This was an "okay" place. LOVE that there is variety, but I definitely missed the flavor. My corn in a cup spot is sometimes a longer drive than I want to take and I've been eyeing Mango Frozen Snacks for a while since it sits in a busier plaza on Potranco. I would certainly go back and try a mangonada next time but would skip the corn in a cup. Blue bell ice cream was enjoyed by the kiddos and sure you could even justify the price, but the flavor was slacking. A bit disappointing. Though we were one of the only patrons there at 7:30pm on a weekday night, this place really picked up after 8pm. Families were walking in and a long line was formed. Stopped by last month and almost forgot to leave a review--but this spot deserves one. From the outside, it looks like a small hole-in-the-wall, but it's deeper than it looks with extra space in the back. Clean, bright, and the staff are super warm and welcoming. We only made a quick stop since it's close to my aunt and uncle's place--she just needed her mangonada fix. Prices are a bit higher than other similar spots, but the nicer ambience and great service help balance it out. Probably due to the newer area/building too. Its a cute little spot. I Loved how vibrant it is when you walk in. Staff were friendly & welcoming. We ordered mangonadas and cookies 'n cream ice cream. We loved the natural flavor of the mango frozen ice and the fresh mango topping. I Wish it had more chamoy sauce to make the flavor of the chamoy frozen ice pop. None the less still enjoyed it. I came all the way from Hawaii to visit my husband, he had to work one of the days I was here, so I decided to come drive to Mango and enjoy/ treat myself. I bought a corn cup with hot cheeto's and nachos (it has a name but I forgot lol)... I devoured that! Then I had the apple covered in Chamoy, it included a pickle as well along with the Japanese peanuts, and lots of chamoy. And the service was amazing, I had a conversation with the owner and he was super nice, he gave me a pickle chamoy paleta and I ate it within 3 minutes, it was soooooo good!!! read more

A little pricy for snacks you can get elsewhere. You can taste the boiled corn vs a roasted corn which makes a huge difference on flavor if you know your food. the family & man running this facility is extrememly unprofessional & emotional. He mistreats his employees only paying a whopping $10/hr with expectations unrealistic to the incentive to work. He treats his workers like garbage & just recently took away their rights to a 10 minute break over an emotional temper tantrum run by Jaime (CEO) himself. Other than management & the service behind this company , the hard working employees that get mistreated daily being expected to stay upwards of 70 min later than scheduled with very little to no stability within scheduling or notifying their workers. They do an amazing job at adapting to these unfair circumstance keeping a smile on their face from my experience. Jaime if you are reading this you need to take a long look in the mirror and realize what type of man you've become. The overwelming amount of second hand embarrassment i get for how you run your business is cruel. You are cheap & run your business the same way.
