    Hair!!!

We used to really enjoy eating at this restaurant and have been loyal customers for a long time, but unfortunately after our last experience, we will not be returning. The visit started off poorly due to very slow customer service. We repeatedly had to get up and go to the counter ourselves just to ask for water because no one ever came to our table. We also had to return to the counter again after realizing they forgot part of my daughter's order, instead of the staff checking on us or correcting the mistake promptly. The worst part of the experience was finding a hair in our food. We calmly brought it to the owner's attention, expecting the situation to be handled professionally. Instead, the owner took the food to the back, removed the hair, and then came back accusing us of lying about it. Rather than apologizing or trying to make things right, we were treated disrespectfully and made to feel uncomfortable. It's disappointing because we genuinely liked this place and wanted to continue supporting it, but the way the situation was handled was unacceptable. Customer service matters just as much as the food, and sadly this experience showed a complete lack of professionalism and care for customers.

The food was absolutely amazing. We were greeted by a wonderful host who made us feel like we were special. The restaurant was quaint and appropriately themed for the types of food that they served. We were presented with a varied menu that offered some wonderful delights that were both Vietnamese. We asked for a few suggestions from the server and she helped us to decide. The food came out. It was piping hot and freshly made, and we enjoyed every bit of it. If you were looking for some authentic food, I would recommend stopping by and bringing your friends.

I ordered takeout for lunch. They have 4 degrees of spice heat. I tried pad thai with chicken at spice level 2. It was a good combination of heat and sweet! I also had the fried tofu and it tasted great! This is a small restaurant with four tables. So I imagine doing a lot of takeout instead of dining in.

I went during lunch with a colleague. We weee promptly seated without any wait time. There was one other booth taken and while there 2 more tables were seated. Waitstaff was friendly and attentive. The food was fine. Nothing stellar or something memorable. I had the beef red curry while my colleague had chicken red curry. On the advice of the waitress we both asked for level 1. It's a good spicy but I would have preferred a little more. So maybe a 1.5 as 2 is really a level 3 (her worlds).

Small spot in a diverse little shopping center right outside of 410 off Blanco. Came here off of Yelp reviews & it's not too far from my house either. The parking lot was full! Maybe from the Irish pub next door? I had to double park while I got off for pickup. There was one table of 3 inside. My order was ready. Asked if my soy sauce was in the bag? (I had added a note on my pickup order to please add soy sauce.) Lady at counter said yes. Another came up and said no and then said she was getting me a drink for place a to go order over $25. Gave me Thai iced tea. It was good. Ordered a pad Thai at a spice level 3 and it was HOT! Noodle unfortunately were too soggy. I wanted to like it, but over cooked noodles never make for a good dish. Also got cheese rolls and egg rolls. I didn't know what to expect from either. Cheese rolls said crab meat in description but I saw no trace of that. It was served with what they call "upper sauce". Looked and tasted like Mayo with hot sauce? I don't think it quite went with cheese rolls. Egg roll was thin wit a little filling inside. Seemed like chicken, but I selected pork, so, likely that? Came with a vinegar and something sauce..? Idk what it was. Ha! Everything was just ok. I might give it another shot another time. They are open until after 9pm, which most places aren't.

Thai Tea here is super yummy!!! 10/10 better than most boba shops I've been to. Also the customer service was great

Thai Tea 10/10 better than most boba shops I've been to. Also the peanut sauce with the springs rolls is super yummy. The customer service was great too! Not overcrowded in the shop to so it was nice dining here.

Lunch special green curry with chicken and order of fresh rolls with peanut sauce.

Really like this place. Had the lunch special green curry with chicken and the fresh rolls. Fast and helpful service.

Good. Clean. It took longer than I had hoped to get my food. Got the garlic beef and thai coffee.

At first it did take me a moment to find the place as the building itself doesn't say the restaurant name (written on a chalk board) but thankfully found it and came at a time when it wasnt crowded. Inside definitely doesn't give restaurant vibes. It gives more of a home vibe and has alot of board games and crayons/paints you can do. Also they have a game console in the back which is pretty cool if you like playing Mario cart. It did seem a bit dark inside as not much lights were on but once sun came out was able to see. The guy that took our order was very nice and helped us understand some of the items on the menu. He even gave us a discount for being first time customers which I appreciated. It take take some time to get our food but when we did it was all fresh and hot. We had ordered a few tacos. My brother had the phish tacos and they were actually pretty good. It almost tasted like real fish and definitely would consider getting the next time I visit. They also have us some salsa which was also delicious and tasted great with all our tacos. I did like the potato and egg I had too. It did throw me off when I tasted it with corn tortilla but it was still good. I prefer potato and egg over the bean and cheese but that's just my preference. I did order the pozole soup with jack fruit and tasted pretty good. It looked really pretty and alot of good stuff in the soup. I do feel it needed some more lime or something else but it was good regardless. Overall it was a better experience than I expected and my family even said they would consider coming back here. Can be pricy depending what you order but worth a try at least once. Another good vegan restaurant.

Every dish feels thoughtfully curated with tried-and-true recipes rooted in Chef Luca and his family's Northern Italian traditions. This is the kind of place where quality takes priority over quantity. Our server, Gary, was fantastic. He was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and passionate about Italian food and wine. His recommendations were spot-on and his enthusiasm felt so genuine. We started with a bread basket accompanied by a little sampling of tapenade, which was savory, briny, and a perfect complement to the warm bread. Came in with a group of four, we kicked things off with the burrata starter--a surprisingly fun and shareable adventure of baked burrata, fresh crostini, roasted cauliflower, asparagus, sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, and basil cream. There was a lot happening on the plate, but it all worked beautifully together. For our entrées, we ordered the Tartufo, Cinghiale, Bolognese, and Carbonara. And let me just say, the Tartufo was a full-on dinner performance. Gary brought out steaming hot tagliatelle pasta and tossed it tableside inside a giant wheel of Parmesan. He then topped it with crab meat in brown butter before finishing it with a generous shaving of truffle. Every bite was like a perfectly timed symphony of flavors--rich, savory, buttery, and earthy, with nothing outshining the other. I'd put this dish up against anyone's nonna. I sampled the other three entrées as well, and every one was delicious. The gnocchi in the Cinghiale is an absolute must-try--pillowy, texturally delightful, and packed with flavor. Thank you, Nonna Osteria, for such an epic culinary experience. And a special shoutout to Gary for guiding us through the menu and making an already great dinner even better.
