Very clean & friendly. There are 10 adult pedicure chairs, 2 children's pedicure chairs & 10-12 nail stations. They're also staffed so that even when slammed busy there is not a long wait. Prices are reasonable, I spent $40 on a #3 deluxe pedicure (including tax) & it was worth every penny. I also noticed, & appreciated, the cleanliness. All pedicure tools are autoclaved and opened in front of you & all pedicure tubs have a new disposable liner for every customer. I will very likely be back! read more

My wife and her 90 year old mother have been coming here for quite some time and always had good experiences. Last weekend they went for pedicures and a 40 -50 year old pedicurist was very rude to them. Without prior warning, the snarky pedicurist tacked an additional charge for doing my 90 year old mother- in- law's toes, claiming she was difficult. My wife paid the additional charge and still tipped her graciously because my wife is a kind person. That being said, the two arrived home and my wife was pretty upset. Only complaint is the prices could be a bit cheaper and even though I called ahead and made an "appt" I still had to wait 15/20 min for my pedicure. I got a pedicure and eyebrow wax here. Eyebrow wax was standard, although she didn't ask me anything before she started waxing (like do you want to just clean them up, etc.) but luckily they looked fine after she did them. Got a pedicure and asked for the deluxe because I hadn't gotten a pedicure in awhile and my calluses were bad, and he did a fantastic job on them. Spent a lot longer than most salons do, had a nice clay rub with hot towels, and good massage. Will come back! read more

My friend and I went to get pedicures today, which we always have a good experience but today wasn't one of them. My friend was already going to sit down in the pedicure chair when a male worker (might have even been the owner) told her to go sit in the chair right next to it because it would be "easier" for her to get out of. My friend didn't really believe that was the reason they made her move so she asked them why she's being moved and he told her it was a "bigger chair" and it would be better for her size ‍. We've been at Mandy V a few times before and we've never had this problem. She's been allowed to sit in chairs that were in the middle row and was never told anything about her size. Today was really hard because we went to get pedicures because she's been going through a hard time with the passing of her mother AND being on a super strict diet, we felt like a nice girls day was a good reward. Sadly we won't be going back to this place because of the way the situation was handled. The "gentleman" who told her to move told her if she didn't like it she could leave, that wasn't said it was basically yelled at her. Which is true, we can leave if we don't like it, but we've been coming here since Amanda and Vince owned the place and it sad to think we will not be back because of the situation that happened today. The two ladies who did do our pedicures were super nice and apologized a few times. Not one apology from the guy that started this all. I'm hoping this will help you guys train your employees to be more sensitive in situations like this. If you have a weight limit on chairs, it should be done on every visit and told beforehand instead of making up new rules as you go day to day. When you put someone on the spot like that WITH customers in the store, it's very degrading and embarrassing. I am sad I didn't say anything sooner while we were in there, think I'm still pretty shocked with everything that happened. read more

