My friends and I discovered this place a few months ago and we are obsessed!! The food is fresh, healthy, tasty, with generous portions and high quality ingredients. My favorite salad is the Olive Branch, it has chicken, feta, artichoke hearts, Kalamata olives, garbanzo crisps, cucumbers, and tomatoes. You can get it stacked or tossed. I get it tossed if I eat there and stacked it I take it to go. They have wraps and smoothies and bowls too. Service is friendly and pretty fast. They have a few tables inside and some outside, it wouldn't be a big group place if you're eating inside because the tables are small. You just gotta try this place!! read more

"Healthy that hits" is their motto. That was true with my recent visit. Wanted to eat clean after a workout at the gym. Was here on a weekend afternoon and the options to order were at the counter or two kiosks. There were a couple of customers ahead of me so opted for the kiosk. I tend to like salads in a wrap in general so the Olive Branch was a great option for me. It's organic chicken, lettuce mix, feta, Greek olives, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, cucumbers, parmesan-garlic, garbanzo bean crunch, and Mediterranean dressing. Fresh, filling, and delicious! They are cut into two halves. Could not finish most of the 2nd half and took it home. It kept well and hubby enjoyed the rest of it later. Did not try a beverage as I had my own water and refilled at their complimentary water dispenser at the counter. They have some smoothie options that I am curious to try at the next visit. One particular is the Green Glow up which is organic milk, local honey, spinach, banana, orange, avocado, pineapple and chia seeds. I had minimal interaction with the gal at the counter. She was kind. Location is in the Torrance Crossroads next to IHOP. Parking is shared with several businesses. Avoid parking near In N Out as it is usually congested in that part of the Crossroads. I wasn't planning to eat here -- I was actually headed to another restaurant. But I changed my mind when I did a quick search and saw how clean/fresh the, ingredients were. So glad I did. The food was great, had the PCH ROLL and GREEN GLOW UP smoothie. But the customer service is what really stood out. Hope and Carolina were fabulous warm, attentive, and made me feel welcomed. We only ordered one thing and was super disppointed on quality, taste and price. For $17 we ordered a catalina classic roll which was super bland, no flavor and tiny for the price. You want to live forever? Eat here. I love the concept of Wild Roots. It's the way we should all be eating most days of the week to support a healthy lifestyle. The food is fresh, wholesome, and minimally processed. The Carrot Crush: my husband ordered this, and I was only supposed to try one bite, but I ended up eating half of his food. I really enjoyed this dish because I'm a big fan of carrots, and the base was essentially a generous serving of shredded carrots. It must take a lot of work to prepare. I hope they have a machine to do the shredding otherwise I feel bad for the person doing the shredding. The miso ginger dressing was tangy and brought everything together beautifully. The Golden Coast: With bone broth, protein, rice, hot honey, purple sweet potatoes, and other nourishing ingredients, this bowl was incredible. Every component worked well together, and my daughter especially enjoyed it. Mango Chia Pudding: I ate this before reading the description, and once I learned it contained Greek yogurt and almond milk, I was blown away. The ingredients are so healthy, yet it tastes incredibly indulgent. One of my goals is to eat healthier and take better care of myself, so I'm excited to come back and try more of their dishes. This new little restaurant just opened in the Torrance Crossroads shopping center right next to Chipotle. Although I've only been there once, I can tell this place will be on my super short list of regular options. This is because it's healthy AND delicious! Too many dishes sounded tempting so I ordered two. First was the West Coast Roll, a large spring roll with chicken and an incredibly flavorful peanut dressing. Second was the Olive Grove Coast Bowl, which was packed with delicious flavors from the chicken, feta, Greek olives, artichokes, and other good ingredients. I'm guessing the rice cooked in bone broth might be adding to the great flavor as well. Everything sounded delicious and everything looked delicious and everything was so healthy. I forgot what I ordered, but it was oh it was something with grass fed beef. I think it was a bowl but it had like over 20 g of protein maybe even 30 and then I got the carrot cake thing that was also delicious. I just wish this place was closer to where I live.
