I first looked at the website incase it was closed as some businesses are. No sign of any change to the schedule. I placed my order on the website for pick up. I was able to place it, and even got updated in progress. It said we are building your pizza. I hopped in my car Ava went to pick up your pizza. Great Pizza! I can't believe how much I really like this pizza. Good cheese to crust ratio and they don't skimp on the toppings. It's been a while since I have been so happy with my pizza. I know Marco's is a chain but I haven't ever tried it before now. We pulled into East Ridge for the night while on long road trip. We had the dog with us, so picking up some pizza and bringing it back to the hotel was the best plan. I called in our order. They do lose a bit on service because the first time I called, they put me on indefinite hold. I called again and got a really helpful person right away this time. He was able to give us a great coupon offer. We had a bacon and mushroom pizza that was pretty close to perfection. Really top quality bacon and some nice juicy mushrooms. The crust was not thick but not thin either. Just the right amount of cheese too. I had wanted to order a salad but due to the ecoli lettuce problem there weren't any available. Tonight my husband and I decided to try Marcos near our new house after a 13 hour work day no one feels like cooking.. we called to place an order for delivery which they stated they didn't have a driver available at the time no big deal cool we would just run and grab it but instead of getting to place our order a rude employee just stated it was getting close to time to start shutting everything down and just hung up on him... I couldn't fathom how rude that was.. if you're open till 11 why not continue the business I get closing kitchen down 15-30 minutes before time but not over an hour. Marco's has GREAT pizza, however, in recent times this particular location has been serving more excuses than pizza. A couple of tiles I've ordered and immediately got a call back stating they had no delivery drivers available at the moment. Another time they were out of the crust I like. This evening, they say their delivery driver is having complications and that they would get my pizza here ASAP. As of now, the delivery is 30 minutes late. read more

So, it's only fitting that we partake in National Pizza Day. We looked online and they had tons of specials. We pulled in parking lot and it was so busy there were no seats available. We called and placed an order to go. They were running a special for $9.99 on XL extra cheese pizza. Yes please. They said give them 10 minutes. We ran to gas station and came back through drive through. We were greeted by a very friendly young man. Our pizza was steaming hot and smelled so good. He gave us cheese and crushed red peppers. I was impressed at how friendly he was for being so busy. We finally made it home. That pizza was yummy. I was very impressed. It was extra cheesy and the sauce was very flavorful. XL really does mean XL. We have never had Marcos until last night. They have plenty of other non pizza items on menu. I'm sure we will be back. I want to try a sub! Highly disappointed. I've purchased pizzas and pizza bowls which I loved. But, I purchased two sub sandwiches. It was absolutely mostly toasted bread. On the ham and chees sub, I had three 1 inch pieces of very thin ham and one one inch provolone cheese with two slices of tomatoes on my 6 inch sub. My husband had 13 inch sub. He had 11/12 bread on his 12 inch sub. Shame on this company taking their customers like that. read more

By far best customer service I have ever experienced and very friendly my order taker Kenny was my delivery driver helped me out while I was in a bad predicament and stuck for several hours guy went out on a ledge when nobody else would and understood my situation I'm giving 5 stars cause the pizza and service was awesome and if I'm ever back out this way again with my family this time I'll be sure to order from this place again. Stopped in Chattanooga on our way to Chicago! Hotel recommended Marcos! We ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza and cheesy bread. Super yummy! The crust was very flavorful and perfectly cooked, excellent combo of cheeses, but a tiny bit light on pepperoni for our taste. But, I'm from Chicago so pizza is a big deal! The cheesy bread was gooey and a hit with the kids, along with the dipping sauce. Would definitely come here again, I'd just double up on the toppings! Cheers!! read more

I only gave 1 star because the pizza was great once we reheated it. Waited an hour past estimated delivery time, received cold food, had to reheat it, and the driver ignored our request for contactless delivery. They really need to remove delivery fees if they can't do it successfully and you should be able to place your tip after the service even if it's on a card. read more

Stopped here last night after arriving late in town and just looking for a quick meal. We received a quick and friendly greeting from the staff. They shared a menu with us and offered some suggestions. They really impressed us! Outstanding customer service! We ordered a garden salad and a pizza. The salad was very fresh and had a nice selection of other veggies on top. The pizza came very quickly and was very good. A great value for the money. My husband and I ordered two large pizzas and mine was a garden pizza. It was take out. When my husband brought them home we both noticed an overpowering odor that wasn't pleasant. After two small pieces I finally realized what the problem was! It was covered in raw onions! Needless to say I took it back. They refused to refund my money and the young punk who was claiming to be the manager said if the cheese was cooked on top then obviously the onions were also cooked. My response, as the manager of a pizzeria you would think you would know but onions take at least three times longer to cook than cheese and these onions should've been sautéed before being put on the pizza! He refused a refund and I may have accidentally bumped into the pizza and the result was it ending up on the floor. I've not been disrespected like this in a long while and I may have lost my cool a little. I'm just flabbergasted that a business would allow some smart ass kid to be so rude to their customers.
