This is one of 2 beef teriyaki... Nobody had eaten it yet.
    Melanie L.

We've been here before and enjoyed it, but today was good and not so good. We got a pupu for 2, there were 2 beef teriyaki, the picture I attached is one of them, and this was BEFORE anyone bit it, it's how it came out of the box. And it was overcooked and dry. The crab rangoon were pretty good, I liked the egg roll, but the chicken fingers were kind of tough and the boneless spareribs were tiny little thin strips and were really dry. I'm not a fan of the way they cut the chicken wings, but they tasted good. Probably won't go back for a bit, but it wasn't horrible.

I decided to pickup some lunch takeout at Man Yee Restaurant, located across the street from Corner View Restaurant. This place is a little hole in the wall offering Chinese food (Cantonese & Szechuan)for full service dining, takeout, and delivery. The dining room has pink booths & chairs with hard laminate tables. They offer over 30 all day combination specials ($6.50-$8.35 plus tax) and 15 luncheon specials ($5.55 plus tax). I had the D4 Pork Lo Mein and Pork Fried Rice with Egg Roll ($6.50 plus tax). The food was ready in under 10 minutes. The good portion of food tasted okay. The lo mein had soft noodles with lots of water chestnuts, vegetables, but not much pork strips. The pork fried rice was tan in color with chunks of tender pork. The egg roll was decent with a good mix of cabbage and ground pork. I would come back again for dinner to try the other food such as the Szechuan spiced beef and shrimp. CREDIT CARDS: 10 minimum, no personal checks

    Very generous with the dumplings!

At our house when it comes to Chinese food we are all about the steamed dumplings. And we've been searching for a good and reasonably priced Chinese place in the Concord area for about a year- we finally found it! Most of the Chinese joints in the area pack 4 or 5 dumplings into a paper box, but not here, full platter! The dumpling sauce was also perfect. The portions on the rest of the food were also generous and the food was quite tasty. They were also generous with all the side sauces. Delivery was in a snow storm but still super speedy!

Just moved to the area and ordered delivery. All the food was incredibly fresh and delicious! We got fried rice, lo mein, egg drop soup, steamed dumplings and a pupu! Really really impressed!

Average Chinese food, poor service but what else to expect at a local Chinese joint. Quick service can always be expected.

As a bonus, the tofu center is still cold so you can really get complete unpleasantness with every bite. And, rather than having to spend a bunch of time waiting for your noodles to clump together as they congeal, they serve them already clumped so you get the opportunity to eat your noodle in brick form. Ya'll - I know it's New Hampshire, but let's at least put in some effort.

Now it is one of those downtown Concord places I circle back to whenever I am craving something brothy and comforting that still has some personality. Most visits revolve around noodle soups, and I have worked my way through a good chunk of the menu. The spicy miso ramen has a deep heat that builds instead of hitting you all at once, and the shoyu ramen is clean and savory in a way that makes you keep sipping the broth even when you are full. The Bubba pho and veggie pho are both solid, generous bowls, and the Korean noodle soup that started as a special clearly earned its permanent spot. Even the Japanese curry soup, which I expected to be heavier, if I had to nitpick I wish it had more curry flavor. My favorite order though is the spicy tantan, with a tweak. Sub the ground chicken for the soy glazed chicken. It adds texture and a little sweetness that really works with the spice. Service is friendly without hovering, and the pacing is usually spot on even when they are busy. The space itself is small, but I rarely struggle to get a table, and the bar seating is a nice option if you are solo. Portions are filling, prices feel fair, and I always leave thinking about what I will order next time.

They kept my Dasher informed so the service was excellent. The Gyoza was excellent, and the Chicken - filet mignon Hibachi was well beyond my expectation. I did not expect the full meal- salad, Miso Soup, noodles AND rice. I ordered Yummy sauce of course- because how can you eat Hibachi without it?? Everything was outstanding. I will definitely be ordering again!! I can't speak to ambiance, but I am sure it's lovely. I can't wait for next time! Such a treat! Don't mind the picture- I didn't want to even take the lid off before I took it. So well packaged!!

It's not authentic Japanese, it's an interpretation of Japanese by Chinese workers and Cooks. Also, Chinese service isn't great and the waiter here isn't attentive and a bit too casual for my taste. The food itself is just acceptable, and for the price not great. The atmosphere also still is pretty weak, and the restaurant is small. It's sort of almost like a hole on the wall. On the West Coast, I've eaten at over 30 authentic Japanese restaurants, and for those of you who aren't Japanese restaurant or sushi aficionados... This food is probably fine. If you know we're good, Japanese food is, don't come here and frankly you may need to drive to Boston to get it.

I had the best and freshest sushi and sashimi, my husband had a delicious pepper steak entree and sashimi, and my daughter had a noodle dish and son-in-law had spare ribs! Plus we had sake and cocktails. And the most delicious crab rangoon appetizer! We drove 30-40 minutes to get here but it was so worth it! I don't know why the pictures all look blue; we sat downstairs in the lounge, so I guess that's why. Thanks again! We'll be back!

I called and they wanted to make it right and make mea replacement offer but that would have been a nearly 40 minute return trip. Wasn't worth the time. I asked to just have that refunded later and I'd be by after our gathering. So kudos to them on the service piece. Now, on to the food review. My dad loves this place and he loves their egg foo yung. Only problem was they don't make it on Christmas for some reason. It's one of the simplest dishes you can make. We got a variety of dishes, the chicken wings were over cooked, the boneless spare ribs were chewy and not in a good way. The rice was bland. There really wasn't a stand out dish. Everything was hot but it just either lacked flavor or was just not good. I'm being generous with the 3 stars due to the service. We will find another place for our next gathering.

We came at lunchtime so asked for the lunch menu, but reading through the reviews, it seems like we should've gone with the dinner menu if we wanted sashimi. The food was as generally good, but we didn't care for the chicken fried rice. We expected fried rice with veggies and egg, but got rice that was doused in soy sauce and fried. Not the best, but we ate it because we didn't want to be charged. The sunrise roll was pretty good but the snapper on top wasn't the best cut of fish which meant there were some chewy bits and part of it tasted odd. The real stand out items were the tempura veggies, tempura chicken, beef teriyaki, and salmon cucumber roll. The plum mule was the best cocktail we tried, but the cocktails were generally good. The dessert mochi was a solid way to finish the meal. $5 per two piece order or free if you pay cash.
