This Italian place was a hidden gem, wish it was on the Main Street instead of around the corner. The homemade pasta was the highlight, extremely fresh and flavored so well. The tomatoes and spinach were soooo good! The eggplant appetizer was so amazing, tasted like a better version of the eggplant Parmesan with fresh mozzarella pieces in between each slice. The bread was perfect to dip in the sauce. Service was as expected, and ambiance was great.

We booked a reservation which was confirmed and the restaurant was closed. We had to scramble to find a place to eat.

Cute spot. Small but mighty. Attentive service. This was a great find while on a day trip to Calistoga. Priced similarly to most things in the area (a little on the high end), you get value. The wines were lovely and the food was great. The tagliatelle alla norma and the focaccia bread were absolutely stellar. Check it out next time you're in town.

What a delightful evening we had at Mangia Mi! The service by Grace was attentive and friendly. The food was all delicious! We ordered the Lasagne Bolognese and the Eggplant Parmesan, and then added the Herb Focaccia when we saw it pass by for another table. We loved it all! The portions were so generous we left with meals for tomorrow. It was our first time her and we'll definitely be back!

The service was great we didn't have reservations so we just walked in for a party of two and they sat us right away! Our hostess was also our waitress and they explained we can use the board looking to our left was a giant menu. Hard to see sitting down but also you can stand or ask for a tablet menu. Portions are big enough to share. Price seems a little high but because there family portions it makes sense. We ordered a Greek salad which I highly recommend the flavors were fantastic. The chicken parmigiana was pretty good a little salty but tasted ok. I would advise to try to get the apple crisp while it's on the dessert menu it's amazing!!! The lemon garlic scallops Alfredo was too lemony and the scallops were super thin wouldn't recommend wish they had the thick big scallops and not make it so lemony it over powered the fresh pasta.

Love this place. The team is very nice and always gives us a warm welcome. I love the chicken picatta. The pasta is made fresh which is a game changer for me. Pizzas are a great size and delicious. The meatballs are big and are mouthwatering. They've got a great happy hour too. Would definitely recommend when in Calistoga!!

Walking into Mangia Mi was a pleasant interaction with one of the servers. However, I was not too pleased in the seated area in the second room because of an unpleasant sour stench. The second seating area was also dim which made it difficult to see. Their menu was quite unique; It is written on a chalkboard in the middle of the room while the tables surround it. It seems like a great idea for fast food and not so much for a sit down restaurant. We ordered the Antipasto of 6; ricotta with honey fried provalone, polpette mini meatballs, sorpressata, ravioli fritti, stuffed dates. The fried provalone, ricotta with honey, and mini meatballs were my favorite, the other three were a bit underwhelming. We did order focaccia on the side (not pictured) which was a nice additive. I'd say it was a bit different from other focaccia breads I've tried in the past, but still delightful. We attempted ordering two pasta dishes, but ended up waiting about 40 minutes for it to come out. The bread pudding was a bit dry and not as dense for my liking. I was not a fan of the artificial chocolate drizzled on top. With only 2 servers on the floor amounts 6 tables, I felt as if my party was not being helped as much. It took an additional 20 minutes for us to get our check. Mangia Mi could use a bit help from management, I believe they do have potential. I would not visit again if I were to have this same 2 hour seating experience.

3 apps for $18 marinated artichokes, mini meatballs and mozzarella.

We were warmly greeted and the place smelled great. Menu changes so it's chalked on the wall. Felt very family style and welcoming. Everything is a la carte. We wanted to try the meatballs, it's $18 for 3 big ones or you can choose the mini meatballs on the app menu. We did the 3 for 18 apps, we got 4 tiny meatballs. They were so good, best I've ever had, wish we would have gotten the bigger side! We ordered the chicken parm with an add on of fettuccini Alfredo. It was so good!! I'm used to ordering a dinner where you get veggies or a salad though, that would have been nice. We had some lovely wine to compliment the dinner and left very satisfied. The prices are way more expensive in Calistoga, be prepared.

    Dessert!!

