Have used Amador in the past for a few projects and I have to say he was fantastic! He did my complete kitchen and a countertop at my Buisness, this was when Amador was running the place, his son took over and unfortunately his communication is lacking. My wife had called him a few weeks ago and spoke to him regarding a new project and he said he would come by for an estimate, he never called back and when we reached out again he never bothered to call back. He helped us design the cuts and reviewed the design with us, and was so patient and nice spending time with us at his workshop discussing the different cut designs to come up with the final design. We have worked with them to install our Soapstone counters for kitchen and bathrooms. We started contacting them around new year time, and not only their estimates were the best , but the only business who replied during this busy time of the year. They actually replied back during their vacation time, to confirm. They have done an excellent work. We have been contacting Jorge multiple times to change our scheduled installation due to other conflicts we had and he always has been very understanding and accommodating. After our initial estimate we changed the layout a bit and he actually modified the estimate to a lower one when the area he will work on became smaller. He answered all my questions about sealants and maintenance. Moreover, we had to leave big leftover slabs from our kitchen for over a month at his workshop until we were able to finish the bathroom vanities. They always left the place clean, used floor protectors and we very organized. It is a family business , with professional hard working two brothers and friendly polite crew.
