After about 15 minutes, the order was ready. I went in to get the juices, and the kind gentleman working there brought out the tacos. The juice was delicious and was juiced then blended for the perfect velvety texture. It was super fresh, as evidenced by all the fruits and veggies washed and displayed in the deli case. The tacos are served with a piece of queso frito, a side of salsa verde, and a side of salsa roja. Everything was cooked perfectly, and the portion was generous. The salsas were very flavorful with great heat. I only wished the filling had a little more salt or a little more chorizo to give it the additional saltiness it needed. Overall, a good solid meal. Definitely will be back.

You can see how fluffy the Dutch baby was in the pic from 12 years ago compared to today's, where it was more of a crepe than a bread "pudding". Still tasted decent after you add the lemon and powdered sugar that they give on the side, but texture was definitely lacking. The side pancakes with our other dishes were a tad salty.
