I come here everytime im in town. it's a pretty good place. it's not too expensive and its pretty good. the salad bar isnt bad and the food is solid. the nachos were probably my favorite. the fish tacos from there are also really good. the service has never been bad when ive been in there and the place itself is cute. read more

Our waitress was super nice and polite. The food was not good. When we walked in it smelled like a big deep fryer. We ordered 2 steaks (ribeyes) they were bland, and almost like a spongy texture, not good at all. We spent 76.00 and it was wasted, we didnt eat it at all. High hopes quickly deflated by no service. First thing we noticed was sign for 3.8% charge for non cash transactions. One large group of 8. No one else in the whole place. One waitress, and one person cleaning tables. Took approximately 5 minutes to be seated by the one cleaning tables. After sitting for another 5 plus minutes, the waitress said she would be right with us. After another 10 minutes and no one has yet came by to collect our drink orders, we left. We did like the decor. The menu looked like a good one. But, need to be serviced to actually enjoy the restaurant. read more

I wish i could give it less but i have to give atleast one star! This is solely based on the food experience! The first time i ate there i got the fried catfish and Mac n cheese, Nasty! The Mac n cheese was more like cheese water with noodles and the fish didn't even taste like fish! I ate there tonight and i got the Buffalo chicken wrap, Nasty! The only good thing on my plate was the tator tots. I will say they give you plenty for what you say but not worth it in my opinion! On a different note the staff are wonderful! This place can't make a burger to save their life, but it like Dry Out meat on your burger this is your place. We ordered 3 burgers 2 medium rare and 1 well done they all come out past well done.. should of just gone to MCD's.. Ordered catfish that was a Huge mistake, they burnt that too. We went there on a Friday night because there was going to be a 2 hour wait for Applebees. Needless to say it was our first and last time to go. The food was good and hot but service was terrible. Asked for a table and they tried to put us in a booth and got irritated when we told them a table. Waiter got irritated when we told he we wasn't ready to order as soon as we sat down and couldn't hardly get refills on drinks. And when we were ready to leave had to ask another server for our check. Never saw our server again. So we will never be back read more

The service was good, staff was nice, my main issue is that I ordered the cheesesteak and got the worst one I have ever seen. The issue isn't the flavor per se, but the concept of it. On a conceptual level this is the worst cheesesteak fathomable. The primary main ingredient you taste is the bread, which is not what is supposed to be the case. However, the bread just isn't the main portion of the meal, but it was stale. Not a little stale, granola bar stale. I didn't send it back because the service was nice and I didn't want to be rude, if that is. On top of the granola bar stale bread was a serving of 'steak', but it wasn't steak steak like I was expecting but the kind they have at subway. I didn't anticipate this because this place actually does serve steaks, and I thought it might be one of those cut up, but no, it's like the frozen stuff you can find in the frozen section for tv dinners. The next level to this is the cheese. It wasn't like normal cheese melted as you would expect. Instead it was the white queso stuff that you find at the grocery store for dipping nachos in. This was such an absurd thing to do, I've never seen this before. You don't have to have melted cheese sauce on a cheese steak, this is the only restaurant that believe that. The next layer to this is they literally just dumped an entire salad on top of the sandwich. A whole salad. But it wasn't a normal flavorful salad. It was an entire serving tub of mayonnaise with the cheapest lettuce and tomato possible. This dish was literally a monstrosity of school food ingredients. Someone needs to show them a picture of a cheesesteak and tell them to make that instead of one of the most perplexing failures of a sandwich I have ever observed. read more

Watched this place being built for awhile as I work in town, and I understand they had some facilities issues which I don't detract for. The interior they've clearly put a lot of effort into bringing something unique to Mount Sterling- the owner's other location in town Los Rodeos, has always been very good, and Facebook mentions by friends that have been here have been largely good with a couple of exceptions. On my first run, I got the crispy Chicken wrap with seasoned curly fries- it was alright. My friend got the Sirloin Tips with broccoli and cheese. When it arrived my food was warm- his was ice. Cold. For a dish that looks like fajitas you expect it to be steaming when it comes out- makes me wonder how attentive the chef staff is. read more

Bottom of bun hard. We were not asked for refills in the hour 20 minutes we waited. When we did get the appetizer I flagged a waitress down and asked for it . It was another 10 minutes. Mount sterling offering little rivals to cattlemens , Mamut will fit in nicely. All the chairs are custom and the booths are nice but that's just what is in the dining room. All the food is unique and the burgers are ample size for the price. There's so many selections I still can't wait to go again . Sixth trip. The only thing flowing in this place is the water. Food has been okay once or twice if you have time to hang out. Walked in and 7pm and got served meal at 830pm.
