I have nothing but good things to say about this place and their employees. Just got back from a…read moreweekend at Pismo beach. I rented a CanAm Turbo from them and had a blast. Worth every single penny! You may think what they charge is expensive but try and rent a Atv or Utv from the businesses in Pismo and you'll realize how reasonable their prices are. The best part is you have it for as long as you want. No, oh shit I gotta have the rental back in 10 mins nonsense. Most of the ATVs and UTVs you rent on the beach are beat up, rusted and in horrible shape; hours of abuse from inexperienced riders and salt water take a toll on the equipment and it shows. I know because we do yearly trips to Pismo and I've always rented from Arnie's or Steves ATV. Not to knock them because they are friendly people, but their equipment just sucks. ‍ I picked up OCRVs CanAm and it was flawless!Clean, and ready to rip. I also walked around their place and saw that the rest of their rentals. They're all updated and clean. Not like the other places TBH. I will definitely come back here EVERY SINGLE YEAR from now on. Keep up the amazing work and awesome customer service. Me, my family and friends will definitely be back soon! You guys f***kin rock!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!…read more I'm concerned that this company generates More revenue from charging people for damage, than actual rental services. There was superficial aesthetic scratches as you can see in the photo. We were told, that these tiny scratches are worth 25% of the entire cost of the part ($1400). Do you think these scratches justify 25%? In reality, it's more like 0.1% of the cost. --so how many customers will they do this to? 10? And reap a 250% return on this part? -HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS. I'm all for paying for damages but this is ridiculous. The money maker is charging customers for cumulative replacements. You're NOT SUPPOSE TO PROFIT OFF DAMAGE CHARGES. Or is that the entire point of this business? If you've been ripped off by this business, please reach out, as we may be interested in class action litigation.

I don't want to bury the lead here: Trekker Vans is not only a rip-off, but downright…read moredisrespectful. I tried to work with the owner to rectify some incorrect charges and I was accused of having a learning disability. SMGDH The story goes like this: I recently booked a trip with Trekker Vans and it was, by far and away, the worst vehicle rental experience I have ever had. I returned the van in a perfectly fine condition (see attached photos), and with a full tank of gas, but was charged $100 in cleaning fees and fuel. The rental agreement stipulates that the van not be returned "excessively dirty" which I later realized was code for "Trekker Vans wants you to return it spotless, and will nickel and time you at their discretion." The gas tank was also full when I dropped it off, so I really have no idea where the fuel charge came from. I tried working with Nate to find an amicable solution but that simply did not work. He was myopically focused on proving his point versus hearing me out. I ultimately had to end the conversation when he accused me of having a learning disability. At that point, I realized there was no hope of being treated with any form of respect. If you want to be ripped off, talked down to, and insulted then go with Trekker Vans. Otherwise, go literally anywhere else.

I liked the convenience of the location as we were visiting family for the holidays…read more However this RV park caters more to full timers which is evident by the post office boxes at the office. Here are some pros and cons. Pro's: Spaces are large with plenty of room for the RV plus two cars. No light pollution is really nice for star gazing. Full hookups are nice. Easy check-in and out. Nice little walking trail by the creek. Overall very quiet with occasional road noise but not much at all. They also will fill your propane and drop it off after you drop off to them. Lots of trees which is probably great in the summer. Cons: Full timers give the RV park a different feel, there's none of that fellow camaraderie you find at most RV parks. Many full timers have sheds and storage of their belongings outside their RVs and makeshift porches that give the place a run down feel. Gravel sites could use some upgrades as ours had a deep hole that could have been an ankle twister so we had to keep a chair over it so we didn't step in it. No picnic tables here which is a first for us. No other amenities besides the restrooms and laundry room which we did not see. Only one garbage location at main entrance. Overall decent place and better than Thousand Trails down the way IMO. Plenty of room and spacious spaces. I would probably stay here again if in a pinch.
