They used to be the best but have slowly dwindled in quality. The chicken is not real chicken. It has to be some kind of chicken product. The menu says catfish but I don't think so. I ordered online (Slice). Waited for delivery but they had no drivers so I picked it up. No problem. However, being that my food had been done a while (30 mins or so) the fish was no longer hot nor was it fresh. It was cold to the touch, dried, and stiff. I requested they only make fresh fish (2 pieces) not even the fries. I was told no because it was fresh. Long story short, I paid extra for the menu items on Slice versus what they charge if you walk in. They didn't deliver my order so no need to pay out for that. Manhattan pizza should stop advertising they deliver to nellis AFB. Maybe it's a vegas thing but the lack in customer service is still surprising to me. Placed an order for delivery, pizza didn't come. Called Manhattan and was told to call "Slice" (Apparently they aren't affiliated) because someone picked it up and there was nothing they could do. They didn't care. Called Slice and there was no information other then my order was picked up and that the driver cancelled my delivery and I'd get my $70 back in 3-4 days. They also didn't care. Pizza was reasonably priced. It's right outside the main gate of NAFB so super convenient for lunch. A one topping 10 inch with a soda lunch special is $7.99 plus tax so came to a little under $9. Made to order and the inside of the establishment was pretty clean. The guy behind the counter was kind. They have a lot of other things on the menu : Wings, pastas, fish? We ordered the Manhattan Special pizza: Pepperoni, sausage, beef, ham, green peppers, black olives, onions, mushrooms, and the Bucket of wings (40 wings) The pizza arrived well within the hour they said it would take, so delivery time was excellent. They were polite on the phone. The food: Wings: small, but well cooked. They actually reheat well too. Pizza: meh. I'd be happier with a crispier crust, and more sauce. Toppings were good, cheese was good. This reheated much better the second day. We'll definitely give it another go. I ordered my pizza on line about 2pm for a 6:30pm delivery. Got the confirmation email and thought everything was fine. 6:30 arrives and no pizza. 6:45 and no pizza. I called and was told he was on his way. 7:00 and no pizza. Called again and was told he was on his way. They even told me what car to look for. At 7:10 we got our pizzas and a half sincere apology from the driver. Our pizzas were not even warm. No one bothered to explain how you can order a pizza and ask for a delivery time 4 1/2 hours later, and it shows up 40 minutes after you asked for it to be delivered. I went in and ordered the chicken Alfredo to go, by the time I made it home to see what I purchased, I opened my to go box only to realize the Alfredo sauce was the consistency of cottage cheese. I love this place. I have a family of 6. My children and husband love the pizza here. We usually get a giant, and it feeds everyone + gives us enough for leftovers for lunch the next day. Everything was fine until they messed up and that's where the worst customer service of all time comes in. I believe they think they can treat customers any sort of way because they have an advantage by delivering on base. Last month, my order was delivered without my half a bucket of tenders. I called to inform them of this and the guy who answered the phone (owner?) put me on hold and came back and said the cook told him it was in there so I am wrong. Whaaaaa?! Are you a joke? Now my blood pressure just reached a dangerous level. I said no and he says then talk to the cook. The cook then proceeds to spend a few minutes explaining to me how he packs food and he knows it was there so i have it at home and am just trying to get free food. Nah, man, I'm just trying to get the food I payed for. He kept claiming I had 3 containers of food at my house like he was Jesus or Santa watching in peoples' homes. I asked him if he had even bothered to check with the delivery guy to see if something happened. He says hold on and comes back to inform me that they will cook my tenders and bring them out and hangs up. Delivery guy brings tenders and apologized that he accidentally left the container in his bag when he delivered the food before. Very nice guy. Now the kicker, I open up the container to find the tenders that had been originally packed that have now been sitting in its own steam for an hour. They were soggy and gross. I could understand this treatment if I was one of those repeat offenders that are trying to scam places. But, we have ordered from them consistently every several weeks for over a year and never complained even when the food wasn't as good as usual, delivery took forever, or sauces were left out. It wouldn't have been an issue if they had just handled it better. People make mistakes and that's ok. The way they treated me as a customer was unacceptable and I will never order from there or recommend them to anyone again. In fact, if anyone ever mentions ordering from there I will annoy them with this story until they decide to go somewhere else. They may not feel like they need to be decent human beings towards others, so I no longer feel the need to give them any more of my $$! read more

Meh. I've experienced better. The worst part is that the pizza here was recommended as God's gift to Las Vegas. In fact, while I was eating, I can't remember exactly how many people drooled over me like hungry puppies and asked where it came from. Confused yet? Me too, because I didn't get the pizza. Oh, but I dearly wanted to. Unfortunately this establishment had something else in mind and sent me a calzone instead. All I wanted was a Hawai'ian pizza to have an even playing field for comparison, but it was a pick-up order and not by me -- so I ate it. As far as a Hawai'ian calzone goes, it was a first for me. The all too uniformly, finely diced ham would probably be from a bag somewhere, and the pineapple from a can somewhere. Actually, the pineapple I wouldn't have issues with if it had some of the caramelization typical of cooking atop a pizza pie. Double-whammy for a mixed up order. For a calzone as a whole, I've had some awesome ones. This did not rank among them, but it was good enough to want to finish in one sitting. It wasn't small either; quite a bonus. I ordered a pizza to be delivered to my hotel room. It took 10 minutes longer than estimated for it to arrive. The crust in towards the middle was soggy/mushy. The sauce has ZERO flavor. Seriously, if they left the sauce off I'd never even know. Also, in my past experience, when ordering a pizza and soda delivered to a hotel room, they typically provide some paper plates and napkins.
