While I was Pet Sitting in Prosper my Client treated me to Lunch from Marco's Pizza in Aubrey. My daughter and I ordered a Large Pepperoni Pizza and a Large Sausage and Cheese Pizza. We also got an order of Cinnabread as well as Garlic Sauce and Ranch Dressing on the side. The food was nice and hot when it was delivered. My only issue was that the Cinnabread could have had more cinnamon flavor throughout to make it taste even better. We've been twice since they opened. They are incredibly slow and seem to have no idea what's going on. Called ahead a single pizza and was told it would be about 45 minutes. It was a Friday night so not too unexpected. Arrived after about 50 minutes and their small lobby had six people in it. The person in front of me was challenging the staff on how long it had been since they ordered so I was super stoked for my turn. Got to the counter and was told it would be about another 30-45 minutes. Outstanding. They were getting delivery order calls and telling people it would be at least two hours. A few more customers came in to pick up call ahead orders and were hearing the news that they'd need to wait an extra 30-45 minutes. Surely they knew when all of us called that 30-45 minutes was not achievable. Rather than setting realistic expectations they understated the wait and pissed off a bunch of people. Turned out to be an additional hour before I got my order. I assure you their pizza is not worth a two hour wait. Not worth an hour wait. This did not contribute to the single star rating: The parking lot is a Charlie Foxtrot in the evenings. Narrow aisle between the two sides of parking, not a lot of spaces for the number and types of businesses that share the small lot. read more

I ordered pepperoni pizza and wings on Mother's Day(May 10th) for my grandkids when the restaurant first opened for the day. I picked up my order but when I got to my destination I was extremely disappointed with the food. There was only about 6 pieces of pepperoni on the entire large pizza and the wings were not fresh. I'm not sure if the wings were reheated from the previous day but they were inedible. I tried calling them but there was no answer. Needless to say, the food was awful and I'm out of $38. Marcos sent a survey the same day. I completed it in hopes of bringing this to their attention however so far(May 30th), I haven't heard anything from Marcos Pizza. Absolutely garbage. 45 minutes past estimated delivery time. Got delivered cold pizzas. Management (Grace) was terrible. Couldn't answer any questions or rectify the situation. Just excuse after excuse. How about some results!? Service was terrible. Wont be long before other stuff established out this way and this won't be the only pizza place. Step up your game Max. Good tasting pizza, good coupons, bread sticks are good, locations are pretty convenient. Staff was friendly and quick service. Location by our house is pretty small, just a pickup area typically pizza place like a dominos look/feel. read more

Updated-still having problems with the no contact delivery. Not sure why it's such a struggle. They're always nice when I tell them at the door that I wanted contactless but it doesn't solve the problem. Also, it would be nice to have a tracker on the site for your order. Had one that showed delivered, called them and it hadn't even left the store yet. read more

They always make sloppy pizza and pick and choose when they want to deliver to you. Not sure what changed but it's just really nasty and the manager is rude and apparently racist. read more

Have ordered a couple times now and it's been great. The previous reviews made me hesitant but ordered anyway since it's close by and it seems they are mainly regarding customer service. The pizzas tasted great every time and were hot at pick up. Ordered wings for first time and not bad. read more

The pizza is very well made and delicious - but their coupon redemption service is HORRIBLE! I tried to order online twice and it is akin to speaking English in an Athens restaurant!! This second attempt resulted in my destroying the coupon and driving to ROSATI'S Pizza in Lewisville! read more

This was one of the most upsetting and disgusting experiences I've ever had as a customer. I placed a large order from Marco's in Pilot Point, and not only was everything wrong--wrong toppings, sloppily made, clearly thrown together with zero care--but the real nightmare started when I called to fix it. The manager promised me a credit to make it right. But when I followed up? Suddenly there was "no record" of anything. No apology. No accountability. Just gaslighting and an arrogant, dismissive attitude like I was the problem for expecting basic decency. But it gets worse. The way I was spoken to over the phone was beyond disrespectful--it was blatantly racist. The owner called me a "dirty Indian." Let that sink in. A business owner said that to a paying customer. I was shocked, humiliated, and honestly, heartbroken. No one deserves to be treated like that. Not over pizza. Not ever. This isn't just bad service. It's cruelty. It's hate. waited forty five minutes for two pizzas. this is diabolical and unacceptable. i also found a hair in my pizza and the cheese was falling off. they also only gave us one singular garlic sauce and my girlfriend had a breakdown. i will never come back to this godforsaken pizza establishment. save your money!! i might even say cici's or little caesar's is better. read more

Where is the owner or location manager? These guys are drowning in tickets. I've been there as the worker and the feeling sucks but where is the leadership for them? I feel terrible for them. The Aubrey location opened a little over a month ago. I see many negative reviews about service and not the quality of their pizza. Their pizza is fresh and delicious at any location that we have been to (Mostly Prosper but also Frisco and CrossOaks.) I think any new restaurant needs time to get their groove down. New location, new employees, it takes time! The negative Nellie's need to give Marcos another chance. We love Marcos and are so glad to have a location that's close. read more

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. My order was delayed by 35 minutes after I was told it was ready for pickup. To make matters worse, the manager, Max, was incredibly rude and informed me that they do not offer refunds for delays. Ordered my pizza at 5:10pm said on the app it would be 30 mins. At around 5:45pm I called for an update they said there is two orders ahead. It is now almost 6:30pm just called again and apparently they misplaced the order. And are now going to get someone on that. Very disappointed! Been waiting over an hour for the pizza! read more
