Zero stars. Needs serious self-reflection! My name is Monica, and I work at a highly respected winery in Sonoma County. During my interaction with Manny, he repeatedly referred to me as "Monica Lewinsky," despite me correcting him and making it clear that was not my name. His continued use of that reference was disrespectful, disappointing, and made me uncomfortable. When he was asked to be respectful, he became combative and rude rather than acknowledging that his comments were inappropriate. After looking through previous reviews, I noticed a pattern of him responding negatively to people who leave genuine feedback about their experiences, including attacking those who share concerns. This type of behavior is extremely inappropriate. If you are looking for a professional wine tour experience and want to build positive relationships with wineries in the area, DO NOT recommend booking with or associating with Manny. Based on my personal experience, his lack of professionalism, empathy, and respect was deeply disappointing. Harassment is NEVER OKAY. Please be aware of this behavior when making your decision. Respect and professionalism should always be the standard, and this experience fell far short of that! read more

Manny made our entire Napa experience. I'd give him 10 diamonds for this review if I could, but since I can only put 5 stars, that'll suffice. Manny met us at our hotel, curated every single one of our winery tours, and drove us over an hour to our airport, from Napa to Oakland, once our trip ended. Manny is so knowledgeable and knows the best locations and will ensure you have the best experience fathomable. I was on the waitlist for a month for Jarvis Estate, and he was able to get me and my group in within an hour. We had wineries and experiences planned but ended up canceling them to just have Manny take the reins and it was the most incredible wine country experience we've had. Manny secured private tours with the most incredible vineyards we could imagine. Manny is personable, incredibly funny, trustworthy, reliable, timely, always happy, and is all around just the best. As a plus, Manny will set you up with most incredible experiences if you let him know that you're coming into Napa in advance-- I have his business card saved in my phone and have passed it along to several friends since being on his tour. If you are looking for an unforgettable time in Napa and you choose to have anyone except for Manny curate your experience, you'll deeply regret it. I truly couldn't imagine my time in Napa being better than it was, and it was thanks to Manny. He drove us around in an Escalade, so we were incredibly comfortable, and he let us know that he has a sprinter for larger groups and smaller vehicles available as well. We went to regiis ova for brunch, then went to Del Dotto, then went to a private tasting at Covert, then went to dinner at Press. The next day, we went to Jarvis (my favorite by far as it's a subterranean winery), had lunch at Auburge du solei, had a private tour at sequoia Grove, and then departed to the airport. Manny is the only person we'll be contacting when we come to the Napa/Sonoma/Russian River area, and we can't wait to book more tours with him. read more

Best experience ever! Super low key and let us DJ between each winery. For one tour, we got our timing wrong and showed up an hour early so our driver took us to a cute local spot he knew about to pass the time so we could get food and a glass of wine while waiting. Also agreed to drive us longer than originally planned since we had the timing messed up. So friendly, flexible and great to work with! read more

Originally booked through a 3rd party company and we got Manny. Manny was awesome! Knows Napa Valley like the back of his hand as he has been driving up there for well over a decade. The wineries know him as well. We were running late to one (NOT his fault) and he was able to call and give them a heads up that we were on the way and nearby. We booked our reservations ahead of time at a few wineries. He got us there at our designated times. Great, friendly, we had a great time. Manny's Wine Tours was recommended to me by our hotel concierge when I inquired about a driving service, just a few weeks before our trip to Napa to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday. Despite it being one of the busiest weekends in Napa, Manny immediately reassured me he had us covered and started planning our itinerary! We did a birthday trip to Napa this past weekend with Friends. We were recommended to use Manny's wine tours. Manny and Justin set up our itinerary to visit smaller, more private and personal wineries based on their suggestion. We had a fantastic time. It was a great experience and we truly enjoyed the first class service with Justin as our driver. There was 5 of us so we rented a Suburban out of Sacramento airport, drove to where we were staying in Calastoga. Justin drove our rental and was our designated driver. Call Manny, Don't wait! We read articles, reviewed wineries, looked at maps, made selections, chose flavors, reds, whites, oh my. We did make a list of preferred wineries. We called Manny, spoke to him personally, and finally were convinced that we needed him and his excellent service. He arrived on time, very professional. He was so friendly, warm, open to our suggestions and offered some recommendations of his own. We agreed on the itinerary , and proceeded on the tour. He did suggest small batch, boutique wineries, Redmon Wines was very nice, a great family history, and a wonderful future for the property. There was a second boutique winery, Blue Oak Hill Winery, the atmosphere was nice, impressive location. Service at all wineries was great. Manny is a great guide, very knowledgeable, excellent driver. Quite a comedian. We stopped at a cute cafe, the name escapes me, but the bread was fresh, which made for delicious sandwiches.
