Please note I am only reviewing the pizza as I haven't tried the other food items. I've been getting Nana's pizza for over a year now. For consistency they are been right on the money. I have never received an inconsistent pizza from an order. I've asked for well done and every one has been well done consistently. It's just amazing Their crust and dough is delicious. It's crunchy on the outside and fresh and doughy on the inside. Just what you want from a pizza. The flavor is so delicious. No bad aftertaste at all. No stupid sweet sauce that some people seem to think should be on a pizza. Get outta here. Just delicious great tasting Italian tomato's sauce. I try other pizza places with higher ratings and their pizzas just don't compare and some flat out suck compared to Nana's. It was memorial day night on a Monday. Didn't feel like cooking and ordered a Nanas cheese pizza. First of all, around here they call it Jesus pizza because there is a cross on the box and a quote from the Bible, but I don't really think much about it when I'm ordering the pizza because the pizza is really good, I think this is a Catholic box of pizza but who cares it's delicious. It was $8.50 for a large pizza. I guess it was a special it was really good and the Greek salad was delicious. read more

I really like this place! This pizza joint is my in-laws' go to place. I've tried their mushroom pizza, sausage pizza, and meatlovers pizza. When the pizza is still fresh out of the oven, it's so nice and cheesy! It has a floppy feel when still hot that I really like. I usually prefer meatlovers pizza when I order pizza. Oftentimes, the pepperoni is too salty at many pizza places. The one here wasn't too salty at all. Overall, delicious. I definitely will go back when I'm around the area! read more

I just walked in for a Chicken parm sub (crispy, light sauce) and small order of BBQ wings (extra crispy ) and WOW SOOOOOO PERFECT!!!! Gave the Zing Dings and Chicken Tenders a go. Loved the crispiness and seasoning of the dings. They arrived nice and hot during delivery. There's the standard blue cheese on the side if you're into that too. However I'm not a fan of the Chicken Tenders. They tasted like chicken cutlets from the store that were lightly battered and heavily under seasoned. They arrived drowning Honey Mustard, which resembled those Sweet and Sour packets from McDonalds. Absolutely no texture at all --- just a wet piece of chicken. Ordered takeout from Nanas. Asked for a half tray or zsa zsa, no tomatoes. Then asked for a half tray of chicken bacon ranch. The caller said she can only do a full tray. Which I agreed to, waited for delivery, 45 mins. Get the pizza and it wasn't what we ordered. Called the restaurant and told them. I have ordered from Nana's for years- I love their pizza. So this rating is for the delivery. When you order online the pizza is delivered by GrubHub, and apparently their drivers don't know how to deliver a pizza. The pizza came completely slopped to one side. I called Nana's they told me it was GrubHubs fault (which I think is correct) I called GrubHub they spoke to Nana's and confirmed the issue. Grubhub told me I would be refunded. That didn't happen so I contacted them again and they said they have no record of me calling them, so they were unable to issue my refund. Instead they offered me a coupon for 20% off my next order. HA! My advice: just call Nana's directly and have them deliver your pizza. Don't let GrubHub do it- you pay more for delivery and you end up with a effed up pizza. read more

They're known for their pizza and it's pretty damn tasty, but be careful because sometimes it's soggy or undercooked, so you might want them to keep it in the over until a little well-done. I wish they'd add basil to their zsa-zsa pizza. It'd taste so much better. The rest of the menu items are average and nothing special to go out of your way for. The bible-thumping quotes on the side of the boxes some find offensive but I find hilarious. read more

Delicous Gluten-Free pizza with perfect sauce! My friend and I ate here tihs past weekend - traveling quite a distance after hearing how good the gluten-free pizza is and it didn't disappoint! I have had horrid gluten-free pizza elsewhere (Stone Hearth in Cambridge is the WORST!) and so this was a pleasant surprise! The crust was just right and thin enough. I first ordered here 3ish years ago and it was fine for taste, and since it's literally down the street, it always came so quickly. Then, I started noticing that it declined in quality fairly rapidly. The main problem is that it began to ALWAYS arrive completely soggy in the middle. So soggy that most of the cheese and toppings fell off of every slice I would pick up. It was also super super hot as though it just came of the oven - I thought it just needed time for the cheese to "settle" and maybe then it wouldn't slide off. It didn't work. I would wait 5-10 minutes and by then the pizza was so wet/soggy that it hung down vertically when I held it by the crust. The other reason I stopped eating Nana's pizza is that the Jesus quote on the box is really obnoxious. As we say at my house, "I don't think I need any Jesus with my pizza." So that clinched the deal. I always order from Nonni's Pizza now and I am much happier. ----- In response to the owner comments: All I know is that when I ordered a pizza with toppings (particularly pineapple), when I picked up a slice everything would immediately slide down and I've have to use my fingers to dump the cheese/toppings back onto my slice. The taste was fine, but the presentation was not. Also, no need to get snippy about the quote. Of course I noticed it the very first time, but the point is that it grated on me and eventually "clinched the deal." I didn't bother calling because by that point I heard about other pizza places and decided to check those out instead. read more

LOVE Nana's. Found it by scouring Yelp when I first moved to Everett and the reviews did not disappoint. If we are in the mood for pizza delivery, Nana's is our place. Their pizza is fresh, the crust is right on point (and I'm not a crust girl), and the toppings are also fresh and varied. Their grinders/subs are HUGE and will easily feed two people cut in half. Their meatball was very good and their chicken parm outstanding. Their salads are served with soft slices of pita bread and your choice of dressing, and will leave a good portion leftover as well. While we've also eaten "at" Nana's, we prefer to order delivery as we were the only two in the small dining room which was too well-lit and sterile for our taste. But hey, who needs to eat in when you can take out or get delivery? Definitely our fave local pizza joint. read more

YEAH! I love Nana's! My wife and I recently moved to Malden and this place is a short walk from our house, which is why we checked it out in the first place. Why do we keep coming back? Well, for one thing, the food is great. Pizzas, salad, apps, basically your standard pizza place fare. Plus, they will make your pizza (and other selected items) gluten-free if you ask. My wife eats gluten-free whenever possible, so this is a huge plus for her. They do carry-out and delivery, but also have a decent-sized seating area for eating in. They also serve wine and beer (for eat-in only). The place is also remarkably clean and the staff is always super-friendly and efficient. read more
