However, I have to mention a concern about cleanliness. The sauce bottle available for customer use didn't seem properly sanitized--it was sticky and looked like it hadn't been wiped down in a while. In a food service environment, especially one that clearly takes pride in its food, basic hygiene should be just as much of a priority.
