.

Prices are way too high for what you get. $16 for a sandwich with no sides or anything is ridiculous.

What a great bakery to stop by in Coolidge Corner. There was constantly people popping in and out…read moreso you can tell it's a crowd favorite. I came here with 2 friends to work from home and we had a great time! I can attest it's a solid spot to WFH. They have one large (more communal) table which is where we sat, as well as a handful for 2 seaters for folks to either sit alone or across from a friend. Clearly a lot of people come here to WFH, but you can't blame them. The WiFi is free and we didn't experience any disruptions, there's great lighting in addition to the natural light from their floor to ceiling glass walls, and the music is so good here. They were playing all 2010s indie, pop, and alternative hits. We all loved it. I ordered a decaf iced latte with Carmel and it was delicious! A bit on the pricey side, but it is what it is. :) My friends got a sandwich and also tried their coffee and really liked it too. We will be back!

All of the bakery items are gorgeous and I don't think you could go wrong with whatever you choose to try. I appreciate that for the bakery items. They also display the allergens on the little cards, which is super convenient for anyone with allergies or restrictions. The service is friendly and there is a surprising amount of seating inside, which is great to take advantage of the natural light from the big windows. There's also some seating outside when the weather is nice.

Their menu is full of authentic bakery staples at reasonable prices. Also, the service is fantastic. Everyone is friendly and efficient despite the long line. I tried their pretzel croissant which was one of the best croissants I've had in a long time. The flakiness was impressive while it retained the strong taste of a traditional pretzel. I'm simply amazed. Also, their iced latte was pretty good! I got their seasonal Lavender Latte which was refreshing and strong. It didn't have that perfume-y aftertaste that often comes with floral flavors. Overall, I'm incredibly impressed and only wish I lived closer to be able to come more often.

The lines fortunately moved quickly and we were out of there in 20 min! The pastries are sooooo incredible you absolutely need to try. Our favorites were the Gruyère monkey pull apart bread (similar to the Gruyère croissant but a bit bigger) and we loved it so much we literally dug every piece out from the little cardboard bowl it comes in. A close second was their weekly special the Muhaamura feta croissant which was delectable-- I had never thought of putting Muhaamura in a croissant but damn does it work! It also went so well with the Gruyère it was truly a combo made in heaven. Both are also super light and won't make you feel super heavy after! We also got some sweet options including the chocolate chunk cookie and walnut morning bun which were super solid, but out of the sweet items the olive oil cake was our favorite. It is SUPER dense but truly the perfect dessert to have with tea in the afternoon-- I will definitely think about bringing this next time I'm visiting someone's house! It's not too sweet but flavored so well. Overall this place is soooo worth the wait--- definitely check it out!

Well, you will need Google Maps, a compass and a Boy Scout badge to find this place…read more Between Mayor WU's one way streets that Google Maps don't know about yet? Or the Exodus old window locations closed and the airstream camper location in alley is the new temporary place to order from. But I was tipped off by a bagel buying enthusiast when I was looking in the closed window location puzzled why I didn't see any people or bagels . The nice enthusiast told me that the pick up location is around the corner in a different new alley ... confused still but as Columbo the detective would do... I saw people walking from many directions to the new alley at 8:10 am. I followed the crowd to where others were already in the alley for the ordering process at the airstream trailer ... I was reminded of cousin Eddie in the Christmas movie with Chevy Chase and his camper trailer . The guy in the trailer looked like a horse bookie taking bets with his note pad and credit card machine... he may have been one of the owners after I researched later on website . I ordered a garlic Asiago bagel with butter and a salt bagel with veggie cream cheese. Then I was instructed to stand in alley and wait for my order . The bagel worker bees I then saw them come out of another building door with the bags of bagels and hand out to the experienced bagel buyers who intelligently order ahead . But the wait was quick and the worker bees scurry in and out of the door with the bags. There no tables or an area to eat in the alley . There was No inside coffee selections or Starbucks couches to lounge on eating your bagel sipping the latte to Italian music? I understand this is temporary as old space being renovated? I had my bagels both toasted and were perfect shade of toast . These were excellent different type bagels and not a brick dough filled type that becomes rock hard . The texture of bagel was more of a crunch chew in a good way. The garlic Asiago was a real deal flavor and thus would be excellent for a BLT or tuna or chicken salad for a sandwich , this would be winner chicken sandwich dinner . The salt bagel had a strong salt flavor again in a good way with the veggie cream cheese. The veggie cream cheese needed more veggies in it, but it did the trick to tame my bagel itch. Excellent bagels and the treasure hunt experience to find them was worth it. Clearly by the line of people and congregation of people from differ directions...they have a devoted following... reminded me of a Facebook announcement of a new iPhone release and people sleeping overnight to be first in line . Now, what is their secret of how or what they do to get the crunch texture but remain airy and not doughy? In summary: a great bagel and I need more .
