    Egg bagel

Great bagel that was served warm! Got the pumpernickel with harissa cream cheese and it was very nice! Probably my favourite cream cheese I have had in Boston! Bagel was a bit small compared to others I've had. Had an egg bagel the next day, definitely had to be toasted!

Really solid bagel spot in Kendall!! It's hard to find good bagels in Boston, so this place definitely hit the spot. I got the lox bagel with the pastrami salmon and the spicy veggie cream cheese on an everything. My boyfriend got the bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything. Both were delicious! The bagels were well-seasoned, crispy on the outside, and fluffy and moist on the inside. We loved the texture. My BF said this was probably the best bagel sandwich he's had in Boston (he lived in NYC prior). I think if I went again, I might not go for the full lox sandwich because it felt a little slim on the salmon, given all the other toppings on it. I might just go for the lox + cream cheese. Overall, cute shop, quick service, and really good quality bagels! It's a bit pricey for the size of the bagel sandwiches, but I get it. We liked going to sit in the park across the street since it was nice out.

My experience here was, overall, satisfying but also not anything that blew me away. Starting with the service, it was fast and simple to order. Plus, even later in the morning they still had a variety of bagel options to choose from. Another perk, the interior design and art is funky and vibrant making for a fresh, fun vibe to start your morning. Also, there was plenty of natural light and seating options so you can really settle in and focus on your food. However, the restaurant was kept pretty cold which was a little uncomfortable and even made the food taste chilled. Speaking of the food, the bagels themselves were a decent size and had a nice crisp exterior. Unfortunately, they weren't very warm, making them seem somewhat unfresh and missing that nice soft interior. Additionally, the sandwich as a whole did feel very cohesive, it was a little dry and fell apart easily. The egg patty provided an interesting and smooth texture though and the bacon was absolutely delicious! Otherwise, it's not my favorite breakfast sandwich in the world, but it also wasn't terrible. As a whole, I'd recommend maybe trying a bagel with just cream cheese or one of their other sandwich combos, because the breakfast version just sort of missed the mark for me. Additionally, I would avoid their drinks. I got the matcha and it wasn't very high quality, from my perspective. Still worth a visit if you're in the area and really craving a bagel! It's a fun place to sit, the food is satisfying enough, and they offer a wide variety of fun bagels to choose from.

My partner and I got the smoked whitefish sandwich (on egg everything bagel) and lox sandwich (w pastrami-cured lox and beet, dill & horseradish cream cheese on cheddar jalapeño bagel) - TASTE: 5/5 - very satisfying, even compared to our fave bagel spot! Highlights included the savory whitefish salad, pastrami-cured lox, red onions, and the beet, dill & horseradish cream cheese TEXTURE: 4/5 - great balance of creamy fillings, fresh tomatoes and lettuce, and crunchy bagels PRICE: 4/5 - total came to $27, w these bagel sandwiches a couple dollars less than our other spot SERVING SIZE: 4/5 - just right for lunch SERVICE: 4/5 - walked in at 12:15pm on a Friday and only two other folks were ahead of us in line. Staff was friendly, and our order was ready in 5min ATMOSPHERE: 5/5 - super bright and fun space w colorful murals, spacious bathroom, compost bins, and a good vibes playlist. Glad we stopped by PARKING: 4/5 - got a free street spot right on Third St

Controversial? Yes. Hella delicious bagels? Also yes. I came here from an Orange theory class craving something with carbs and protein. There was a line outside this store on a Saturday mid morning, so I knew that I had to do it. When I walked in, I immediately noticed the interesting decorations yet eclectic ambience. How was immediately hit by the yummy smell of freshly baked bagels. I promptly ordered the club bagel, which entails turkey and bacon on and everything bagel. Although they don't toast bagels, they are served warm and fresh. My first bite was amazing. The outside was crisp and firm, but the inside it was soft and chewy. What an amazing sandwich!

Fun little neighborhood bagel spot in Cambridge. With lots of great specialty bagel flavors like Pumpernickel-Everything, Rye, Beet, & Garlic Rosemary. What makes Rebelle special is they make lots of their ingredients in-house, such as their spreads, mayo, and hot sauce. I highly suggest the hot sauce! One item that got lots of hype on social media was their Pop Tart. It was far too buttery and crumbly for my liking, but others around us seemed to be enjoying theirs. Overall, we will be coming back as this is a great spot to order a breakfast sandwich. Beware that it is a small space and can get packed on weekends.

Kind of surprised by the negative reviews - I've been here a few times and while it's not my favorite bagel place in the world, I've never been disappointed. The staff is friendly, service is prompt, bagels are warm and fluffy. The prices are a little steep but not too outrageous by Cambridge standards. I've tried a few different flavors - everything, pumpernickel everything, egg, and pretzel - and my favorite was the regular everything. Very generously seasoned, fluffy on the inside, chewy on the outside. Cream cheese is good too. The charred scallion is my favorite. The amount of cream cheese doesn't seem to be standardized but it's never been too skimpy for me. There's not a lot of seating - a few tables and and window seating - but I've never had trouble getting a table on a weekday morning. Most people take their orders to go. If you sign up for text alerts, you get discounts that make the prices more reasonable. I will keep coming anytime a coupon pops up.

    Lox Sandwich

I want so badly to love this place, I really do-- it's so close to my house and my job... but I just haven't been blown away. Bagel and Lox sandwich: over toasted but more importantly MAJOR skimping on the lox, as you can see, this sandwiches is mostly cucumber. I feel like they could be good if they just made a few changes but they really need to not skimp on the sandwiches, especially when the bagels themselves are just okay

As a bagel snob by heritage, I have long maintained that the acceptable bagel options in Boston are few and far between - for years making the trek out to Brookline or even the suburbs when needed. I have been thrilled to discover Rebelle in Kendall Square, just a few blocks off the red line, as an answer to my bagel needs. They have an excellent selection of bagels, including all of the classics as well as more interesting and fun options like pumpernickel-everything, beet and pretzel bagels. They have lots of great spreads, sandwich options, and pastries, as well. The breakfast sandwiches are excellent and the smoked fish spreads are quite good, too. The homemade pop-tart was another highlight - flaky, buttery and just the right amount of sweet. Highly recommend!

Got a sesame bagel here on the morning and it was really good. It was nice and chewy and had a pretty good crust. It reminded me of a chewy pretzel, especially the outside. One of the better bagels I've had in the area. Server was friendly. Didn't stay to eat there but it looked nice and clean and bright.

The blueberry bagel I had that day was absolutely superb, probably the best blueberry bagel I've ever had in Boston. A few days later, I craved that same blueberry bagel and made the trip back, which is a considerable drive for me. Upon arrival, I was told that blueberry bagels are not offered every day and are only available on Thursdays. I returned the following Thursday, but the experience was very different. I got blueberry, poppy, and a few other bagels to take home. Unfortunately, all of them were absolutely disappointing. They tasted extremely off and very different from the blueberry bagel I had previously. At home, my family ate about half of what we purchased, but none of us had any desire to finish the rest. Overall, the experience was unpleasant, and the bagels were not enjoyable at all. The blueberry bagel from my first visit looked and tasted amazing and was completely different in quality from what I received on my second visit. On top of that, the person behind the counter seemed careless with hygiene, touching the screen, bagels, and other surfaces without any apparent attention to cleanliness. It felt like a completely different place compared to my first visit just a couple of weeks earlier. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed.
