My kid has an appointment on Wednesday 22nd, we got there and waited to be called. Once they called my son to get X-ray, the lady didn't want us there with him while taking them. I thought that that wasn't right, because he is a kid but I let her did her job. Next thing I heard was the sound of the cleaning machine then I went inside to see what they were doing with my kid. My big surprise was that they had X-rays done but they were doing his cleaning and were almost done when we got into the office. All of that took 7 to 10 minutes the most. I was so upset because they went ahead and did his cleaning without a parent present I believe that ms not right. The dentist that check my son spent 3 minutes with him and then everything was done. They clearly were in a hurry to leave that perform a very poor job. I Donny recommend this place. They forget that they are dealing with kids and we the parents have to be present when they are doing any kInd of job on his mouth. We have to make sure the instruments they use are ateliers and they have to bee open in front of you. We don't see that when they cleaneD my son's teeth. If they are in a hurry, it's better don't take clients and perform a poor service. I won't take my kid back there! read more

Took my 4 yr old daughter daughter to Dr Mansour when I was informed from another dentist that my daughter was going to need a root canal! Considering I myself was scared and worried about this procedure, the staff and Dr Mansour were amazing! Very caring, informative, and such a nice state of the art office! You can tell they really care and know exactly how to deal with children! I am telling everyone about her, and my daughter is a patient there for good! I wish they did adults too! Lol read more

I am in such remiss for taking so long to write this review! We have been taking our 5 year old here since she was 18 months---and now our 3 year old as well. We have never had a bad experience. In fact, my kids have zero fear of the dentist and in fact enjoy seeing Dr. Mansour. Here's what we love: Adorable, ocean-themed office, complete with murals and a tank with many of the "tank gang" fish from Finding Nemo. The only reason I'm giving this place two stars is because once we FINALLY got to see the dentist and the assistant they were really nice, otherwise I would have given this place a one star. For one the wait was ridiculously long (we hand an appointment) Secondly, the waiting room became overly crowded to the point of it being uncomfortable. Lastly and more importantly, our child who is on spectrum had a hard time dealing with getting her x-rays taken, the staff wanted to put the piece of plastic between her teeth and they were getting frustrated with her to the point of yelling at her, where my husband and I had to step in and back off and forget the x-rays, because she cannot handle it. We told the dentist and she was very apologetic about the whole thing. Thankfully We found another place to take our daughter where they are really good with kids who are on spectrum. I hope this place found new people to take x-rays because they really need to be patient and not get mad at children. read more

Very good place. The time i took my daughter to them she was very sick with a virus(swollen Gums she didn't eat solid food for over a week). They were very helpful and understood and asnwer all of my question. I was sooooo worry about her situacion. I just happen to remembered them because it was my daughter's birthday this week and the doctor took the time to send us an email to congratule my daughter on her birthday. We've been visiting Dr. Natalie Mansour for our two daughters for about 4 years now. we have luckily not had any major dental issues but the girls are comfortable and look forward to going to the dentist. Excellent customer service. I had called to make an appointment for my son but unfortunately they dont take Medi-cal. But staff gave me referrals to providers who do take Medi-cal near me. I can only imagine the amazing services they provide to their patients they tend to! read more

We came in today because I was concerned about a yellow film on my daughters front teeth. I was hesitant to go because a month ago, my daughter, who is only two, had stitches on the inside of her mouth. Her incision site was still visibly swollen and because of the nature of the wound, still painful. I explained this in detail to dr. Mansour. I also told her my daughter was afraid. Dr . Mansour assured me the yellow film was a benign bacteria but she needed to scrape my daughters tooth to be sure. I allowed it, assuming it would just be a quick scrape and we'd be done. Instead she head locked my screaming two yea old and pulled her lip back hard, exactly where the wound was, causing extreme pain. I yelled as loud as I could for her to "stop" and she ignored me. I had to literally scream, at the top of my lungs, five times, "STOP! STOP! STOP! STOP! STOP!" before she stopped scrapping. It took my daughter 45 minutes to calm down. I'm still shaken by the whole experience. She's awful. I called her to tell her I'd be writing this review and she told me she was sorry for making my daughter sad. Not good enough. If you're going to be a pediatric dentist learn how to deal with kids. We will NEVER go back. I'm livid. read more

