I'm so glad I discovered this spot! I did a custom sandwich and everything is very flavorful and fresh. I also got a mango pineapple smoothie, its texture is more like a slushy & refreshing. The two girls working were very kind! Can't wait to try more!!

The food here is so good! The sandwiches are always fresh and the bread is fantastic. One thing that really impresses me is how precise everything is -- Marta makes sure that every ingredient is fresh : the meat, the vegetables, the whole recipe. You can really taste the freshness . I love coming here with my family and friends and trying all the different sandwiches, salads, and smoothies. Everything is super healthy , which is the most important thing for me. Marta is super friendly easygoing,accommodating and a perfectionist. She makes the recipes perfectly.The whole crew Frida, Madison, Genesis, and Allison do an amazing job following them with the same attention to detail. Every time I come, I'm happy to try something new. My favorite is definitely the pastrami sandwich. I highly recommend it.

One thing that really impresses me is how precise everything is -- Marta makes sure that every ingredient is fresh : the meat, the vegetables, the whole recipe. You can really taste the freshness . I love coming here with my family and friends and trying all the different sandwiches, salads, and smoothies. Everything is super healthy , which is the most important thing for me. Marta is super friendly easygoing,accommodating and a perfectionist. Even after placing my order, the staff was happy to accommodate the change, which I greatly appreciated. The sandwich, paired with the tomato basil soup, was phenomenal. It was loaded with turkey, smashed avocado, smoked bacon, pickled red onions, and fresh greens. The flavors blended perfectly, creating a sandwich that, in my opinion, is far better than anything you'll find at Panera. After my wife and I finished our meal, one of the staff members, Zeron, kindly offered to clear our trays and bowls. Service like that never goes unnoticed. As always, the atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, with plenty of indoor seating as well as outdoor tables for those who prefer to dine outside. Thank you for another delicious lunch. The whole staff was great, but the manager was the GLUE. The interior is neat and clean. There are various types of seating (bar; table; booth; high-tops; communal), and plenty of screens to watch sports. On this occasion, I ordered the Tavern Fish & Chips ($22). It is described as "Alaskan cod coated in a tempura beer batter and served with French fries, tartar sauce and yuzu herb coleslaw". The positives of this dish are that it was prepared well. Both the fish and chips tasted good. The presentation was also nice; which leads to the coleslaw: The coleslaw tasted good, too; but I was surprised the serving was so spare. It's almost as if it was served just to optically balance the presentation in the basket. (See photo shared,) And while the price was not unreasonable, feel it's creeping towards expensive (relative to serving size). I'll attribute this to rising input costs. Staffing might be an issue during the lunchtime service. Service was okay, but they seemed to be understaffed. It's possible that most of their business is done after 5pm.

We sat at a communal bench/table to enjoy our breakfast items (which they stop serving after 10:30); however, we noticed that others were eating some delicious-looking sandwiches served on their fresh baguettes. The drinks were solid too and paired well with everything we ordered. The whole place has a calm neighborhood bakery feel to it, and you can tell it's a spot locals come back to often.

Mapi's Eatery is an absolute gem for sandwich lovers. I ordered the Strand Italian and my wife had the Cajun Current. Both were generously portioned and thoughtfully built, with fresh condiments and just the right amount of dressing to bring everything together without overpowering the sandwich. You can tell real care goes into the balance and quality of each bite. What really elevated the experience was Mapi herself working the counter. She shared a lovely story about starting her business and was genuinely excited about some upcoming specials she's planning. Her passion for the craft and pride in what she's building came through immediately and made the stop feel personal, not transactional. If you're even remotely serious about sandwiches, this place is absolutely worth a visit. Wishing Mapi nothing but success. I'll definitely be back. read more

The staff greeted me as I walked in. They were quick to take the large order. We waited at a sunny, clean corner table. The sandwiches were wrapped and labeled appropriately.
