Turns out they were out of melon liqueur--whatever, it happens--but instead of offering literally any substitute (ever heard of schnapps?), he just dropped the other ingredients on the bar and walked away. No comment. No effort. Then, because this trainwreck wasn't done, he got into a heated scheduling argument with his younger coworker right in front of us.
