Ordered calzone. Received a pizza. Ordered garden salad, ceasar salad, chicken broccoli ziti, and side of garlic bread. Received these items correct. When I was handed the food the bags were tied but it looked from the shapes like they were subs inside. I asked the cashier. He said no those are dinners, it's the garlic bread that is wrapped up. Mistakenly I took his word for it and did not check the bags. Either really poor communication between cashier/order taker and kitchen, or he lied to me. One Friday night we were in the house & decided lets order from a new place and Mama Mia's was that place... We ordered a little of everything to try out... Potato skins was literally ONE potato skin cut into 4 Sections, It was tasty but sad... The menu should mention as I would have paid more to get more, they actually did taste good, they were just non existent! Chicken/Broccoli was good, great flavor, but like all places it was just HEAVY - but really good... The mixed grill was good, all the items tasted good, but there might have been 1 steak tip... The Quesadillas were tasty too. Everything was hot & delivery was fairly fast. The Stuffed Mushrooms for being a Corner little shop actually were very good. The stuffing could have been a Pinch more crunch (I imagine the steam from delivery got them a little soggy) but still very good... The price charged was different, and above the menu price, a random 3$ surcharge was added to the bill, and one plate was incorrectly punched in, and not corrected by the staff. This is a place to enjoy decent pizza! What I love is the owner's friend brings his mother there regularly. They have a close relationship and it's wonderful to see family over a candle light dinner! Sometimes the owner, Mr Hog, let's my kids go back to see the chef, Moss Dudley, beat the dough with his enormous paddle. Mamma Mia's is not only a restaurant with food that is edible, but it's where the stars come to be seen. Ordered Takeout: I called and ordered Takeout, was told 35-45 min for delivery arrival. I went ahead and ordered. Ordered the following items: Bacon BBQ Burger. Buffalo Chicken Pizza Chicken Tortellini Pasta Dish. Food arrived after an hour and twenty minutes. Driver called me to confirm address and stated that he was given the wrong address by the sub shop. I texted him the correct address and he then arrived 18 mins later. I took the food made sure everything was there and tipped the driver. ( I paid with a credit card) I opened the food and we started to eat, the food was barely warm. I called and stated that the delivery guy was sent to another house and now after waiting all this time my food was not hot. I was told that it was my problem because I signed the credit card receipt and accepted the food. I then asked for a credit since I placed my food in the oven and wasn't going to wait for a remake. The gentleman informed me that he could give me a $13 dollar credit out of $35.00. I told him that the pizza and burger were not hot and the burger was over cooked and the tomatoes inside the burger were spoiled. He told me he can do $13.00 credit only and that was it. I asked to speak to the owner and was told he wasn't there. I then asked for the owner's name and was told that he wasn't allowed to give me that information. In the end the food was eatable after reheating my food. I would never ever order from them again. Horrible way to run a small business. read more

I called back and attempted to speak with the woman by the name of Sylvia who hung up on me several times and then took the phone off the hook for about 20 minutes when I call back to request the name of the owner she told me that the owners name was Manuel and that he was out doing deliveries and did not have a telephone number that I could reach him on and Sylvia and a male refuse to accommodate me and change my order to the correct order and we're very unprofessional. A purely amazing hidden gem!!! (The find of the year for me!) I visited Mama Mia Restaurant twice in the last month. So I'll give you both stories, but suffice to say that I actually signed up to get a Yelp account just so I could give this restaurant a review and let everyone know to give it a try! The first time I went, I was hungry and in the area so I randomly stopped in and just got a french onion soup . . . and I was honestly amazed. I watched the owner of the new restaurant carefully cook and present this soup to me like I was in a high class establishment. I paid $3.50 for the soup, and told the man to please raise the price because it was so good. (Obviously this is not something I usually do). He came over to me, asked me if I liked it, and showed me his famous "Mama Mia Plate" with giant heaping portions of rice, beans, three kinds of meat and a salad! Wow! I was so impressed I asked him about his restaurant, and he told me he had been a chef for 21 years and was just starting out owning his own place. "I've gotta come back!" I thought to myself . . . The second time I brought my mom in for a real trial and was not disappointed. Both my Mom and I ordered pasta dishes . . . and we are picky Italians who cook at home, so the firing squad was ready! But wait!!! What is this??? It was served on beautiful dishes, heaping portions, perfectly andante, with savory sauce, tasty meat, and touches of seasonings that set out taste buds dancing! By the end of dinner we were in pain because we couldn't stop eating and the portions were so big! Then, the owner/chef, came over to ask us how we liked everything, and if there was anything we needed. . . Wow! I felt like I'd just been treated to a private fine dining experience! We replace the meatball with eggplant and it is very good particularly if you reheat it in a pan and get it extra crunchy on the bottom. This place is definitely a hidden gem. I found this place after watching a movie at the movies and saw that this was pretty close by with great ratings. The restaurant is really small - you have the option to dine in (super casual) or order take out. We decided to dine in. Everything on the menu is drool-worthy. We ordered the shrimp and steak tip combo, which came with fries and cole slaw, and chicken broccoli ziti pasta. It came with DELICIOUS garlic bread. As we waited for the food, one of the employees gave us complimentary chips with guac and salsa, which was perfect because we were starving. You could tell the chips were homemade and I love it! Salsa and guac was super fresh. The pasta was SO SO GOOD. I highly recommend the chicken broccoli alfredo pasta. It has so much flavor in it - I never had anything like it. The portion was pretty big too, considering that we're paying $9 for this! As for the combo, the steak tips were perfectly seasoned - I asked for medium, but every piece was a different temperature (this didnt bother me though because it was just THAT good).
