I hate giving poor reviews, but I use yelp and often google to find businesses, so I want to provide feedback for others! I have been here at least 5 times, and was a hit or miss each time, depending on who did my nails. I really like the ladies who work there but the lady I received my manicure from rolled her eyes at me and got impatient while I was trying to decide on a color. Simply not the type of vibe I want to spend my money or time in. Ridiculous that I am paying over 40 dollars for a manicure and she did not have the decency to have some patience and help me pick out colors (I was trying to follow some nail art I found online). Additionally, the color selection is poor overall and they usually do not give you all the options that they actually have. Lastly, one gel manicure I got there only lasted about a week. I go to Luanne every two weeks for a Bio Gel fill and eyebrow wax. I work in the kitchen so my hands and nails really go through it but my manicure always LASTS. Even if it didn't, she offers to fix any chips or breaks for free. I would never go to anybody else. You can't beat her work or her prices. I got my nails done here and it was a mess. They wouldn't give me a refund unless I got the nails off and wanted me to come in but I was at work and couldn't leave so In order to get a refund I had to clip my nails off and now I'm stuck with half cut off nails that hurt and a waste of my time . I came in for a pedicure and decided to get a gel manicure cause I was going on vacation. Macey did my gel manicure. The next day I noticed the color changing and the nails having uneven colors. I called Macey and she had me come right in. Got there and asked if she was going to charge me and she said, "No, it's our fault. We want you to be happy." She redid the Polish with a darker color. She said, " If you don't like it tomorrow, come back. We'll fix it." She would not even take a tip!!!!! I love this salon. Thank you Macey. You will be my nail tech from now on! This happened once before at another salon and the response was, "Oh, Im sorry." Didn't offer to fix it or even ask to see it. They lost this customer. So happy I found Macey and Marble Salon! I had an appointment and when I arrived the staff sat me down in chair despite making me wait 30+ minutes to be seen. There were several appointments like this, some even walked out after an hour waiting. I got a manicure and the manicurist rushed through the paint job and acrylic to see other guests. I understand they were just trying to meet business demand, but it's not even been a full week and my nails are already coming off. The acrylic was folded under my nail too, so I had to file it when I got home - super frustrating. I have never had such a bad nail experience. read more

I'm really disappointed in this salon! I do NOT recommend here. My nail lady was good but not great. She didn't remove all of my acrylics which I think is the reason for my nails chipping so bad. I went in to get acrylics soaked off and a gel painted manicure on Sunday, it is now Wednesday and my nails are so badly chipped. I called the salon and ask for a refund and or for them to redo them, however, I don't live in Ventura, I'm only there mostly weekends, so mainly asking for a refund. She tells me that her boss is in Vietnam and she won't contact him for the matter and that no one at the salon knows how to give a refund, which I find to be ridiculous. I have also coincidentally had a salon in San Diego tell me the same excuse, that their boss was out of the country on vacation and no one could issue a refund without him and he'd be gone for a month and they cannot contact him. In my opinion with technology as advanced as it is, there is a way to contact your boss, there is a way to issue a refund or just say yes we will redo them at no cost, which every other salon would do. I asked her how we could fix this situation and if I could please just have them redone once I'm in town, she told me she will have to wait 3 weeks for her boss to return and that they would give me a partial discount to get my nails done. I'm so dissatisfied and disappointed in this place and feel I've been lied to and cheated out of $50 that I scrounged up to get my nails done because they were so awful. Now it's basically in the trash and there's apparently nothing they can do about it. I would NOT recommend this place because of this. read more

ZERO STARS!! I accompanied my mother to a nail salon for her wedding preparations. Regrettably, Kelly exhibited rude behavior towards my mother, while displaying a great attitude towards others. This conduct appeared to be discriminatory. English is my mothers second language, she was not welcomed and was treated very hostile from Kelly. Kelly was rough with my mother's hands, threw the buffer at her and made her do it herself, and failed to complete her job. Despite this, we were obligated to pay to the poor service by Kelly, and were not allowed to leave until payment was made. Discrimination is unacceptable today!!! I came here based on the good reviews, but BEWARE -- they will overcharge you and not tell you about "up-charges" until you check out! I asked to have my gel polish removed, a regular pedicure and a buff and shine on my nails and they charged me $61!! I'd heard another customer leaving out giving pushback at the register saying "when we're you going to tell me that was $5 extra?? Don't you think you should have mentioned that before you did the service?" She was frustrated, and then so was I when I was hit with my expensive price tag. When I tried to argue the charges they brought another person over and both of them were aggressively shouting prices (in front of all the other customers). It was awkward and frustrating and an absurd price to pay for what I received. Needless to say, I will not be back to do business with these people who so obviously take advantage of their customers and then cause a scene to pressure you to pay up. read more

I was a little nervous the first time I came in, I am very picky about how my nails look, and I've come to the conclusion that Marble Nails is the best!! I've gotten acrylics here multiple times and they always take the best care of me! It's a typical salon where they greet you with pleasant "how can I help you's" from the door, and show you to the rack of colors near the front. The wait can sometimes be a few minutes if you don't have a reservation, but they seat you right away and their seats are super comfy :) Vivian is my absolute favorite, she does the best stilettos I've ever seen & if I had an extra $100 lying around it would be hers ASAP My friend got stilettos this time while I just got a gel - I'm trying to figure out yelp enough to post a pic of hers read more

This place never disappoints! I had to wait, but no big deal I came right when they opened at 930. Once Lynn started she fixed my month old nails in less then 1hr, She was amazingly fast and efficient! I've been coming here for 4 yrs, never had a bad experience, fungal issue or pain caused by tools. I love how I can have quiet time to myself without trying to have a conversation with anyone. They are both extremely talented - John for pedicures and Luann for manicures. My nails are always totally on fleek, and the personal attention and love they give can't be matched anywhere else. This place is the worst! My review is below but I think it's important to tell you this story first. My friend went in a few weeks ago and her nail tech used his own FINGER NAIL to push back the cuticle on her toe and she ended up with NAIL FUNGUS!! She had to go to the doctor so they could culture it and her toe nail has fallen off. This place is disgusting and I warn all of you to stay away! I called and asked how long the wait was for a pedicure and was told 15 minutes so I drove over. I waited 30 minutes longer then I was quoted and walk ins were taken before me!
