They do take credit cards, but have a $3 minimum and a 75 cent transaction charge, but at 65 cents a donut? Go rummage your car seats and floor mats! This place won a spot in my heart after I drove to three doughnut shops Memorial day weekend, looking for my breakfast fix, only to find they were all closed. Not Manna Donuts. Service is friendly and fast here. I didn't order any doughnuts, but from the way person after person in front of me in line ordered them, by the dozens, they MUST be good. Judging on looks alone, they looked about as good as doughnuts can be. I went with a breakfast croissant with bacon, egg and cheese. What I really liked was that they automatically cut the croissant in half for you (this is crucial to a man on the go who eats while he drives....don't act like you've never done it). Anyway, the cheese was melted, the bacon was crisp, and the egg was perfectly "jiggly" (not rubbery like an overcooked egg). Man, I really enjoyed eating it. I won't say it was the BEST I've ever had, but it made declaring it 2nd place tough for me to do. Where this place earns a fifth star from me was on the coffee. I typically drink black coffee or, with extremely little milk/cream. When pouring my coffee, the employee asked "is that OK? Or more?" I asked for more, and he gladly poured it, leaving just a tiny bit of space for cream, which I did add. You know what? The coffee tasted pretty darn good. I'd definitely buy the coffee and croissant again if in the area. I'll have to come back next time and get a doughnut and/or apple fritter. As a mom, I need to have the perfect treat to motivate (ok, bribe) my child. Manna Donuts offers the essential tool: glazed donut holes. Just the right snack size for my munchkin. Not too sweet (like Dunkin Donuts) and not too greasy (like Krispy Kreme). And I can control the settings: Good behavior - 1 donut hole Finish homework - 2 donut holes Practice Jedi light saber training - 3 donut holes ....You get the idea. I have nothing against the brand name donut establishments. In fact, I love the coffee at Dunkin Donuts, but it's quite pricey for what you're getting. Let's face it, it's just fried dough. And Krispy Kreme is delish, but you know it's soft as a cloud because of all the grease that's in there. Once a year, we still make the pilgrimage to the nearest Krispy Kreme for special occasions. But Manna donuts are "Everyday" donuts designed for "Everyman". I've tried other locations, but this one at the corner of Grand Ave and Chino Hills Pkwy is the best so far. The only location I know that always has a full variety of fresh donuts between the times of 4-5am. I usually need to buy 2 dozen donuts for work and have been to other places and they either had a very small variety of donuts available or none at all. Only coming to this location from now on. Manna is the only donut shop I go to in the IE, it's what I grew up on as a kid and still frequent now as an adult. What I love about the donuts here is they are fresh! I can't stand shops where you can clearly see and taste that the donuts have been sitting for days! Eeeek! Well not here especially if you go in the morning! The donuts have that perfect ratio of fried dough to sweetness that utterly melt in your mouth after each bite! Can't go wrong with Manna but this location, cousins of the others, doesn't have the Iced Coffee or the cronuts I left there and went straight to Starbucks across the street for coffee. I'm pretty sure they're missing a lot more than that compared to the Riverside dr location but donuts are still same amount of perfect. read more

Great hidden spot, I take my daughter on weekends to grab donuts, chocolate milk, or any of the other tasty snacks in the counter. Breakfast sandwiches are tasty and substantial. I see a lot of parents taking their sleepy kids for donuts on weekend mornings. Must be good. read more

I had a craving for blueberry donuts but I didn't want to drive to Anaheim or Glendora for them. I found out they had blueberry donuts here, so of course I had to try them! These donuts weren't the cake donuts that I had expected but they were still pretty good. They were very fluffy and probably would taste even better had they been fresh. While I was there, I talked to the owner, who told me that he only makes blueberry donuts on Saturdays and Sundays. Manna'a donuts, the original... atleast I think it is. I live down the street from this place and would go all the time with my folks. I also used to take Kung fu lessons at the martial arts studio that is now chino Buffett. That area is just a very fond place for me. There donuts here are always very fluffy and light. They seems to get the right amount of sugar into their donuts where when you bite into one your not overwhelmed with a mouthful of sweetness.
