Eventually someone came over, but there was no greeting, smile, or "Can I help you?" I gave my name, he put the bag on the counter, slid it aside, and walked away without saying anything. As I started leaving, another employee called out that the order actually wasn't ready yet, despite the app saying it was. She added another sandwich to the bag, tied it up, and handed it back to me. Again with no thank you, apology, or even basic friendliness. The sandwiches were decent, but not so amazing that the customer experience doesn't matter.
