AMAZING PEDIATRIC DENTIST! My three year old had to have some work done and we were both very nervous she took the time to sit with me explain everything and really put my mind at ease, kept me updated throughout and talked me through everything at the end. LOVE this dentist, been to several in the area trying to find a good fit and we have found her. Dr. Natalie is wonderful with all three of my children. She has made the dentist an exciting fun place to visit. My kids are always happy to see her and I am always relieved to get good advice on what to do with our dental health. We are building such good and healthy habits here, I love that her office text me and I get to book appointments that way it's so convenient and my children are never late on their scheduled appointments and because of that their dental health has been so good. I find Dr. Natalie to be so caring and trustworthy and her staff is so good with kids and friendly. Their prizes for the kids are exciting , watching a movie while getting worked on is distracting and fun. Visits are fast and efficient. I just had 3 girls get x rays and cleanings and I was there for 30min. I highly recommend. I never liked the dentist as a kid so I was so concerned on how to make it different with my own kids and because of Dr. Natalie it is so different. read more

I am so thankful that Dr. Mansour was able to take my son in who was a new patient for a last minute emergency appointment. My son is 2 years old and was having intense teething pain and was screaming non stop. My husband and I started to worry as this pain has been going on for about 4 months now (on and off) and with all that pain his molars haven't poked out yet. We were starting to think this was much more serious and could be a sign of an infection. My son is usually fearful when we go to new places and doesn't cooperate but Dr. Mansour was able to swiftly and gently look at his gums and assured us that there is nothing serious- he's just having a harder time than most kids. I am so thankful she was able to squeeze us in with little wait time. read more

Dr Mansour saw us within an hour or so of my daughter getting one of her baby teeth knocked out at school. Had me email photos beforehand to determine if it was necessary and had us come in for a X-ay just to be safe. Took time with us to explain the X-ray and followup. Know she has an extremely busy office and was so impressed and grateful that she accommodated us. Daughter is fine. Have come to her for the last 2 appointments before that and feel totally confident that we're in the best of hands. And she's so great with my daughter. My daughter has been seeing Dr. Natalie for dentistry and Dr. Marie for orthodontics for several years now. My son, who has severe autism and an intellectual disability, had been going to a dentist closer to us. But it's often noisy in the waiting area there, which can amp up his anxiety and make dental appointments harder. I had already been considering changing and taking him to see Dr. Natalie because I like the practice. It's never too crowded in the waiting area and often quiet. They provide excellent care for my daughter. Additionally, I needed to find somewhere else to take him for x-rays and sealant, because his previous dentist did not offer sedation and my son wasn't able to tolerate either without something to help calm him. They recommended IV sedation. Cut to a few days ago when he slipped in a water puddle of his own making in the kitchen, his feet went out from under him, and he hit the tile floor face first. He chipped off a corner of his tooth. I needed someplace I could take him in soon that would be able to sedate him. I called on Monday, sent them the information they requested, and was able to make an appointment for Wednesday. The staff and assistants were all great with my son, very gentle and positive. When they came in to try to give x-rays a shot and he got upset, they stayed calm and didn't push it. Instead, they praised how well he did with letting them count his teeth. Dr. Natalie was also fabulous with him. She responded to him gently and let him hold one of her tools. She didn't get irritable when he reached for a different one, just explained that was Dr. Natalie's tool. She examined his teeth and praised him for doing so well. She also recommended we try the oral sedation first, because she thinks we can manage the repair to his tooth as well as the x-rays, sealant, and a cleaning with just that. If needed we can go the IV sedation route, because they offer it there with an in-house doctor. We will definitely be going there for all of his dental care going forward. I wish I hadn't taken this long to make the change! It's a little longer of a drive, but absolutely worth it. read more

My son had his first dental visit at 2 1/2. He fell and injured his mouth making his teeth slightly grey so I made an appt with Dr. Mansour as I was concerned about what was happening to his teeth. Her staff was so sweet, we met with 2 staff members before the Dr and each made sure we were doing well. Took our temp at the door, got a toy before the dr went in which he loved! Of course we was hesitant being in the chair but the Dr worked her way around and gave me so much helpful information. We will be back at age 3! read more

Great with kids, gives simple and solid advice for keeping their little chompers clean, and, for my squirming and whining 14-month-old, kept the checkup part as short as possible. She was thorough though, and gave me a better understanding of what was going on in his mouth. My boys have been going to Natalie for 5 years now and we just love it there. My boys don't complain when they have to go to the dentist, which says a lot. The staff is amazing! I would like to mention that we have gone 2 times already during covid and they have gone over and beyond with the health standards. The whole process is so efficient & automated. You text when you arrive, you wait in your car when they are ready, temperatures are checked (in car), payments made (if applicable), and then you are walked into the office right into the room. The boys are worked on right away and we out. FYI: Masks required. read more

I brought my kids here for their check up and their new safety procedures made us feel safe. There's a few online forms to fill out, you check in digitally and someone will come to get you and take you straight to a room. Dr. Natalie is kind, patient and professional. We've been coming here since all of my kids were very young and we have been happy with this practice. There is an ortho office right next door and my kids do not have braces yet, but we have seen Dr. Marie who has been keeping an eye on my kids' teeth and she has been thorough and very honest! I took my four children to get a cleaning and checked by Dr. Mansour. All covid protocols were followed. I stayed in the car and the staff came to my car to take the kids into the office. Temperatures were taken, masks worn, forms filled out. At the end, Dr. Mansour came out to talk to me from six feet away and told me about each child. She recommended wisdom teeth removal for one and she is going to call the orthodontist of another one of my sons to consult about teeth cleaning. Amazing experience. No fear of covid.
