Saw the line in the store so decided to order online on the website. Didn't notice there is a $1 fee until after I submitted the order. (Which is fine if i can skipped the line). While i was waiting, i notice people order no. After me already got their order. There is no separate line for "online order pick up", which means i still have to wait in line to pay - which totally lost the purpose of the online order. While do the online order, the only option it shows is "pay in store"- we can't pay with credit card while placing the order And they will not make the order until we paid. Going back to the beginning - i should just wait in line and save my $1. Please disable the online order if that is not working correctly. Waste my time end up take 20 mins for my order. Went hoping they have the mango sago drink that I get from Tiger Sugar. They do but it's just called a mango smoothie with tapioca balls on their menu. All the tables were taken inside which wasn't much and there were more tables available outside in the lanai area. When I got in line it was inside the store, but while I waited for my drink, the line went out the door. There's no menu posted on the windows so you'll have to go to the counter to get a laminated menu to decide what you want to order. A worker brought out my drink to me and it was just as tasty at Tiger Sugar's. Came to the grand opening weekend. They have a deal buy one get one free if you share their post to your story on Instagram. They are located on the 2nd floor Ewa wing next to Bloomingdales and Island brew coffee house. The line was pretty long. I came on Friday afternoon after work. I waited about 30 minutes. They have covered outside seating and cute seating inside. The design is modern and clean looking. They have a large array of items to choose from. Desserts, drinks, teas, crepe cakes. You order once inside and then they call your number once your order is up. I ordered their jasmine cheese foam drink. That is my go-to. It was delicious, the jasmine tea was light and flavorful, the cheese foam was tasty and had a nice consistency. I ordered the mango strawberry smoothie for my husband. It had fresh mango and strawberry inside which really made the drink! I also ordered a slice of mango crepe cake. It was delicious! Lots of mango flavor and the crepe slices were thin and tasty. One thing I will comment on is the type of cups they use. I believe they are plastic. When I put my straw inside the plastic hole broke and I winded up almost swallowing a large piece of plastic. Also, I ordered 3 things. They gave me a bag for my slice of cake but didn't provide a carrier for the drinks. I also others walk out with carriers so I thought that was odd. I almost spilled my drink but didn't thankfully. They have snacks for sale at the front. I was able to try their chocolate cracker and hazel cracker. Pretty good. You take the escalators from the 2nd floor, in front of Bloomingdales, and it'll take you almost to the front door of Mango Mango Dessert. We tried the Green Tea Crepe cake. It was okay. You have to be in the mood for cake that has cream in between the crepe layers. Hah! Being as how this item was $10, I don't really think I'd get it again. Maybe I'll try the mango crepe cake, or would rather have something else from their list of signature desserts. Their various fruit puree with ice cream and/or jellies/boba, etc, seemed pretty reasonably priced from about $8.50ish and up. There are even combo desserts you can get, that would be best if you are sharing! It is a nice clean store with a bunch of tables with booth seating and some chairs. I envision this as a nice option to have dessert on date night! You can sit with your date and have conversation while enjoying something delicious and sweet! I finally had time to visit this new hype in town.. I ordered A1 Best seller special mango juice with sago & pomelo with Mango Ice cream and ofcourse the matcha crepe.. The matcha came first and atfirst bite, it was pretty good.. the third bite, i realized its just really a thick whipped cream with some azuki beans. The crepe wrapper didn't really give me anything. It kinda tastes like paper.. And then the best seller.. It's so weird that my daughter got the triple ice cream delight and there was nothing really extraordinary about it.. going back to the best seller, I did not like it as much as I thought I would.. It's weird that mango being their "name" and its the mango flavor thats making the food off, May be their mango that day it's just not the right mango. It has a bitter taste on it. My daughter finished her ice cream which is a vanilla and Matcha but did not even touch the mango ice cream. It's my first time coming here and I have to say, it's pretty damn good! I got the Sticky Mango Smoothie, it tasted very sweet and like an actual mango. They use fresh fruit and I would know since I have a slight allergy to raw fruit (oral allergy)... so you can trust me on that one. I would love to have another drink from here again if possible. My only complaint would be the serving size. The Sticky Mango Smoothie was a whopping $8.95, not including tax. Normally for that price I would receive a much larger serving size, so I was a little bit disappointed. Maybe I am just eat too much, but that is my opinion on it. This is the second time I've tried this location. It's always busy with a very long line. They could improve on getting more organized. There were two people taking orders and a self order machine but they don't monitor the line so it becomes a little chaotic. People keep lining up but the space inside is so limited they then need to be moved outside. From there you wait to either go to one of the cashiers or they tell you to use the machine. They have a indoor and outdoor seating area but both are very cramped. Inside is very minimal and clean, outdoors is a little dirty and not maintained. The whole time I was there none of the workers came outside to wipe tables or clear rubbish that was left from other customers. It is a designated space for their restaurant which is a seat yourself area. I really like their jasmine mixed fruit tea. The ube crepe cake was pretty good I would eat it again. The black sesame with mochi balls was okay, not quite what I expected. The mochi balls were tinier than I've had at other places. It's a dish that should be shared because the portion is a lot for one person. My husband got the ube frap and it was very thick. I personally didn't care for it, but he said he liked it.
