Prices! Whoa, what the actual hell is going on here? The prices are so crazy high I don't understand or get it. Not sure where you get your coffee from. But your baristas aren't really 'gourmet' baristas. They don't budge much on the said drinks on the menu. They're not doing anything special or more than any other barista. You don't get a choice what or how you want your drink so again why is a coffee $8 I had asked what their syrups were they said Mona, I had asked about MILK ALTERNATIVES IF IT WERE AN UPCHARGE. Since it wasn't really listed anywhere The girl in the front said depends. Wait is there a charge or not? She said there isn't a charge if you get 1,2,whole milk. This place has such an amazing concept from the offerings to the atmosphere. The coffee was great however the place fell short in service. The workers on Friday night appeared indifferent to helping despite it being g pretty different. They seemed more interested in their phones than helping customers. As a result we grabbed something and left. If this improved, we would consider going back to support. read more

Their consistency on coffee has really pissed me off. The first time I been there; it was one of the best coffees I had. The past two times have been really inconsistent and I spent at least $30 each time. The pastries are so damn good but I think I'm crazy for paying $10.50+tax for a danish. Service is normal and environment is a TikTokers dream. The line to order crowds the room and makes it really unpleasant; so get there early. Super awesome coffee joint. Ughh this place is so good I don't even want to review cause I don't want the secret out. Ok so I've pretty much tried every coffee shop in the East Valley and I honestly I'm so excited about this one. First time there today- and my experience was so great. Beautiful location. Great seating options for the cooler months and I had the coconut brown super latte which was superb. Wanted to love this place, but it's a no for me. Had some high hopes for Maple House since Hidden House (sister concept) is so great, but it was a miss on more than one occasion. From the cleanliness to the lack of knowledge on drinks, we were disappointed. Talk about unprofessionalism having a customer go behind the bar during business hours to "experiment" and make their own drink, tacky, but I guess that's what happens when a bunch of young adults are running the place. Coffee wasn't great, luke warm and too much foam. Matcha wasn't mixed properly and was way too sweet, didn't even finish it. Bar stools weren't too comfy, way too high for a bar, and bulky which feels like the person next to you is on your lap. Overall, if you want to play games outdoors, sit by a fire, and enjoy a mediocre coffee I'd give it a try, but we won't be back. read more

Visited yesterday around 1 pm. Line was long. People are standing waiting for their name to be called and you don't know who is in line or who is not. After finally getting to the register I was told they had no pastries. This was extremely disappointing. There was only one person taking orders. My dirty chai latte had a chocolate flavor which I wasn't expecting. It was not overly sweet and I did enjoy it, just different. They do have oat milk, skim milk and 2 percent in addition to whole milk. Outdoor seating in the front and back. Bar seating and tables inside. The drinks and food are delicious but they haven't refined their operation yet, which ruins the customer experience. The line wait was 30 minutes and the drink wait was another 20 minutes. You then have to wait for your name to be called, so you can't enjoy their patio area - you're stuck standing, because the line blocks the indoor seating. They only have one cashier (great, customer service, but not expedient), and the line is at least 34 people long (it wraps the entire building and is out the back door) and people kept cutting in line. In all, a very frustrating experience. If you come, come early and be prepared to wait. read more

First of all the decor is nice, it's got a modern trendy vibe appearance on the outside but once that novelty wears off, there is much lacking. All of the staff's vibe was a turn off, they presented as young & entitled except one gal with blond hair, she seemed genuine & kind. All the others we interacted with were dismissive, not responsive & unhelpful. We had to ask 3 times for our receipt. One gal in our party did not get her order & when it came late "several" minutes after everyone else had their food it was wrong. She ordered a pumpkin coffee cake & got a pumpkin pastry. 30 minutes later they came to our table and said they didn't charge us for the pumpkin pastry (even after repeating the order back when we initially placed the order) they should have just given us the pastry at that point.. In addition, the menu is "extremely" limited. The breakfast sandwich I ordered was extremely dry and cold (not even warm) I ordered the garlic aioli on the side but didn't get it & didn't realize it because of all the issues we were trying to get help with. The prices are extremely high for the quality and taste of food you get. As an example; the Purely Sedona Spring water is $8. There are lots of expensive "cool" places to go if that's your thing where food "tastes" good. Sadly I had been wanting to go here for a long time attracted to the building & yard decor, however the disappointment was very real. In addition I went to the restroom w/out my phone & almost had a panic attack because I couldn't unlock the door. In my panic, I started knocking on the glass. The locking mechanism is flawed in addition to the door being very heavy made it difficult for me to unlock the door. That has the potential to be problematic especially if people are drinking, please have it looked at. As customers it's reasonable to expect better customer service and quality of food before spending our hard earned money here. I do not recommend this place. read more

Really cute place with a good ambience.The maple pecan sticky bun was great. However the Brie grilled cheese was not what I was expecting at all. I would suggest changing the description of it because it is very misleading. It said it was brie bacon jam, it comes out with cheddar cheese and it tasted like there was jalapeños on it. I understand the Maple House is having their soft opening and I want to love this place as it's a beautiful environment. However, we were over-charged for beer and my husband was asked to wait at the counter, a prolonged time, until they corrected their computer system! He was also, given a pour of something he did not order. When he returned to the counter to ask about this, he received no apologies from the servers or from management, but they did have the corrected tab for him! We'll revisit due to the beautiful outdoor space and hopefully, with experience, the above errors will be corrected. read more

First time trying this place the other day and would have to say it's my favorite place to get my coffee now. Definitely would recommend getting the little lottie which is a white chocolate pistachio base. It's definitely on the sweeter side maybe next time to get it less sweet. The staff was very nice and helpful the place looked AMAZING cool little chill spot to hang out with friends or family while drinking some coffee and eating some bread in the morning. I've been to Maple House four times now and every time I have tried a different coffee drink. Every single time I am greeted nicely, thoroughly enjoyed my coffee and just love the vibe and feel of this place. They are doing it right at Maple House (and their affiliated restaurants do not disappoint either). The breakfast sandwich is delicious and the pastries look amazing (I can tell you the maple pecan sticky bun was yummy). I'll be visiting again soon in the evening for wine with some girlfriends.