Wonderful experience from start to finish!! Shared an amazing custom designed antipasto plate, a peach burrata salad and homemade pasta alla vodka. After all that we had an amazing affogato!! Service was perfect and atmosphere amazing! Thank you

With excitement in her eyes, she described the delicious tropical-inspired cocktails with good vibes to match. Since I had an upcoming birthday, I bookmarked the restaurant so that we would remember to visit it during our stay in Calistoga. After arriving in Calistoga on a Friday evening, my wife and I thought that it would be appropriate to have dinner and drinks at Robert's. Upon walking through the entrance of the restaurant, we observed a nice backyard-style layout with televisions tuned to the NBA playoffs, patrons enjoying glasses of wine, and a DJ playing smooth yacht rock tunes. A friendly employee informed us that it was open seating, so we sat ourselves along the padded seating in close proximity to the DJ. Shortly afterwards, a server came by to take our orders. My wife ordered the short rib, garlic fries, and the Sip It Slowly cocktail; I ordered the Jamaican Jerk Chicken, Dumplings (suggested by the server), and the Jerk Old Fashioned. While we awaited our orders, the server brought us a delicious miniature size soup - which was absolutely delicious and definitely a tease! Shortly after, our drinks arrived. I found my drink to be delicious, strong, and was intrigued by the flavor that the little piece of submerged jerky provided. However, I will admit that I was a bit jealous when I snuck a couple sips of my wife's delicious cocktail. Up until the arrival of our meals, I was impressed. My wife found the short ribs to be just ok; additionally, her fries were lukewarm upon arrival and dry (as if they were overcooked). I have had Jamaican jerk chicken in Jamaica, so my expectations were very high. Unfortunately, the chicken was not flavorful and did not have the "kick (spice)" that I anticipated. Surprisingly, the highlight here was the dumplings (delicious!) and the Hint of Passion cocktail that I ordered (if I had a signature drink- this would be it!). I really should have listened to my intuition when we initially observed that a majority of the other patrons were just indulging in drinks, no food. When our server brought us the bill totaling roughly $160, I couldn't help but feel like the food was not in alignment with the price point. I wanted so badly to like this establishment, but honestly could not see myself returning for anything other than one of their cocktails.

A cozy tasting room, with intimate seating and a really fun selection of wine unlike anything I've ever had. I see a couple of reviews here complaining about party size limits and the timing of final tastings. I unfortunately witnessed the same level of entitlement from a group of 13 people who came in asking to be seated 45 min before closing. First, read the web site. Tasting room rules and requirements have been changing since COVID. This should be nothing new. It was kindly explained to the large group that the tasting room was full, that they only accept small parties, and the last tasting is at 4 pm. Once, that detail was explained to one person in the group, another would ask the same questions and would receive the same answer. Hannah politely declined THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE in the group before their final entitled and 'intimidating tactic': asking Hannah or Alyssa if they were the owners (they are not). The woman declared "we're all business owners and we wouldn't turn away a party of 13 people that could bring money into our business". Good for you, 'Susan'! Tank employees are purely following their business policy, which is clearly stated on their web site and don't run your business. Her final intimidation tactic was to ask for the owner's information-- which she didn't take--and the group finally left. Good riddance. Tank is NOT the winery for you, Other than the experience of yet another group of entitled wypipo ruining the tasting experience of those of us already there, we had a wonderful experience, bought a membership, and will be back again. This is the atmosphere and environment that my partner and I enjoy with the types of kind and knowledgeable employees we love who will smile through all types of garbage shoveled at them with no problem. If folks complaining about arbitrary things had othered to look at the website for specifics, perhaps they'd move on instead of trying to intimidate their way into another situation

Boasting high ceilings with exposed wood beams and a beautifully decorated bar area, the space oozes with rustic class and would make a great venue for any party or group gathering. We, however, came in for a sit down lunch with two kids and the small lounge seats and tables were not the best setup for a family meal. Which is the only thing keeping me from giving this place five stars. Similarly, the menu was also catered more to adults, with plenty of vegan options but very few items suitable for kids. That's not a knock on this place, just something to take note of. As a result, we opted to snack on a few items and the caviar and duck fat fries did not disappoint. The espresso martini with pumpkin foam was also excellent. Everyone was so gracious and nice. Just felt so sophisticated & elegant in every way. Lynn was so nice and inviting that I just wanted to say thanks to her again. You made our tasting feel amazing. We ended up buying 2 bottles of red cab when we were there to avoid paying for the tasting. I mean I'm so happy that I got to experience this winery. The history and quality wine making really is the standard for the area. A complete must visit if your ever in Calistoga. Thank you.