I have never taken the time to write a yelp review, but feel compelled after our ordeal of trying to book an appt with Dr Mansour over a period of over 4 months. Not even after Dr Mansour was a no-show to our confirmed appt did the office accomodate us properly. I am left with no choice but to take my daughter elsewhere. Dr Mansour is a good dentist, which I why I tried to stick it our for so long, but enough is enough and she has lost my business. A dentist who cancels my appt without notifying me and then does not do anything to make it right must not need our business nor care about my daughters dental care. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Natalie. She was recommended to us by My regular dentist for my son. Her staff is very organized and polite compared to other places. I had made my poor son go through 3 different dentists before It dawned on me to ask my dentist. All I can say about those other places is that it does not matter if they have a playground, video games,or flat screen TV's playing cartoons...It's all about the dentist. Though Dr. Mansour's office is nothing to sneeze at either. Her waiting area has really comfy chairs as well as a flat screen playing movies.For older kids they have a small room with a PlayStation and a air glide table. This I had seen before so I was not taken back. The staff was super friendly as I walked in the door and my son saw Dr. Mansour right away. She was very gentle with my son which is a hard thing to do since he is super squirmy. I hated the other places I went to since they always called in two assistants to restrain my son and never even thought to ask me to help. Not Dr. Mansour she has you hold your child and place their head on her lap if your child is like mine her assistant may jump in and help, but she is really gentle. after the entire ordeal is over my son is usually crying up a storm because that's just him, but Dr. Mansour is so nice because my son will not go with just anyone but ended up hugging her at the end. We then proceeded into this small room where my son was given a toy . I love this place and hope you will as well. Tell Dr. Mansour that Nancy Mata referred you ...LOL. read more

My son's first dental appoint a couple months before his second birthday was a DISASTER. (It was not with Dr. Natalie, obviously). So when his second appointment approached I was apprehensive. A friend recommended Dr. Natalie Mansour so I checked her out on yelp and saw the 5 star reviews. So I quickly made an appointment and took my now 3 yo. The office was super child-friendly. They even have a game room in their waiting area. Dr. Natalie is a mother herself and is incredibly patient and gentle with your little ones. She made sure to go slowly so as not to frighten my son and paid attention to what he was comfortable with so that he wouldn't be afraid to come back. They have TVs up in the ceiling so your child can be distracted while any work/cleaning is being done and they let your child pick out a toy when the appointment is done so that every child leaves with a smile. We had a fantastic experience here and I have definitely recommended Dr. Natalie to all my mommy friends. read more

Dr. Natalie Mansour is an amazing dentist! We took my son here for his first visit when he turned 3 last september and I was very pleased with the overall atmosphere of the office and the staff were great. My son only went in for an exam and cleaning and she made him feel comfortable and provided me with great tips on how to care for my sons teeth and answered all questions that I had. We will be seeing her again in a few months and I look forward to taking my 8 month old daughter there in the future. read more

My daughter was referred to Dr. Natalie at 4 years old by the family dentist when she would freak out with him and we are so glad that he did. Dr. Natalie is knowledgeable, educational, as well as warm and friendly. Her staff is equally friendly and professional. There are toys and books and a movie playing in the waiting room, and there are movie screens above the examination chairs. My daughter's teeth are usually problematic which will take extensive work and I would not take her to anyone else. read more

I usually don't take the time to write these reviews but Dr Mansour is ammmmmazing! I took my son to 4 different children's dental offices and was not feeling comfortable with having any of them treat him. The last Doctor I found was Dr. Mansour and I hit the jackpot with her. Not only do my children enjoy going there because the playroom is awesome, but I don't mind them playing there because of how clean it is. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Most of all Dr. Mansour will sit with you and explain in great detail all the options and makes sure you don't leave confused. She has on a few occasions given me a phone call to make sure I understood what was being done because my husband took my son and I couldn't be there. She, her self is a parent and treats each child like she'd want her own treated and for that I am highly grateful. read more

The Government guidelines actually state that the Dentist needs to do an actual examination of the child BEFORE ordering an X-Ray. It states that routine scheduled X-Rays are NOT recommended for children! It is simply UNTRUE that Dr. Mansour first examines the child before ordering an X-Ray. She does it as a matter of course based on a schedule of routine not on individual need. This is a true and accurate statement that cannot be disputed. The FDA clearly states that routine X-Rays, no matter how much reduced the radiation is, is not the recommended course of action when caring for a pediatric patient. It clearly states that they recommend an ACTUAL examination of each individual child before deciding to X-Ray or not to X-Ray. An ACTUAL examination was never preformed on my child before X-Rays were ordered. This happened multiple times before I decided to leave this office. It was not a one time fluke, but common practice over many years. read more

This pediatric dental group has been a God send! I love all of them, Dr. Natalie is the most wonderful, patient, and thoroughly professional dentist I've ever experienced. My son had a horrible experience in 2015 at Children's Dental World with another dentist who pulled and CAPPED NEARLY ALL OF HIS BABY TEETH - this was decided while he was under anesthesia so I was caught off guard and under pressure "to get it all done while he's under sedation." Needless to say, looking back now, I see how there might have been other options and I want parents to feel Dr. Mansour is a dentist that they can trust. When I started to notice Noah's teeth (caps) later getting infected I felt traumatized by the first experience and was very hesitant to trust a dentist again. I explained this to Dr. Mansour. She patiently listened, explained and put my mind at ease about the past scenario and gave us a concrete game plan for my son's dental recovery and health. Since I'm a working mom, sometimes I've had to have my sister or other family member take Noah for his check-up/ cleanings and she writes me the most detailed notes explaining her findings etc. Her team are all pleasant and patient with the kids as well and good at talking them through some nervous moments. This kind of service and care if priceless. So grateful to have found this dentist. read more
