Ordered for delivery. Arrived and the order was completely wrong. It was dripping with grease and had anchovies on it. The boxed was soaked and nasty. I called and the on duty manager who was rude and refused to remake the order. He blamed the error on us (which was un-true). I drove the pizza to the restaurant and again asked for a refund. The manager, who was very young, and who looked dirty and disheveled, shared with me that he "hated his job at Marco's", and was quitting. He finally said he was going to refund the order but could not give me a receipt stating such. He said I would see the refund at my bank in a couple of days. It's been two weeks and I still have not seen my refund. That place is a dirty nasty hot mess. I would never again order a pizza from there again. There are many other pizza companies eager to earn our business. read more

Just after they opened, I believe I felt the same as most that live out this way, we finally had a pizza place to go to! Since then, I have made it a ritual to get pizza on most Fridays for the family. Not anymore. Maybe it's just that they can't control the volume, but their customer service and quality has gone downhill. The pizzas used to be hot by the time I got them home from the carry out and now the pizzas are warm at their best. The manager, Michelle, if she really is a manager needs to keep her bitter thoughts to herself. Definitely not teaching good customer service. Vegas/Henderson has a ton of options for food. I would rather give my money to an establishment that doesn't speak to their customers the way Michelle does. I think I'm pretty much done with Marco's Pizza. I'll be taking my business to rebellion pizza up the street. For all you, Inspirada and Anthem people rebellion is locally owned and way better!!!! I was looking for something quick and it was late. They were open and I noticed they had a $8.99 carry out special for a 1 topping large pizza. I was going to place the order online but decided to call. When I mentioned the special to her she proceeded to tell me it was actually an additional $2.00. I explained what it said on the website and that it was only charging the $8.99. Instead of accommodating me I had to place the order online to get the price. Let me start by saying I'm sad that I have to give them one star because I've had a pizza before and it was good. Today May 5 I walked in and ordered deep dish medium with steak pineapple and Jalapeños. I brought it home I ate it and few minutes later, I started to feel sick my daughter ate hers about 30 minutes after me and she also got sick we both ended throwing up. I called the store a young lady answered about 9:04 PM and I told her what I ordered and that we both got sick and that they might want to check the meat or whatever else they put on there for that particular pizza which we only had three items. However she never asked for my name or the phone number I had to offer her that information myself to make sure she pulls up the order and address the issue. I have always had a pleasant experience with the staff at this location. Spoke directly to the owner who was right in the middle of the chaos, helping his staff out, on a busy Friday night. Customer service can be hard to come by these days and I am thankful for mindful owners and staff who take 5 extra minutes to help a worn out mom at the end of the week! Thanks guys! This pizza place really is one of the best in town. I always call to order and it is ready within 10-15 mins. This pizza is freshly made and truly taste really great. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Marcos pizza On Sunday April 10th I ordered 4 pizzas and dessert, paid for it over the phone, sent my daughter to pick it up and they tried to charge me double. After speaking with the manager Peyton over the phone she would not give my daughter the pizza without paying, I went to the store and showed her a photo copy of my bank statement that showed the charge for the pizzas and she said that it was not in their system and that I would have to pay again in order to receive the pizza's. I asked to have the complete order refunded and she refused stating there was nothing she could do. I asked for the corporate phone number and she said to look it up online. I have been getting mailers non-stop from this place so finally figured I would give it a try. One thing I cannot stand is false advertising. The mailer I am holding in my hand says "$4.00 off ANY ONLINE ORDER". Use code: HD518X. There is no fine print that talks about exclusions to the order. It says "ANY ONLINE ORDER". So I go through their tedious online ordering process and when I get to the end and put in the code it says that I am already getting some promo so I can't use the coupon that says "ANY ONLINE ORDER". Just moved into the area and we were so tired after moving in we decided on pizza and we drove around a bit and came upon a new Marcos Pizza in a new shopping area. Everyone was friendly and efficient and happily took our order. Waited a normal amount of time as you do when stopping in to get a pizza (not everything in life gets ordered online!!)...we rushed our order home and honestly we could not believe how absolutely delicious it was. After always having Dominos, Pizza Hut and Little Caesars we found Marcos to be the absolute best and new favorite...and we've had it a number of times since and it is always so good! read more

Unfortunately, Marco's seems to be suffering from the same thing everyone else is right now. The people making the pizzas either don't know how to make it correctly, don't care or don't have enough time to be able to make the pizzas so they taste good. Very happy to have a new choice for pizza in the Anthem/Inspirada area. Our orders have been correct and on time. Love the specialty pepperoni pizza with 2 kinds of pepperoni. Staff at the store are always friendly. Their app is easy to use. We like the 'lite' pizza crust which is just a thinner version of their regular crust, bit not cracker crunch type. I have been there half a dozen times since I moved here. Fast and friendly service - quality product - properly prepared at a very reasonable price.... If this was New York City or Chicago or Palermo it would be a different comparison. We are reviewing pizza in 89052 ZIP Code. 2nd thing...don't be so petty about any business.... These owners have endured outrageous losses and ridiculous government enforcement mistakes due to Covid and IF they survived- they need our support not whining about prissy little peeves of personal preference you mistakenly believe you deserve.