If I could leave a 0 star I would. I have been a loyal customer here for over 5 years. There has definitely been times that frustrated me but this just took the cake. My mom whom I recommended go here went yesterday for a pedicure, her big toe had bubbles under the polish. She went back earlier today and when she walked in Joy said "come back later we don't have time to deal with you now" so she goes back in and Joy had a horrible attitude and started yelling at her telling her she is always complaining and to not come back to the salon she wasn't worth the money. Sorry but if you think my moms going to let you use dirty tools on her feet and not go back when the polish is messed up you are mistaken. I am appalled I ever recommended this place to anyone I know. Sad after 5 years my family has to walk out and call me upset. Me, my mom, and my sister all went in for a pedicure that was overpriced for the job that was done. My mom paying extra for a deluxe pedicure that was supposed to buff her feet extra was left with dead dry skin on her feet, blood from cutting the nail too short. The polish on my toes chipped the second day and while getting my pedicure the water was cold. My sisters nails were left with air bubbles in the polish. Went in to this place to get my eyebrows done. I explained to them that they were unable to use wax due to the fact that I use an acne cream. I made it very clear that I needed actual tweezing done. The lady who took me to the back insisted that she uses Retin-A and knows how to wax (her eyebrows were amazing) so that it won't burn. I let her wax my eyebrows, and what do you know.. I got burned. She didn't apologize, she didn't say anything... Just charged me my burns. If they weren't able to just do what I asked, they should've turned me away. Horrible horrible service. DO NOT GO HERE AT ANY COST. The lady that did my nails was horrible. I had dip and wanted it SOAKED OFF with foil and cotton then get dip again. She couldn't understand a word i said, so i told the nail tech next to her i want it soaked off and she said it would be but she drilled them off after i put both my hands in a bag of warm acetone. Then they didn't have the color i wanted, so i chose another one and that was fine. I've been doing dip for years, and the way she was doing them was wrong. She just kept using the drill and cutting me as i asked her to stop because it hurts. When she was supposed to use the bottle labeled "B" for base, she kept using the bottle labeled "2". I saw that and told her and she didn't understand and started talking to the nail tech next to her. So i told her that she's suppose to use the base polish and she said oh its not time for the color yet. Long story short, after an hour of being so pissed off because she didn't know what she was doing, she finished and they were horrible and all different shapes and lengths. So when i went to pay i told the male nail tech that my nails are still sticky and he tried to fix her mistakes so they look better than before but are still horrible and I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. I came here today for a much needed pedicure. The decor is cute and everything seems clean. They have two different pedicures. The regular which is 19.99 and Deluxe which is 26.99 (kinda weird). I chose to pamper myself so I went with the deluxe. Overall it was good and the tech was really nice. I took away one star because they charge tax which is the first time I've encountered this. Also, she seemed quite rushed because 5 people decided to walk in right after me. I wasn't too bothered by it cause I guess it wasn't her fault. Next time, I'm going to come during an off hour (before or after lunch). They seem like they have a good variety of services. This was my first time going here. When I walked in there was a lot of people and it was super busy. I had to wait at least 25 minutes. However the girl at the front I believe her name was eesul (very hard to pronounce) she was very nice to me and talked to me while I waited. If eesul hadn't talked to me while I waited I would have just left. The other employees didn't talk to me much when the man who did my nails. The worker at the front made my day by just talking to me. Eesul seemed very friendly and warm. The other employees on the other hand seemed in a bad mood. I still go to Mandy V for my eyebrow tame every month but I'm deducting a star for a few reasons. The name is the same but the owners have changed. Amanda the previous owner still works there but only part time now. Since my last review I've had a few bad experiences, not so much with the service but with the scheduling. Today I called to make an appointment with Amanda for 5:30, when I arrived I was told that she wasn't there today. I drove 20 minutes only to be told it was a waste of time? Not cool. A courtesy phone call would have been nice. It's not the first time it's happened either. I just hope it's the last. I don't want anyone besides Amanda doing my eyebrows. read more

Not impressed with their service. I've been twice, once for a acrylic overlay and then a fill. They had no idea what I was saying. My nails were perfectly shaped and now they look awful. The establishment is clean, trendy, and my technician (Ling) was meticulous, kind, and took great care of me. I had the gel French mani/pedi combo, as well as my eyebrows and lips done. First time here! Had a good experience. They were busy but didn't take long to seat me. After she got started she was very very gentle with my hands, i had several cuts and my nails were bruised. I expected to be in a lot of pain but that wasn't the case at all. Price was reasonable and she did a great job overall. The techs always do a great job with my SNS/dip powder nails. However, I'm a little confused because the techs use the UV light at the end. Since one of my reasons for SNS/dip is NO LIGHT, I'm planning to try another salon (that advertises how they specialize in SNS) to see if this place is the norm. Again, they are great! This place is terrible. This was the third time I've visited due to its proximity to my house and my regular place now being closed on Sundays. I got the older gentleman, and although nice, he's just not good. The first time I visited here I had him and had to go back for a redo. This time I was disappointed when I saw he was my nail tech but wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. I received a gel pedicure. When he concluded my service I informed him that my left foot was matte and the right was shiny. He said ok and began to redo them. After the redo I had the same result. I got up and said I'd accept it because I just didn't have the time to wait for a 3rd attempt and quite frankly I'd lost hope in him. The owner looked at them and said they we fine. I honestly couldn't believe she was accepting his quality of work. I simply asked if she was ok with me leaving knowing my nails were going to be an advertisement of her shop? She then demanded he do another top coat. I allowed that and they looked decent/acceptable. As we go to pay my mom realizes our pedicures were different prices even though we both picked #2 with gel. When she asked for a reason the owner said it was because they charge to remove gel. At our regular place we pay $10 for gel (vs $13 here) and never pay for removal so this was new. My mom said "ok, wasn't aware of the charge but that's fine". The owner then argues that if other places don't change for removal it's because they charge more initially. Not the case but whatever. She continues to argue with my mom even though my mom was done paying and asked her to stop. I told her what we usually pay and she yells at me, " tomorrow, come back and call the regular place on speaker. If they charge $10 for gel then I'll give you $1,000" The fact that she continued to argue with us was odd. So not only did we pay more than anticipated BUT we paid more for a job we were clearly not happy with. Beware of this place. Customers do NOT come first! read more
