Icy silver blonde with a root smudge
    Chau K.

I've been having Jade do my hair for 4+ years. She's a great friend and an amazing stylist! I started with blonde which I LOVED, then started transitioning to vivid colors. I'm obsessed. I currently have a teal color and I adore it. My hair always comes out perfect. Jade impresses me every time.

    Me a week before

I went last week to get full foils to go blonder, toned and layers. I am a single mom I saved up to come to get my hair done. I never spend money on myself so spending 340$ was ALOT and it would have been ok but my hair is the same color maybe darker. I said plenty I wanted blonder for summer. She did amazing at toning out the brass. Hair cut is horrible. So I walked out looking the exact same just a crooked ass cut. I emailed her nicely after gettin home in natural lighting and seeing my hair and asked her to please fix it. She said she would only trim up the bold pieces in front. I emailed her back explaining I saved up ans spent a lot and showed her a before picture from a week before and one of the day I left and anyone can see my hair is the same. So she refuses to help or refund some of my money. and on top of this her prices are very misleading. Full foil was 150 but she charges 20$ per bowl of color and toner. she doesn't explain this you just get surprised at the end. So please beware. Yes I was so excited and have seen so many beautiful pictures of her work but it seems like most of them are her close friends and family and she picks and chooses who she puts her time and care into. Obviously she doesn't care to make sure her clients are happy. I had 3 friends have appointments set with her and once I went to her they all immediately canceled after seeing my hair and how unprofessional she is. And yeah I have no problem with the price if I came out with a different hair color that I came for. I emailed you that picture the next day and yes your admitting it looks nothing like or did under your studio lighting. Like I said yes brassy tone is gone great that's 50$ . I emailed you nicely twice and got one response saying you will fix the angled parts of the messed up cut. Nothing about the color I paid and came for it else I wouldn't have to Post this. My appointment was 2.5 hours and it ran over cause you was late taking me back . I can't believe that you are just acting like this is ok. Instead of taking a hour or so to just make my hair lighter like I paid for. So yes I'm upset I paid all that money for nothing. Would you pay over 300 to just have some brass removed? I don't think so .

My hair when I left the salon- only kind of the colors I wanted and no where near the style I wanted them

I went in to get my hair done in vibrant colors- purple and bright orange to be exact- when it was booked online I selected "vivid multi color specialty" takes you to where you select your stylist- Jade has no description, Logan has "Specializing in blondes & Color" the other option is any available stylist. Since Logan's said color, that's who I selected. That was my 2nd mistake. I show up for my appointment 15 minutes early. After a very nonchalant greeting she told me to wait in the hall. She was 10 minutes late bringing me back- but it is what it is. While she was nice, she was not personable and lacked confidence in anything she did. It was easy to see that she had never done vibrants before. As she started doing the bleaching to be able to lay the color, she got more and more nervous with it. Constantly asking Jade if she was doing it correctly. By the time she rinsed the lightener out, I couldn't take it anymore. I had come to her to get my hair colored for my WEDDING! (yes, I know, unusual color choices for a wedding, but they fit me perfectly!) I asked Jade if she was going to do the vibrant because Logan very clearly didn't know what she was doing when it came to that- she said she was here to help. I told her I didn't want Logan to do them as she clearly had no confidence and obviously had no ability to do it. Jade said she would then do it, which was great. or so I thought. I had shown Jade the exact colors of my wedding bouquet and what I wanted. Literally Purple and Orange- Harley/ Halloween Orange. She used several different shades of orange, only one of which was the orange I asked for. The moment she told me she was done, 5 hours into a 4 hour appointment, and I saw it in the mirror, my heart sank. This was not even close to that I asked for. Most of my hair turned out orange- a light orange at that, with very little purple to it, and none of my natural color peeking through the bottom at all, which was what we had discussed prior to her starting to apply color. The way it looked on the sides when it was completely down- I immediately hated. I thought maybe it was just because it wasn't styled. (which I have NEVER been to a salon that didn't style me after my color, especially a vivid color, because that just accents everything.) I almost cried when I looked at it in the mirror. The oranges looked pink to me immediately. I went home, threw it half up to cover the hideous top half and went to work. It took a full 24 hours (saturday) for me to come to the point where I could look at my hair. The oranges underneath had a pink hue to them already instead of being the electric orange like I requested. Once again I pinned the top up and it was tolerable- but I still was not happy. Monday evening I finally washed my hair, in cool/cold water, the way I'm supposed to, with the right products, as I've had vibrant hair for years- and the purple just FLOWED out- as I adjusted my head to keep that from running on the orange, the water changed to orange- and my hair became pink/reddish. and that was after just ONE wash. God only knows what it's going to do the next time I wash. This hair color was the biggest waste of $223.00 ever- and I'm still not sure where that total came from since I asked for 2 colors and vibrant colors for 2 was 180$. Either way- HUGE waste of money! And now I'm going to have to pay to have it completely redone so that My wedding pictures don't look hideous. No I'm not trolling, yes I went there, I have the confirmation number, the CC statement and the receipt to prove it. Seriously the worst salon I've been to, and I highly discourage anyone from going there. This was a TERRIBLE experience and I am so disappointed. I should have gone with my gut and left after the lightening part!

I found this place just from driving by and decided I would try it for color after not having any…read morecolor in my hair for 2+ years. I wanted to go Burgundy red for winter (think red wine color) and am naturally a dark brunette. I emailed photos of what I wanted prior to coming for the appointment and was nervous because we were going away on a trip shortly after. The stylist who did my hair was really kind, I just don't think she knew what she was doing. My hair came out orange instead of dark red. I left because I was kinda in shock and she was really excited about it and didn't know how to tell her. When I got home my husband asked me what I did to my hair so that's when I realized I had to do something and change it. I emailed immediately and even called the next day after not hearing back via email and finally I just walked in two days later (and it seemed like they were avoiding me because they couldn't get ahold of the owners to figure out what to do). Eventually they scheduled me to come back the following day and tried to fix it but it was still super brassy. I spent over $240 (they didn't charge the second time) but still was really disappointed. Unfortunately I will not return here. Fortunately I found another awesome salon across town which is way cheaper and they seem to know how to use color. My hair has since been fixed (a couple hundred bucks later and a new stylist later).

My hair after leaving that salon was the definition of brassy! I even sent a picture of what I…read morewanted my hair to look like, using my own picture of my own hair from when someone else had done it. This other stylist also had to put in highlights over dark color and did a good job. I did not find my stylist to be very receptive at urban euphoria when I told her it was much warmer than what I wanted, she basically said that was the best that she could do, and, that before the toner it looked much worse. As if that is supposed to make somebody feel better. I don't believe she let it process near long enough. She said that it was a good first step, as if I'm going to let her touch my hair again. What's really disheartening is I have never paid more for a cut and color, and I have never been less satisfied. I have since toned my hair down some at home because I was not going to go out in public the way that it looked before, I'm just sad that I have had to spend yet more money trying to fix this mistake. I even tried to share what had helped other stylist do my hair in the past but again my stylist was not receptive to this. I think she wanted to get out of work on time. I tried to maintain composure and be polite during the appointment because I can understand the amount of time put in, but when I got home and saw how bad my hair was my heart sank. Including the picture I used to try and guide my stylist and what I actually ended up with (orange)
