The pizza and wings always fresh. Tastiest pizza in town. I would highly recommend that you try their pies.

Am I the only one who struggles with pizza in JAX? So if your a NY/NJ person and you know what good thin crust tastes like this is as close as you're gonna get in Jacksonville. They don't make thin in the largest size, so keep that in mind. Still looking for the perfect pizza in JAX but for now this will have to do :) read more

I had Marco's pizza at a friends house last month and thought it was very good. I am kind of a pizza critic so I have a tendency to be picky about it. So I finally had a chance to give it a try at this Racetrack store. Well let me tell you. I called in and ordered a pizza, was told 15-20 minutes. 15 minutes later I arrived, went in to pick it up. I was told by the young man that he could not find my order. Then a young lady, apparently the manager, came over and looked. They asked me what number I dialed (maybe I was at wrong store?), so I looked it up and read it to them off my phone. Their number. Anyways, she immediately said no problem, let me make you a new one. I had the time so I was OK with that. 15 minutes or so later, a new one comes out. I step up and the young lady asks if I want packets of cheese/peppers, sure, and hands me the pizza. I will say that she handled this in a very calm, very mature manner and made me an instant fan. I got it home (after it flew off my seat and still did not get all banged up) and it was excellent as the last time I had it. But the way she handled the issue was what was most satisfying. I would highly recommend this pizza and especially this store, for the great work they did during a time of need. Even if it was just over a delayed pizza. We got Ultimate and Pepperoni Manificino and both were delicious! Had fresh toppings, crust was perfect, not too thin or thick. We order larges so we have leftovers. Hot or cold, Marco's has awesome pizza!! read more

They were extremely rude, when I walked in to get my carry out order, there was a woman who I've seen working there before, just sitting at a table and I actually waited at the counter for 8 minutes untilul she got off her lazy behind and was so busy and she just sat there like there were no customers waiting to pick up any orders. Shortly after that, another employee was operating the cash register, took cash from another customer, neglected to wash his hands, and went right to the back and was putting toppings on to a pie!!! Marcos started off well but overtime has fallen off dramatically. First they moved away from chilled ranch in a cup to a packet of warm ranch. Also they completely got the our order wrong and didn't check it when we purchased it. So now we are out 15 bucks with a pizza that we don't like. Will not recommend! read more

Best Pizza place in Julington Creek!! Had the Chicken Florentine on thin crust and it was amazing. They also have a great pepperoni pizza with this old world pepperoni that is outstanding. The staff are always friendly and courteous. I would recommend trying them out. read more

Look, there pizza is pretty good, but this has got to be the worst managed store I've ever seen in my life. We have ordered 6 times, and 5 out of the 6 times there has been an issue with our pizza. They either lost the order, brought us the wrong pizza, told us we would be getting a new pizza multiple times and it never showed up. Our most recent experience we ordered pizzas as 615, they didn't show up at 725 as the app stated. We called and got another excuse and that our pizzas were just coming out of the oven. The pizzas finally show up two and a half hours later and they were wrong. We called back and they said they would bring us new pizzas in 30 minutes. Here we are, 5 minutes now before before they close and we call to check. The changing manager never told the new one about our order so we had no pizzas. Finally, at 1045 we got our correct pizzas we ordered at 615. They did credit us back and apologized 100 times, but the fact that this is the 5th time we have had issues with this place floors me. Beware, if you order a pizza, do so 3 hours in advance to account for whatever ever excuse they throw at you. On a side note, this happened to our 4th order, which they said they would refund my 30 dollars which they never did. read more
