Come to find out, this truck had recently relocated to Highland from Wallkill. So like a good Yelper I added a suggestion for their new address because these are some tacos the people of Highland need to know about. Their menu is about 70% Tortas, which I was tempted to order but I rely heavily on tacos being the best introduction to any Mexican spot. So 2 Asada and 1 Pollo for me and 3 Pollo tacos for my lady. $24 before tip. Pretty reasonable, because they load their tacos up with plenty of meat. We were offered hot sauce, and received one red and one green/ order. Beware, this ain't no Pico De Gallo situation these sauces were HHHOOOOTTTT, but paired well with both the steak and chicken tacos. Plenty of parking in their private lot, lots of signage and a porta-potty if you decide to enjoy your tacos then and there. There was one picnic table and umbrella. And the torta has a great ratio of tasty ingredients but the bread isn't too thick which can make the other ingredients get lost.
