A good dentist, but she refuses to allow you to book a cleaning appointment 6 months out. They only allow you to book 8 weeks in advance, and if you don't do it immediately in this time frame, you can't get a decent appointment time. Dr. Natalie refuses to budge on this rule, and basically said she has enough business to not worry about losing patients to her policy. I wouldn't recommend this office. read more

Dr. Natalie Mansour has been the pediatric dentist for our two sons for nearly a decade now and we have always had excellent experiences with the care of her and her team. Our older son needed a few teeth extracted today and we were blown away by the level of care and outstanding bedside manner that Dr. Deepa and the team provided. Our son suffers from anxiety and the team worked with us ahead of time to prepare and make decisions that would support him. Today, everyone from the front desk staff to the dental assistant to the dentist treated him with such empathy and kindness throughout, all while providing excellent clinical care. I can't speak highly enough about this office. We have also seen Dr. Natalie's sister Dr. Marie (orthodontist next door) recently and had an equally great experience with her. We had an emergency situation with my kid, and we called Natalie's office, they were able to get us in the same day. The entire staff was courteous, friendly, and very accommodating. Natalie scheduled an emergency procedure for the very next day, as she made calls, changed schedules and did everything in her power to make sure my kid was taken care of as soon as possible. On the day of the procedure, she was calm, explained everything in detail about the procedure, made me and my kid feel at ease and very comfortable during the entire process. I Became acquainted with this office when my then two year old, had a terrible accident that left him with a shifty, bloody, front tooth I know! I was freaking out, my beautiful boy. I got goggling and found the closest pediatric dentist with the best review! Called the office and they were so forthcoming with support to this stressed pandemic mommy with two under four, and they also seemed quite familiar with the situation. I was able to come quite quickly. And had the best exam by Dr. Natalie! She was very aware of my son and his needs teeth wise and "little two year old feelings" wise! I got specific instructions to best care for the tooth to insure we wouldn't loose it! Oh and they even gave a toy for the little sister who was responsible for the incident. Allegedly... The only complaint I would have is that I cannot clone Dr. Natalie and have her at every medical office I have to visit! I'd have to clone the staff as well!!! Dr Natalie is an amazing pediatric dentist. We've been seeing her for years with our two children. She makes children feel so comfortable around her with her sweet and kind demeanor. My daughter had to have fillings done on her two front teeth and Dr Natalie just amazed us with how quickly and precisely she could work with tiny mouths. They have been a pleasure to take my children for their dental needs for the past 10 years. I highly recommend them for your children's dental needs. They take most ppo insurances and their office is very clean. They follow through all the covid guidelines carefully. I also go to another dental office for myself, and have to admit that they're not as through as Dr Mansour's office during covid time. I wish they would accept adult patients.... I have always been very scared of the dentist because I have emetophobia (fear of throwing up) and every time they would put the fluoride on my teeth I would gag. Ever since that first day of the dentist whenever my parents would tell me I had to go to the dentist I would cry and barely sleep at night because I hated the fluoride so much. But now it's really changed and I really like the new fluoride. The dentists are always super nice to me and always help. It's the best dentist I've ever been to and I love the improvements.
