My old Tempur-Pedic was showing a sign of wear as it was not supporting my back. I had kicked the can down the road by using the adjustments in the pedestal to provide more additional back support. When this stopped working I was in pain and could not figure out why. My visits to the gym made things worse. I finally figured out it was due to my mattress! I went to where I bought the last one at Mancini's SLEEPWORLD in Mountain View. Apparently there are no deals to be found with Tempur-Pedic's pricing requirements. They also give you a $300.00 voucher for any other bedding items you need from them. Ruben Gonzalez took great care of me as I explained I needed a replacement mattress. Since it was an odd size Ruben located the last one in the warehouse in Livermore and offered to deliver it the same day. I needed to get some things done before they came to deliver so I opted for next day delivery. The scheduler called later that evening and let me know the three hour window they would deliver my new mattress and take my old one away! I received two more calls to let me know the progress of my delivery which was great. I had made preparations to make the delivery go smoothly by moving things out of the way. The delivery went very quickly as they arrived right in the middle of the two hour window. I helped the delivery personnel take out the old mattress and put in the new one in less than 10 minutes total! Great service! We had a great experience at the Sleepworld due to Ruben. I came to Sleepworld with my family as we were looking for a new mattress for my mom. Ruben greeted us and was very helpful and knowledgable about the mattress based on your sleeping habits.
