I received an used foundation while ordering a new. The foundation was $403 including taxes and delivery fee. I ordered a Stearns and Foster Queen size foundation in store in Sep 2022. I found a hole on the cover at one of the corners 20 minutes after the delivery guys left. I later found out that the foundation was likely to be a returned because there was only one plastic protection at one of the bottom corner. We bought our mattress here with Al six years ago, still, remember the great service we got. Over the weekend, we were looking for a new mattress for our second child. Steve assisted us this time. He was very personable, helpful, patient, knowledgeable and was able to cater to our very needs. We went home, thought on our options and returned specifically to purchase from Ty. The next time we're ready for another mattress he will be our first call (but hopefully that won't be for a while). Few days later, came back in store ready to purchase our new mattress.
